Felix is very professional and offers both excellent service and quality of work. Honest on what needed to be done and very responsive. Happy to explain why, and what we could expect with his service. In addition to repair panel, he also installed a generator for us and taught us step by step how to use it before he left. The team bent over backwards to determine a solution for my car charger, which involved tunneling a line underground and around a shed to get to the driveway. Of three consultations theirs made the most sense and was affordable, a lot better than Tesla sponsored installers. Very professional, friendly, responsive and thorough.

After contacting several companies for estimates Flex was the first to follow up with me. The technicians were on time, friendly, helpful, and safe. They even took their boots off at the front door since it was snowing. They provided me with options on future services at my request but did not push me to commit. They completed the work I booked them for quickly and cleanly. Overall the prices were consistent with the market I didn’t feel like I was being gouged or suspicious that they were “too good to be true”.I would recommend this service and I will be using them again. Felix, of Flex Group bailed me out! PSE&G was telling me that I needed a brand new underground line run from the pole into my breaker box. They had actually sent 3 techs out to assess. Felix game in, ran a few tests and fixed the problem in less than an hour. I was looking at spending thousands, but Felix cut that WAY down!

Felix was thorough with regard to the jobs he did in my house. One of installations not mentioned on the list is hardwiring of baseboard heating units.From the beginning, Felix ensured that we had all the required permits prior to installing the 240v Car Charger. In addition, he setup another electrical panel in my garage for any future installation. With the setup of the electrical panel, he also installed two 10 ft baseboard heaters in my garage.All the inspections passed and everything is working as planned.I would highly recommend Felix to for any household electrical work.
