Last night, we were having issues with our electricity and I reached out via the website. Brad reached out to me directly within an hour and arranged to come out to my house in the morning. I feel so secure knowing I have an electrician I can rely on.

    Tri-Point did great job! I needed an EV-Car Charger installed. The installers were very accommodating. They answered my questions and took into consideration my input with the placement of wires and conduit. We even discussed future proofing the install to make it easier to install a second charger. It turned out great!

    Came out on time, had great communication, and assessed our issues. Explained everything to us throughly. However, it was over $200 for them to come out for less than an hour to look at things and refer us to PECO. Not sure if that is standard for the industry but seemed high.

    Just had a lamp fixture installed. The electrician who was dispatched was Ken Burns--super nice guy and very professional. Clean up after the job and took extra care with the installation. Ken spoke very highly of his boss (Brad Balentine-owner) and the company. He said employees are treated well. You dont always hear that these days. Happy employees care more about the work they do!     Outstanding work! We first met with Ryan to discuss lighting in our living room and loved the work so much that we called again requesting Ryan to evaluate lighting options in our basement.     This was our first time using Tri-Point Electric -- we have found our new electrician! We lost power to part of our house during the height of the holidays (one electrician said they couldnt come until January). I called Tri-Point and Brad called me right back. He suggested we contact PECO, which we did. He continued to check in while we waited for PECO to look into it, which was very reassuring. When it was clear it was in the house and not a PECO problem, Brad worked time in the calendar for Greg to come over late on a Friday. He spent about 3 hours and didnt just fix the immediate problem of restoring power to the part of the house, he noticed that some of our outside outlets did not have covers and some of our inside outlets were not GFI. Take a look at the outlet they pulled out of our bathroom. It is impressive to see such professionalism and care for customers. We are safer for Brad and Greg coming to our house. Thank you!

    Greg and the team at Tri-point electric were great to work with! I had an attic fan that needed replacing, he was able to coordinate with roofer to replace the fan in a timely and synchronized fashion. They were very communicative and honest with their pricing. Definitely would recommend!

    We had Tripoint electric do a knob and tube remediation in our 120 year old house. After about seven other companies came in and gave us a bid Tripoint gave us the greatest confidence after meeting Brad the owner. The work was also done on time and exceptionally well. There was a problem with a subcontractor and Tripoint came and did the work themselves to make sure the patching job was perfect and it is. Recently we had them install a new lamp post in our front yard and not only did Shane and Alex show up on time and get things done quickly but they did an amazing job thay were extremely friendly and gave us suggestions that were greatly appreciated. Greg also was very helpful and informative when he came out and lead the team on the knob and toube remediation and this time did our estimate he also gave us great recommendations. He even remember exactly where the wire to the original light post was a year and a half later like the exact spot.I look forward to working with Tripoint in the future. I wish other companies operated link Tri_Point not just in quality but also in the way that they interact with their clients.

    I’ve used Tri-Point twice now for projects in my home built in the 1800s. Brad, the owner, is extremely knowledgeable and helpful! His team has been able to get out to me to identify issues promptly and fairly, explaining the problems and solutions thoroughly. They have hung challenging light fixtures and addressed electrical issues from old wiring. It’s great to have a local company as a go-to for the things that come up with old homes! I highly recommend their services and appreciate doing business with them.

    A big thank you to Brad and the crew at Tri-Point Electric ♥️ I cant recommend them highly enough. We had a fantastic experience with them 2 years ago when they did knob and tube remediation on our 100 year old house (basically rewiring the entire home to get it up to current code/safety). Very professional, respectful of our home, fantastic job, and reasonably priced.And then the other day, we had an issue with an outlet. I reached out to Brad via email on Sunday afternoon, thinking Id hear back from him on Monday or Tuesday. Well, I got an email back on Sunday night! He had someone at our home first thing Monday morning, took care of the issue and didnt charge us a dime. Truly above and beyond service! Today I had 2 dedicated GFI outlets installed in my basement by lead tech Karl. He was professional and neat, and the work is meticulous and on point. The owner, Brad, personally did the estimate for this particular job, the crew he sent did an amazing job. I would use them again and recommend Tri-Point to friends and family.

    I recently had knob+tube remediation, an electrical panel upgrade and other miscellaneous work done by Tri-Point Electric. Derek & Shane were assigned to this job and they were on time, courteous and easy to work with. They had good communication which made the job go smoothly and I knew what to expect: First thing in the morning, we would discuss the game plan for the days work. At end of each workday, Derek & Shane would recap and we would do a walk through on what got completed, answer any questions and what was on deck for the next day.     We are so grateful that Brad helped us resolve a nagging power issue. He and his team’s professionalism and more importantly, communication and following up with customers is the key to solving our problem of flickering and intermittent loss of power. Of all three electrical services we worked with, only Tri-Point was able to listen to our description of the problem with patience, diagnose by asking relevant questions, then articulate the solution and point us in the right direction without unnecessarily proposing additional electrical work. Brad’s advice and education helped us convince the utility company to come out and look at where the problem really is (and successfully made repairs to fix the issue). He came out in off-hours for the consultation and followed up on Sunday morning to make sure our issue was fixed. We had our peace of mind back and know we can place our trust with his service. Super thorough, professional, knowledgeable, etc. Our gas fireplace had stopped working, so on his way out the door I asked if he’d take a look. He not only agreed, but quickly diagnosed the problem and ran out to the local hardware store to buy a part he needed to fix it. It’s working like new now...and I practically had to fight with him to let me cover the cost of the part, let alone his time! 5 stars.

    Very highly recommend Tri-Point Electric!!! We bought a house that needed all of the old knob and tube wiring removed and replaced. The work needed to be completed between our closing date and the date we arrived from California. From the moment I met Brad Ballentine and his project manager, Mike, I knew that I could trust them and that they understood our timeframe and needs. They started and finished the work on time and in the most professional manner.     I had an outlet that stopped working. I searched on Facebook Lower Merion Community Network for reputable electricians- I got the names of a few and Tri-point was one of them- the reviews on Facebook were great. I messaged them last night and immediately received a response- They called this am and had a crew here today- Karl and his apprentice Alex came- they were amazing- they solved the outlet problem- which was not a typical one- the house had ungrounded wires that I didnt know about and a burnt wire- and it was difficult to trace where the wiring went to- but they went through all the different outlets and crawl spaces in the house and figured it out. I never post reviews- but I cannot rave enough about this company. After they fixed my outlet issue they spent time going over my entire panel box with me - explaining the issues with the different wires- they didnt push me to do extra work. They were knowledgable, professional and so nice. I cannot recommend them enough.

    I had what I thought was a simple swap out of a light I was replacing in one of our spare rooms. Two previous handymen came to install it but just couldnt get it right. Really wanting to get this done, I called Brad at Tri-Point to get the job done. Although it was a pretty simple job for him, it did require some finesse and a little patience with my old house. In an hours time, Brad was able to install the light perfectly. I am now waiting for an estimate for another job and cant wait to use Tri-Point again!

    I wish that I could give more than 5 stars for this review!I contacted Tri-Point last evening and received an immediate call back with an appointment squeezed into their schedule for 10 a.m. At 9:56 I received a call to tell me my appointment was delayed...FOR A MERE FIVE MINUTES! Im usually happy just to have repair men show up!I anticipated that my problem was extensive and would require work under my deck or addition and shared my guess with Brad. A perfect setup for a big job which all too many technicians would find irresistible. However, in this case, Brad was warm, friendly, and professional. He fixed my issue in less than 5 minutes and explained everything. I was completely reassured that all is well now and that I actually had a very minor issue.     After contacting two other electricians for my small job and not getting a response for an appointment, I got a referral from a friend to speak to TriPointElectric, in Broomall, PA. I received a prompt return phone call in the morning and was able to have a technician out the same day! I was also able to talk to the owner, Brad, on the phone regarding my electrical issue. Everyone was so friendly and nice from office staff to the technician. This is a great family owned business who wants to make sure customers are satisfied. I would certainly hire them again!

    Tri Point installed light fixtures in our kitchen and mounted two TVs. One over a fireplace, which required additional effort to work around cinder block. They have an electronic system for appointments and estimates, which makes scheduling easier. The electricians were prompt, courteous, skilled and very clean. Work was high quality and efficient.     From start to finish this company is a winner. The owner came out and discussed fully what was involved in the installation and maintenance of a full house generator. They got a system up and running (which included the permit from the township, coordinating an electrician and a landscaper and a propane company) within 3 weeks during a very busy season. I have had a couple of issues regarding the test function of the machine (the time that it was running) and they have responded to my phone calls immediately and have had someone out here the same day. I am thoroughly impressed.

    We hired Tri-Point to replace the Knob & Tube in our very old house. They were extremely professional, approachable, friendly and reasonable. Although there were many surprises given the age of the house they simply work through each one and kept smiling.     I cant say enough good things about this business. We had them replace all of the knob and tube wiring in our home, including adding a new larger panel in the basement, replacing fixtures and adding some recessed lights. The project took 4 weeks. Shane was the foreman on our job and he was responsive and professional. The house was left as neat as it could be each day considering the amount of work that was being done. This was a huge undertaking for our large 3 story house but they never once seemed like they were encountering something new. We chose them because of the amount of experience they have doing this work and we are extremely satisfied. We would recommend them without reservation.

    We had a bathroom light switch go bad on a Friday night. The light wouldn’t turn off and the switch was warm to the touch so we turned off the circuit. I called Brad the next morning (on a Sat) and he told me he was out running errands and would swing by. He showed up, evaluated the situation and fixed it.     I had a great experience with Tri-Point Electric. I plugged in my toaster oven and the outlet sparked and then smoked. I called Tri-Point and Rob and Sean arrived and they tested all the outlets in my kitchen and they were fine. As it turned out, it was the toaster oven that went bad. They did not pressure me into getting a new GFCI outlet but I decided to get one anyway. They are very thorough at their job making sure all of my outlets were working properly and I will be definitely be using Tri-Point Electric in the near future.

    We bought a 130 year old house that had knob and tube wiring, which we knew would be a problem for both homeowners insurance and plugging in any high wattage appliances.  So we researched and contacted several electricians that specialize in replacing knob and tube with modern wiring.  After talking with several electricians, we picked Tri-Point and we never regretted that decision.  The owner, Brad, did a great job inspecting our house and letting us know what to expect.  Karl, the lead technician for our project, was awesome all around - professional, courteous, and always making sure that we knew what was going on.  The Tri-Point team made lots of good suggestions for things we might want to change, add, etc., and made sure that we understood how everything was being done.  They finished on budget and earlier than they originally projected.  And they were happy to handle all kinds of extra requests we had - they installed new recessed lights, ran ethernet cable, installed new ceiling fans, and added a hookup for a wall-mounted TV.  Overall, they made a very complex project easy and understandable.  We would use them again without hesitation.
