Dan Brewer of Electric Direct was recommended to us by our real estate agent when we needed our electrical panel replaced. We brought several electricians out to discuss the work and Dan’s quote and approach was the best price and the most practical. He was responsive, answered all of our questions, and was very easy to schedule with. We will happily use Electric Direct again for any future electrical work.

Dan and his team at Electric Direct have done a couple of projects at my house and did an excellent job! He installed my Tesla charger and they also installed outdoor path lighting along my driveway. He and his team are incredibly efficient and communicated well throughout the entire project. He is my first and only call when it comes to electrical work around my house. I recommend him to anyone who needs electrical work done!

Eletric Direct is the best electrician in the area; hands down. Working alongside many contractors as an interior designer, I was blown away by Dan and his team. Extremely professional and communicative through each step of our project. They were able to update the wiring to our whole house in a timely manor and left our house spotless each day, allowing us to continue living as normal. I personally cannot recommend anyone better than Eletric Direct and look forward to working with them on future personal and client projects.

After researching and getting estimates from multiple electrical companies in late 2019 for our kitchen remodeling project, we landed on Electric Direct given their very fair pricing, responsiveness, and recommendations from others. Zero regrets on choosing them! Our kitchen turned out amazing when it was fully finished late spring this year, and weve actually hired them back two more times since then to help clean up a messy old basement drop-ceiling and install recessed lighting there as well as in our living room. Its a small, locally-owned business operated by great people. Cant recommend them enough!

This was our first time working with Dan and Electric Direct, and we were extremely satisfied. He and his crew replaced our knob and tube wiring with a level of expertise that made us feel very comfortable. The job was done in a very timely and respectful manner. I was especially impressed with the communication between Dan, his team, and myself. They went above and beyond, hooking up a new exterior light fixture for us after we discovered unexpectedly that it was not working. Electric Direct’s pricing was transparent and reasonable for the quality of work. We would certainly work with Dan again.

I had Electric Direct out to my house to do a laundry list of items and I couldnt have been happier with the service! Dan and his team were extremely professional, courteous and respectful. The showed up on time, made sure the job was done correct and left the house as if they were never there (aside from all the work that I asked!) Priced very reasonably for the quality of work, I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a quality electrician.

Dan and crew are great. Unlike other services, they did a complete analysis of the situation and provided a precise quote in advance. We had them replace 90 year old knob-and-tube wiring, install a new 200 amp service line & panel, and run some CAT6 Ethernet lines from basement to 3rd floor -- a fairly major project. Their price was competitive and we knew exactly what we were getting into. They showed up on time, worked efficiently, and kept us well informed during the project. We were very satisfied with the high quality of the work and their professionalism.

We’ve used Electric Direct for all of our service needs. From small jobs like switching out fixtures to installing an updated main box and every time they have done excellent work. They are prompt, professional and clean with each job. Since we have an older home that needs much updating, we’re so glad to have found consistently reliable electricians to keep our family safe.

I have used Electric Direct a couple of times now to replace in stages the 80 year old wiring in my house. Dan may not be the cheapest electrician -- though his prices are within reason -- but he and his crew do first rate work, take their time, and dont cut corners. I dont mind paying a bit more when the work is done right and smart. They use top quality components and are generous with the wire and staples (unlike some, they dont drill holes through joists simply to save themselves a few feet or wire!). But I especially appreciate the trouble they take in figuring out and explaining (at no extra charge) the problems ahead in the next stage of rewiring my house.

Dan and his crew did a great job on our home. We bought an older home with cathedral ceilings and old track lighting. The guys installed recessed lighting in multiple rooms and went out of their way to hang an insanely heavy vintage chandelier in the great room that looks amazing. Dan was very responsive and helpful. In a crazy time where contractors are swamped they were able to get the major items/inspection punchlist done before we move in. The house was clean and the quote was accurate. We will definitely be using them for all of our electric needs!

Dan has done work for us at our home several times, and we were very pleased. Our business is in an old warehouse with miscellaneous light fixtures. I walked around with Dan and we evaluated the working and not working fixtures. Dan determined what needed to be done and his crew came back and did everything that needed to be done and voila! we can see in all the nooks and crannies again. What a relief!

A DIY gone wrong over the weekend and these guys came out first things Monday morning after a quick google search and last minute 9:00 am call! Super nice, very polite, efficient, double checked my circuit breaker, showed me the errors in my fixture wiring, how to check it next time, corrected the labeling so i can easily do it next time and was out in 45 minutes to get back to work. As someone who can usually take care of things myself and refuse to call for help (although electrical is not my area of expertise, obviously!), I say - call these guys. Theyll help you out, theyll be reasonable, and theyll show you what you need to know. Thanks for doing a great job Electric Direct!
