My water heater recently stopped working. I called Freds who installed the water heater 2 years ago. I spoke to Ashley and she knew about the issues with Rheem water heaters currently and she advised me exactly what to do. She set this up where they used their own part to replace my broken piece that was being sent by the company so I did not have to wait. They came the same day and got us in and got our water heater working. Ashley made this entire process so easy and was extremely helpful. The techs are great as well, no issues. Out of all the places I called they were the nicest to deal with. Talked to me like a person not like someone wasting their time w/ stupid questions. Their prices were the cheapest as well! It was easy to get an appointment within a very reasonable time. The gentleman that came out to replace my water heater was very polite and nice. He seemed to work pretty efficiently. I think it only took maybe an hour if that. He didnt leave a mess anywhere. Billing was quick and easy. Absolutely no complaints! Would highly recommend them.

Ive been using Freds Plumbing for almost 3 years now for personal and business jobs. The office staff is always friendly. Butch is always willing to take a few minutes with me to troubleshoot and is quick to send out his guys for the repairs. Nick is normally the technician that comes out and does outstanding work moving quickly and efficiently to get us back up and running.Thanks guys for doing such a great job time and again!

Larry came out and installed a fancy new faucet we had purchased online along with a new garbage disposal. The faucet wasnt a brand he was used to working with but nonetheless he was exceptionally speedy! He did a great job! He and the reception desk were friendly and courteous! I highly recommend!

I have used Freds in the past and had a very good experience with them. The plumber who came out was very informative, professional, and fair with what he charged me. Yesterday I had another plumbing issue come up after hours. I initially called two other, after hours plumbers (both of which were reluctant to help me and ultimately made me feel like an inconvenience- one said he wouldnt help and the other simply did not call me back). I contacted Freds this morning, who was very helpful, professional and courteous when I spoke to them on the phone. Freds made me feel reassured and promptly scheduled the earliest appointment to take care of my problem. Thank you! * Freds came out the next day. It was an easy fix. I was not charged!!! Great experience. Very professional. Moving forward this will be the only plumber I will use.

Highly recommend Fred’s Plumbing!! They were quick with their appointment scheduling. Mr Rooter had quoted me almost $500 for fixing a hose bib. Larry from Fred’s came out and did it for under $200. Very professional and nice!!

The water heater at the house we rent started leaking, the landlord had me call Freds Plumbing. They showed up right on time, replaced the water heater, cleaned up like they were never there. When I was younger and stronger I replaced several hundred water heaters and can say that the job they did was as good as any Ive seen and better than most. I didnt get the names of the two men that did the job but thier work speaks well for Freds

Such a great experience. After getting ripped off by another plumber in town (who refunded half the money when it was dicovered. I decided to go with a bigger name in town.
