    Excellent service from start to finish. Office was able to answer any questions while exploring options, and explained pricing up front. The guys arrived as scheduled, and handled all of the demo and installation of our new water softening system.They explained everything on the new equipment, and demonstrated the various functions clearly. They tested the system and made sure everything was completed, and the work area cleaned of any debris before leaving.This is our second time using Buckeye Plumbing, and they have always completed all work as requested professionally, and without any issues. The work has always been performed for the quoted price. No surprises, just excellent quality and performance. I would highly recommend Buckeye Plumbing for all of your plumbing needs.

    After multiple companies wanted to drill a new well, Buckeye came and treated my well and we were able to salvage my well saving me thousands of dollars. They installed a submersible water pump and brought us up to code. Great work, professional. Thank you, Buckeye plumbing.

    Elton promptly came out and quoted the job. I approved the quote and they again promptly scheduled an appointment within days. Derek and Alex came out and did a fantastic job.     I am so happy I called Buckeye. Needed a gas line ran 120 to my garage and after 3 quotes Buckeye was by far the best price. They were also extremely nice and professional. I am so excited that i have gas out in my external garage now and can put in a heater. I did not think I would be able to make this happen and I am so excited going into winter I have heat now. Thank you guys so much this made my year. In addition they were able to clear a drain out that I could not figure out at all without any problems.

    Our kitchen drain clogged on Christmas Eve morning and we were unable to fix it ourselves. I called Buckeye and they were here within 30 minutes. The servicemen were courteous and prompt and did a great job. They charged the fee that was quoted on the phone and nothing else, even though they also had to use water pressure to resolve the problem. I would use them again and recommend them to our friends and neighbors.

    Buckeye Plumbing was fabulous to work with. We moved from Well Water to hooking up to City Water. The entire team made the process as seamless as possible, very knowledgable, kind, explained things well and did an incredible job. Sherry at the office was a big help -- she worked with me on getting estimates and setting up my payments. I would recommend this company to anyone looking to hook up to City Water or for any other plumbing need.

    I needed a plumber on a Sunday afternoon and called 3 different plumbers. This company was the only one who was willing to come out and fix the backed up drain in my basement. Patrick was very professional and I give him and Buckeye Plumbing 5 stars! I would certainly recommend them and will use them again, if needed.

    I cant say enough good things about this company. i was working on a well system on a saturday. i was having trouble. i was at the hardware store, trying to find the correct pump with no success. it just so happened, i spotted one of buckeyes service vans in the parking lot. after chasing down the driver, i asked him about the problem he knew exactly what i needed. i followed him to the shop. he sold me everything i needed and gave me some good advice on well systems. trust me, these are GREAT people. thanks again!

    My drain backed up 2 weeks ago and i used another company but the problem returned last night. Buckeye came with a camera today and found where it was blocked, cleaned it and all is fixed. Patrick and Derek were super patient and explained everything to me at a reasonable price. I will never use anyone else, ever! Thank you.

    Buckeye Plumbing is excellent and I highly recommend them!I had a washer in our basement that the drain would overflow and backup onto the floor - Buckeye Plumbings staff was very friendly, on-time and fixed our drain issue that day. They replaced all the pipes from the washer to our main sewer line and our problems were resolved and very cost effective.Since that job, Ive purchased a hot water heater from them and had it installed as well (again done within hours - painless) and had them redo the plumbing in our master bath with all new fixtures.A GRADE A business!

    Buckeye rearranged their schedule to accommodate my main sewer back up. They came out and had it cleared after 2.5 hours. I couldn’t be more happier! They hooked everything back up in my laundry room too! I was really fearing for the worst after a previous plumber seemed to get nowhere.

    Our family lost water pressure from our well on a Sunday night. From a suggestion of my next-door neighbor I called Buckeye Plumbing at 8:00 am Monday and we had water in the house by 1:00 pm the same day. They are professional, honest, and hard working. They may not be the cheapest but you get what you pay for... so they are now our plumbers.

    Called Buckeye Plumbing on a Friday afternoon. They sent a guy out that day within the hour. Patrick was very professional and spot on with the problem. Honest and hard working are traits that you do not see much these days. These guys are both. Will definatly use this company from here on out for all my plumbing needs.
