We called first thing Monday morning as our switch under the sink stopped worked and our dishwasher/garbage disposal wouldn’t work. They got someone to us by 2:30pm that day. Bottom line: Would definitely contact them again for any future electrical work.___Required a new electrical service and breaker box due to water damage coming in from the outside lines. Very professional from working with Chris in the initial inspection, Collene on setting up the date/time and answering general questions, and the work itself.They installed the new main server, new breaker box, and connected the ventilation van in the attic. Everything was done within one day. Hugo and the team at my house answered all questions I had related to the work and other concerns I had with the home before, during & after installation.

Benjamin was very thorough in mapping live and abandoned knob and tube wiring and making recommendations on a path forward with least damage to the house. He had very practical recommendations for lighting upgrades.We were so impressed the KT mapping that we retained ProVolt for the house rewiring. The team was prompt, worked hard and thoughtfully through the whole process. While an inherently messy job, ProVolt minimized the number of holes in our home and made extra effort to keep the cuts square for future patch work. Our home proved to have extra challenges like a double ceiling that were not discoverable ahead of time. This also caused extra unanticipated man hours. The team added extra days and people to the job to honor the deadline we had in place and they honored the price we were quoted. I was impressed with the team effort lead largely by Benjamin. We would highly recommend ProVolt and intend to hire them again for future work at our home.

I’m posting this on behalf of my Mom.I recently had a portable generator installed by ProVolt Electric, I can not express how happy I am. Jon, the owner was so knowledgeable and helpful in getting the perfect generator for my needs. Colleen, the office secretary, was always sweet and pleasant on the phone and encouraged me to call with any concerns I had. The electrician Hugo and his helper Alex were courteous, efficient and did a great job with installation. When they completed the job, they cleaned up so well it was like no work was ever done. Hugo even took the time to write down the simple instructions on how to operate the generator. I witnessed great work ethics. Even the ProVolt electrician who came for the Inspection was friendly and informative. I highly recommend ProVolt Electrical for your electrical needs.

Imagine it’s late Friday afternoon and half of your house lights are flickering and the other half have no power. What do you do, besides panic…call Jonathan at Pro Volt. Within the hour, Ben and Chris were at our door step and completed a comprehensive house inspection. After a few minor issues were corrected we were given instructions to call PSE&G because the problem was not inside the house. PSE&G was at our doorstep 30 minutes later and located issues at the utility pole. Within a few hours, everything was resolved and we felt safe again. Pro Volt provides knowledgeable and honest technicians and great customer service. Our go-to company.

I called Monday morning and requested an appointment. Colleen, the receptionist was very efficient and helpful. Although they didn’t have an appointment available for a few days, my appointment was confirmed with a text and email.The morning of the visit I received a text that the truck was en route and included name and picture.Two very pleasant men arrived, Benjamin and Steven, they were professional, pleasant and keep me posted on what they were doing, and the remedy. They did multiple jobs in my house, including replacing a bathroom light socket and a new fixture, repairing my carbon monoxide detectors so they all communicated with each other, and vacuuming out several ceiling heating fans. Really great service, I would highly recommend.

My other hanging fixture was a bit problematic, but Benjamin explained the necessary repair work required. He also presented other options for the time being. John came for the estimate & was very prompt. I received a text with his picture the day he was expected, which was a nice touch. I found the estimate a little high, but not enough to look elsewhere.I was most impressed with how knowledgeable & easy going the electricians were who performed the work. Kyle and Stephen were great to work with. On the initial visit they did an extensive investigation of our problem that was causing the power surges in the home we recently purchased. Pro Volt Electrical is AMAZING! We needed to replace all the electrical wiring in our detached garage what included new underground wiring to the house through our backyard. We called Pro Volt and Jonathan came to inspect what had to be done. He came back soon enough with a proposal and in no time, he was here with his crew working. We had years trying to do this project but every quote we received was too expensive. Jonathan explained to us the work to be done and gave us options to work with our budget. Unbeatable pricing! They installed the light outside the garage and got the job done! I admired their good will and energy trying to get the electrical current from inside the house to a light outside the garage. It was challenging because power only went part way through the house, in one section of my home.
