    Woke up on Monday morning to sewer backup. Tub , toilet full of backup sewerage. Water on floor. My neighbor referred Lehman drain. They came out early and did inspection. Said they would be back to pump septic. Said they had busy schedule but would work me in. It was after 6PM and dark but Brandon worked until my problem was taken care of.. Brandon had a good attitude and made sure work was done right. I strongly recommend Lehman drain . Great work and a reasonable price. Jim Stephens, Springfield

    This is my first house with a septic system; when I called to make an appointment, Sonya made me feel at ease and confident I made the right decision by calling Lehmans. My appointment was scheduled for Friday, but due to unforeseen circumstances, they had to cancel on Friday however, Sonya called me on Saturday and promptly put me on the schedule for Sunday. Brandon showed up and gave me an education on septic systems ( I now know more about septic tank than I ever thought I would know!). Very professional, quick and thorough. I would recommend Lehman Drain & Septic 10 out of 10 times! Thank you Sonya and Brandon!!

    The guys that came out were very personable and knowledgeable. They performed the work requested and didnt try to oversell services that were not needed. They worked efficiently and provided us with a resource for further services that we will need in another area. Overall we would recommend this company and we will continue to use them in the future if we have any other sewer needs.

    Our properties always use Brandon/ Troy for plumbing needs. When they say they will be here, they are. Never had a bad experience with them. You cant go wrong with them. I would and do recommend them all the time.

    Integrity - a dying art in many industries - but not Lehman Drain.I hired Lehman Drain to pump my septic system. Brandon arrived - all with a smile and clear sincerity - and got straight to work despite the heat in NE Ohio these last few weeks. After Brandon departed, I thought the job was done as I had paid in advance due to a busy work schedule. To my surprise, a crew arrived after-hours to clean my driveway as there was a small oil spill from the truck left behind. It happens right? I never even noticed, and likely never would have.Needless to say, as posted on their website, [Brandon] focuses on customer satisfaction, integrity and professionalism of not only himself at all times, but with all Lehman Drain staff, is an understatement.This is a company that cares about you, and even more importantly in some ways, clearly cares for their employees - who in turn - would go above and beyond for their customers. Its no surprise that their reviews are glowing. If I could give 10 stars, I would. Lehman will have my business for as long as they stay in business.Potential customers: If you care about integrity, fair prices, and a pleasant experience, there is no better than Lehman Drain.

    Lehman drain came out quickly to give me an estimate on my yard drainage issues and were able to schedule the work in a few days. They did a wonderful job. I also had a sink drain that wouldn’t go down and they came out the next day to fix it. I highly recommend this company.

    I contacted another company for emergency septic tank service slightly before closing time at 6pm on Thursday. They were to contact the gentleman and have him call me. 2 hrs later, still no call. I called back, same thing, they would call him and have him call me. This is now 24hrs later, still no call back.Good thing I found and called Lehman who responded quickly, and efficiently. Great service and reasonable 👏🏾 👍 👌

    WOW! IS ALL I CAN SAY. This is the best company to use for your plumbing needs. My sewage drain was backed up and I tried to fix it on my own making it one of the worst smells they had to deal with but Brandon and his crew came in like and made it all better. The problem was solved in 30 min or less and they didnt crack my head with the price. And it was 8:30 in the evening when they came out. So needles to say they have a customer for life ❤️

    Thank goodness for Lehman! I was 41 week pregnant and birthing at home when we realized our septic tank was over full. He came out at 11pm and cleaned our tank!     I can’t say enough good things. Brandon came out at the wee hours of Saturday morning pumping tanks at midnight and snaking drains at 2 AM and didn’t charge me anything extra for it being the weekend or after hours service. This is what 24/7 service should mean and certainly what emergency service should be. When it comes to customers, he’s doing business the right way. He went above and beyond.     We were in a pinch, we just moved into our house six months ago, the house is old and we have a large tree in the front yard. A couple days ago we noticed that the water was backing up in our basement drains when we used to much water. It got to the point we couldnt flush the toilet without it backing up.We rented a tool to try to unclog it ourselves to no avail. We contacted these guys at 6pm on new years eve and they came out and had it unclogged within 45 mins. The gentleman was professional and understanding. The price was better than anything we were quoted from other big name companies. Support local businesses. Theses guys were amazing! I would give them 10 out of 5 stars!

    I would give more than 5 stars if I could. This company is very honest and they do a fantastic job. They came out and pumped both of my septic tanks last week. The last company I dealt with is no longer around and that’s probably for the best, because I found out they weren’t actually emptying my septic tanks. The owner said it looked like we hadn’t had our tanks pumped in 8 years or more - meanwhile we have been getting them pumped every other year (or so we thought). This is very bothersome, because we have had 2 incidents where the septic backed up into our house. If you want peace of mind and to know you are actually getting your tanks pulled to the bottom, I highly recommend this company.

    Amazing service! Amazing price! The city caused my drain to back up when they jetted the sewer lines. These guys showed up and did an amazing job. However a week later it backed up for a second time. I called back and Brandon Lehman came out right away. He got me back to 100% and did the recall service for free! I was shocked. Instead of guessing, Lehman brought out a tunnel camera, a powerful hydraulic clearing tool, etc., to analyze the problem, and determined that my septic system was in perfect shape except for a pipe junction that was blocked and needed repaired. They came back with an escavation crew and the whole thing was resolved in a week for half of what I expected it to cost, a tiny fraction of what the previous contractor guessed. These guys are rock stars; I cannot recommend them enough.

    Had a main drain clog on a Sunday @ 5pm they were out and unclogged by 8 pm. On a Sunday no less. Brandon my tech was great, quick, answered all questions and was knowledgeable. Dont waste your time with anyone else. Just call them. Phenomenal service and customer care. Thanks again.
