Everyone at the Power Connection with whom we have dealt is wonderful! Jennifer and Jarrod from Accounting have been terrific to work with despite static on our phone. Alex has been great describing things to us. Matt, who came today to turn our system on again after the diesel oil was replaced, and all the reps who came here through the years to repair and update it have been extremely nice and very thorough. Mary Beth has our special thanks for her lovely voice - she is the first voice you hear when calling the Power Connection and she represents the organization beautifully. My generator did not turn on during a recent electrical outage. I called Power Connection and they sent out a very talented technician, I think Mac Dove is his name. He was extremely knowledgeable and had my generator back on line in no time and ready for the next outage. I am a very satisfied customer. Bob Szabo

Tried two other providers and had to leave both for many disappointments Power Connection is great, got remote monitoring set up and have followed up on all action items and always show up when scheduled for both a 150KW and smaller generator.

The Tech that serviced my equipment was great. I mentioned that the last guy did not think the slower start was an issue. I worried that slow start would turn into no start when I really needed my unit to run. Anyway, now a 1.5 second start up!

The Power Connection has done two major installations for us. They installed a 20 kW whole-house backup generator system, and more recently, completed the electrical installation for a new steel storage barn for my tractor and other outdoor equipment. Both installations were flawless. Their staff is very skilled technically, but more important, they continually expressed concern that our desires for each job were fully met. They went above and beyond the call of duty, even so far as replacing one of the exterior light fixtures an the storage barn with one that better fit my wifes artistic tastes. Since the backup generator was installed, we have had zero issues with power failures, an important fact due to my wifes chronic health issues. I would recommend the work of the Power Connection to anyone.

I am very pleased with my Generac unit. It works as designed when we had power outages. Both when at home and when on vacation (as reported by my neighbor). I have purchased a maintenance agreement with The Power Connection and also trust (expect) they will response quickly if my unit should have problems.

The power connection was above and beyond what I had expected. I had a generator problem and needed it to work for the next day. They took my truck in and fixed it immediately, I was in and out in under an hour when everyone else was quoting me 2-3days time. Great service, thanks Jim!

It is always a wonderful experience when you work with friendly professionals on any project. We just commissioned a Generac 20kW standby generator for our home. From start to finish, The Power Connection folks were simply outstanding! From Wes detailed survey to work up a proposal last fall to the final minutes of commissioning three days ago by Bruce & Mike with help by Christian, it would be impossible to think of anything that could be improved. The generator, transfer switch and all appears well made and quite functional. But the superlative has to go to the folks we interacted with. Well done, The Power Connection!
