I cant recommend Prestige Water enough! Leo did an absolutely amazing job installing my water softener. His attention to detail and extensive knowledge about plumbing were evident throughout the entire process. Not only did he ensure everything was set up perfectly, but he also took the time to explain how the system works and gave great tips for maintenance. The water quality in my home has improved tremendously, and I couldn’t be happier with the results. If youre looking for top-notch service and expertise, Leo and Prestige Water are the way to go!

Called Prestige Water Group. Spoke to Leo (Owner). Explained to Leo that my whole home filter was leaking. He asked if it needed immediate repair. Luckily I could wait till the next day. But that is great that I could have had same day emergency service. Next day Leo stopped by and assed my situation. Leo is fantastic. Answered all of my questions. Told me he would give me a quote that day and he did. Called Prestige to schedule. Leo was very accommodating to my schedule. I had my main water valve replaced. Now it works! And had a new water filter system installed. I cannot say enough how impressed I am with Leo and Andy! Attached a couple pictures of the finished job. Outstanding group of people at the Prestige Water Group! High recommended!

No pressure.-Scheduling - Had an opening 2 weeks after quote. Very convenient these days.-Install - Quality install using proper equipment, hoses and lines - no shark bites. Qualified personnel. All lines cleanly ran, attention to detail. I went with the softener system and carbon tank, installed in roughly 2 hours. Love it.- Pricing - You won’t find better, even with comparable systems.We’ve all had work done on our homes before and know what to expect with after work clean up of messes, to see Leo and crew clean up after themselves, leaving nothing behind shows Prestige Water truly cares about their quality of work. Having just finished a whole house water filtration project with Prestige Water, I couldnt wait to share our positive experience.Even before hiring Prestige, we were very impressed by their polite and professional attitude, quick response time, and quality of customer service.Unlike any other contractor weve worked with, Prestige utilizes online/text message software to send invoices, confirmations, and even arrival time alerts. This was very helpful as weve been juggling between our work and family schedules.As this installation was done during COVID 19, we were more than thrilled to see Leo and his team really take their safety precautions seriously. Not only did their masks remain on throughout the project, but they even wore two layers of masks to make us feel more comfortable.In addition to the whole house filtration, we also had two reverse osmosis systems installed to filter our drinking water. Since we live in an area with severely hard water, were really looking forward to enjoying these improvements!Besides the quality work, Leo took the time to explain each of the systems, their emergency shut off locations, and the frequency in which we needed to replenish or swap out the pieces.I would highly recommend Leo and Prestige Water to any and all in need of water filtration or plumbing services.

Your service is excellent! A year ago we installed a great system to filter the water throughout the house, since then there is no more corrosion in our showers or faucets, the water is incredibly soft and pure. Their equipment is the best on the market, their prices were the most affordable and the installation was fast and efficient. The customer service is formidable, I dialed at 7:58 am to request the programming for refilling the salt (I requested it urgently because the equipment no longer had salt, obviously it is my responsibility not to realize it, just one day before Thanksgiving) and an hour later they were delivering it to my house. You dont find that type of service anywhere. Without a doubt 5 stars, a great little company, reliable and committed to its customers.
