    We had a plumbing emergency as the sewer drain backed up. That Plumber was Johnny on the spot. It was a difficult job, but they kept going trying to resolve the issue. Working diligently and keeping us updated on the issues they found, it was resolved by jetting the line.Jason and his team were professional, curious, and respectful of our time and home.This is a great family business.

    Jordan came out same day for an emergency call with a clog in our kitchen sink. He was so friendly to work with and diligent in the job. He even looked at and fixed a broken pipe in our basement that was not part of the original call. Highly recommend these guys!

    That Plumber is always quick to respond to service requests and has worked to get me on the schedule quickly. We replaced a toilet, needed a pipe the burst due to cold fixed, and a new shower head installed. That Plumber called before arrival, were kind and professional, and even answered some questions I had about a future plumbing job. I appreciate the “small-town” feel of this business and their work is high quality. I will absolutely be calling That Plumber for all future plumbing needs!

    Jason, Steve, and the crew from that plumber were very friendly, very prompt and did a great job getting my hot water tank that was having issues back into service. Not to mention when I called the person answering the phone was very nice and got somebody to my house right away. Can’t say enough how much we appreciate the great work!

    My outside gas lines needed to be replaced, as they were old and rusty. Jason arrived on time to make an estimate, and I scheduled an appointment for the following week. He arrived on time for the appointment , and replaced the gas lines and sprayed them with an anti-corrosive paint. He made sure all the gas appliances worked properly after the installation.I am happy to say that cost of the repair was less than the estimate! I will be using That Plumber for all of my plumbing needs in the future and highly recommend this service.

    My wife and I purchased a home in Hartville that was built in the early 1950’s. The plumbing was a mess. We hired That Plumber to redo everything along with adding in a laundry room, bathroom, and some other fixtures. We have zero complaints and feel lucky to have worked with this business. They did a great job and if we need anything in the future we wouldn’t hesitate to work with them again.

    A great company to use. They will definitely be my first call when we need plumbing services again.We recently had a leaking hot water heater. Called on a Sunday. Had someone out on Monday. Unfortunately it was not fixable but we were able to have a new one installed the next day. The plumber was very informative and took time to explain things to me, called when he was going to be able to show up earlier than expected, and was very quick with his work.

    That Plumber did an excellent job removing and replacing my kitchen faucet. After finishing that job he noticed that a gasket needed replaced. He went to the hardware store, bought what needed replaced and installed it. Thanks for a job well done!     I had another local company do all the plumbing in our house. The outside faucets all turned green snd corroded after oy 3 years. The threading didnt work anymore and I couldnt even get a hose to stay on, water would spray all over. That Plumber came out and replaced all 3 of ours with new ones that are high quality and with ease turn on and off NO LEAKING!Picture shows what it looked like before!

    Yes THAT plumber! Jason was awesome! He came at 11pm and snaked our main drain out to the road! The price was low and we have had no problems since. We also had him fix a pipe that burst in our garage and he did a great job! Very knowledgeable and reasonable prices is why I would recommend them to anyone needing a good plumber!

    Its been a couple of weeks since the plumber (Jay) was here. I had four different areas in my home that he did for me: Bathroom, kitchen, laundry room, and new main valves into the home. Everything is working well and no leaks. I really appreciate that he went above and beyond to make sure the plumbing was done right. I had some galvanized pieces that should have been copper that he replaced which was not part of the estimate. Its an older home with old plumbing. And bonus for me, the work done came in under the estimated cost.

    That Plumber was able to get me in right away. I needed our main drain jetted. That Plumber came in below anyone else’s quotes, too. I asked for an additional service since they were already there to jet the drain, and they were able to accommodate me by replacing the toilet insides while they were there, which I very much appreciated.Highly recommend!!!

    Ive used That Handyman / That Plumber on multiple occasions. They installed a hot water tank in one of my rentals the same day I called. Then they installed a new gas line into my house. They are quick, professional and do an amazing job. I highly recommend!

    They were on time and very professional. Extremely patient with me asking a million questions about my water system. He looked at the filters and explained the time frames of when to change things. My bathroom sink was a very slow drain and he fixed it no problem. I would recommend their company.
