    This company is very awesome. We had a complete repair of our sewer lines from the house to the towns sewer. They were extremely professional and did everything in a timely manner. The work was done by these guys even in extremely cold temperatures and they still excavated and worked outside to get the job done for us. Very considerate with cleanliness and cleaned up after. They explained everything to us step by step and were very patient with us. Would 100% recommend to anyone needing sewer liners and repairs.

    First of all the 5 star is not enough to rate the work that was done by Ignacio in our houses main sewer line. Our nightmare started last Friday when we heard a gurgling sound in our utility sink in our basement and water was backing up. We called a company the first thing in mind because of their big name. A technician came cleared up the clogged and we believe. Was told it has 6 months warranty but a camera man will come. The next day the guy came and based on his assessment the warranty becomes void andwe needed to replace all the sewer pipe, trench it and quoted us with a whopping $14,000. Thats a big chunk of money and we cant afford it. We told him we cant afford and we will think about it. We decided to look for another company and seek a second opinion. High Power from above guided me who to google and my finger called the IG company. With our fingers crossed hoping the righteous person will enter our door and do the job right. Ignacio is very transparent he explained, guided us through the process and guess what after he did the hydrojet cleaning, the other company could have ripped us off, us seniors who have zero knowledge on sewer. He even cleaned our sewer trap and showed us how to do it. We highly recommend their company.

    We had tree roots in our main sewer line that caused a backup. Ignacio came out with a camera to show how bad it was and gave us several options. We ended up going with the trenchless liner to avoid digging up the yard or road. Ignacio and his team were great to work with. They arrived when they said they would and stayed late to get the job done in only 2 days. They put protection over the floors and basement furniture and left everything clean when they were done. I highly recommend Ignacio and his team.

    We called IG after we had drained water from our upper floors come up through our shower drain on the first floor. While talking to Ignacio on the phone, I was able to replicate what happened by running the first floor shower. Ignacio agreed to come the same day and arrived promptly for our 2-4pm appointment. He and his assistant quickly went to work to evaluate and replicate the back up to get an understanding of what happened earlier. We then proceeded to the drainage access point they helped me clear that out. At the same time Ignacio explained the cost behind accessing the main, clearing to the city main or first 100ft, and doing a camera inspection. He explained every step as they worked, and stood with us with his phone in hand showing us the live feed from the camera. Ignacio is very courteous, professional and patient. He took the time understand our sewer main and where every drain he saw came from, while also explaining it to us. Thankfully our main was clear other than a minor blockage. Very thankful for the job he did, it gave us a peace of mind that we wont be having a repeat incident. We highly recommend IG services, and would call him again without hesitation.

    I contacted Ignacio after waking up on a Sunday morning to a partially flooded basement. He answered the call, gave an accurate window of when he would arrive, provided a transparent, honest, and fair estimate for the work required to address the issues with both my sewer line and incorrectly installed water softener . Additionally, he walked me through the repair process and carefully explained each step to ensure I was comfortable with his planned approach. He completed the job earlier than expected, providing clear communication throughout. He and his team were professional, friendly, and efficient. I highly recommend them!

    We reached out to IG Sewer and Drain, as a friend had recommended them, and Ignacio responded quickly and promptly to an issue we were concerned about. He used a camera to inspect our sewage line, and noticed a section of had reduced in diameter due to the age of our sewer line (old lead pipes). He was able to clear that and inspected it again to verify sewage flowed smoothly. Ignacio also resolved another issue with our kitchen sink plumbing, due to carelessness from a previous contractor, causing the drain to clog completely. Fortunately, Ignacio was able to reroute the drain, clear the clog, and redid the plumbing under the sink, as well as replace a portion of lead sewage line to PVC.Overall, Ignacio explained the issues and solutions well, and was able to fix our plumbing issues within 2 days. He also kept the work area clean, and was respectful with keeping shoes clean/covered while indoors. We highly recommend Ignacio for any plumbing issues.

    Im probably repeating what other ppl already said about IG and Ignacio but his professionalism, attentiveness, communication is above and beyond and worth mentioning again and again. We called him because our kitchen pipe was clogged really bad and not only he took care of it but he also found a leaking / bad pipe, replaced it and explained everything to us throughout the process. I also think his prices are reasonable. As someone said, if you have to wait few days, his work is worth the wait. Ignacio is honest, his work is clean and well done, thats hard to find these days so he is our plumber from now on!

    Used this company (IG Sewer & Drain Services) to replace the sewer line at our home in Ridgewood, NJ. Replacement of the entire sewer line (or most of it) is a big job and thus we made sure to conduct appropriate due diligence to ensure we were getting a fair price and good quality work.     Ignacio came to our home late on a Saturday night as we had an emergency plumbing issue. We were so impressed with his pleasant demeanor, his efficiency and diagnostic abilities. We had a much larger problem than anticipated as evidenced by his camera investigation. He persistently worked on our clog for hours! Finally.. the clog cleared. He saved our weekend. He is honest, meticulous with his work and clean up. His prices are very fair. We have used him since the “clog” visit to replace faucets in our kitchen and bathrooms.     I had a problem with a clogged toilet. I originally called a well known national company (based on price) and the repair person struggled with an auger to unclog it. It worked good until you put waste in it and it backed up again. My wife was fearful of a person removing the toilet and scratching the tile floor and making a mess. I read the reviews on IG Sewer and they were local so I gave them a call. The owner came, Ignacio, and he was very punctual and professional. He immediately removed the toilet and found a small brush stuck under the toilet. He removed the brush, put the toilet back without scratching the floor, and cleaned up without any mess whatsoever. It was not the cheap price of the national company. You get what you pay for, and with the national company, I paid for a job that did not work.     Called them for an emergency clog within our main line, between the street and the house. They fit me in between scheduled calls, showed up on time, and cleared the blockage. They also came the following day to descale around 160 feet of our 72 year old 4 pipe in order to help reduce clogs moving forward. They were very polite and professional, and cleaned up when they were finished for the day. The communication was also good via calls, text messages and emails. I would definitely recommend them moving forward.

    I used IG for a clogged pipe that could not be cleared by Roto Rooter. First off they are much more organized and professional. Extremely clean and have higher end equipment and the knowledge to use it properly. Ive used drain cleaning services only a few times over the years and never gave much thought to it. But this recent problem showed me that they are not all the same. I would not hesitate to use IG again in the future. They take pride in their work and it shows. A+ service.
