I only have positive things to say about our experience with Tonys Plumbing! It was very easy to make the initial contact online and then their office contacted us promptly, to make the appointment. Paul was sent to fix a leak in the main pipe. He was courteous, professional and very patient in explaining the issue to my elderly mother, who owns the house. The repair bill was reasonably and I would not hesitate to call them again for any future plumbing issues. Thank you Paul, and Tonys Plumbing for helping us with our plumbing needs!

Our water heater pilot started going out every few days, and I was having trouble finding someone to come out and fix it. The plumber we had been using would only replace it. They wouldn’t even try to repair it, since it was more than 6 years old. Another place that specialized in water heaters also wouldn’t try, since it wasn’t a brand they carried parts for. I finally called Tony’s Plumbing, and they said they would be happy to send someone out to work on it. Paul came out and opened up the burner assembly and cleaned everything out. This is exactly what the manufacturer had suggested to do for this problem. Now it’s working fine again, with a 1-hour service call. I was very happy with the job that Paul did. He took his time and did a thorough job and was pleasant to deal with. Eventually we’ll need a new water heater, but to throw one away prematurely seemed a shame for many reasons. Also, the office staff was extremely helpful—by the time I called Tony’s I was in a bit of a time crunch, and they said they would let me know if there was a cancellation. They managed to fit me into their schedule that same day, which was a real lifesaver. We’ll definitely be calling Tony’s Plumbing for any future plumbing problems.

I have reviewed Tonys before, and just want to reiterate what a thorough, reliable and consistently honest business this is. I had a leaky toilet this time, and although the first visit did not completely fix the leak, Paul was right back the next day and was able to pinpoint the problem (no charge for the return visit). Paul is wonderful (as is Mark who was out last month for a pinhole leak under one of the bathrooms). I will never use another plumber.......only Tonys! Now I just need to put them on speed dial.

These guys have been our only plumber since purchasing our house. Their craftsmanship is very high quality, they insist on doing things the right way not the fast way. They also do a good job of explaining the work they are doing and why they are doing it. There are probably cheaper plumbers out there but Tonys prices are still very fair and reasonable and the work they do is definitely worth it. Theyve done six different jobs on our house, all of them upgrades. At this point I wont let any other plumbers near our house. Theyve definitely earned the right to be our Family Plumber!!

If we didnt all have enough to deal with this week, my kitchen not only backed up but also sprung a leak with older plumbing problems under the sink.I called John from Tonys Plumbing and he coordinated (even as busy as they were the past couple of days) with his office, and the next morning bright and early, Paul from Tonys, arrived at my home.Paul arrived at the promised time and cleared the blockage of the sink first, but then managed to wrestle out the old cast iron plumbing under the sink and then he replaced all with new fixtures.It was a tedious job but Paul just patiently kept at it all, while masked and gloved, and yes, we used social distancing in my own kitchen. I discovered Tonys Plumbing 3 years ago, on Angies List, when we moved into a 50 year old fixer upper. Tonys Plumbing does all of our plumbing work here. We are pleased with their service, as they are licensed, professional, and affordable. They replaced our 50 year old cast iron plumbing with pvc, re-lined our drain pipes to the street sewer line, and updated our plumbing in the bathrooms and kitchen. We are happy with their service and highly recommend them.

After more than enough pin hole leaks I decided to get my house re-piped. I invited 8 firms to submit bids. Out of 8 plumbing companies only 5 responded, then only 3 submitted quotes.Tonys quote was in the middle of the pack but a few things stood out.First, Tony himself came out to look at the house before submitting a quote (the only owner that did).Second, I was absolutely sure he was being honest and upfront about the work he proposed in the bid.Third, he said the job would take two days (as did everyone else) but that the water would only be off during the second day (in fact the water was only off about 2/3rds of the second day).Lastly, he offered to pull the required permits from the city said he would be present when the city inspector came by to sign off the work.ALL of the guys he sent over (5 on day 1 and 4 on day 2) were polite and all business. As long as Tony owns the company Ill be a customer.

John arrived with the HD Video Camera, Hydro Jetter, and removed the root intrusion from our home all the way to the city connection. However, my only complaint is they left the tile floor we have in the garage dirty. I had to spend over an hour cleaning up the floor to what it looked like before they arrived.

Tonys Plumbing is not one of those! His office staff is prompt courteous.. his guys show up on time being respectful and your not afraid to let them in, not only they go out of your way to take care of your problems and follow thru. So after several years of juniper root intrusion with countless router jobs to temporarily clean out our sewer main-we met the amazing group from Tonys Plumbing. They came out and sent a fiber optic scope into our main and found the joints in the cast iron breeched and about 20 of clay pipe broken and useless to keep the sewage from seeping into the surrounding ground or the roots out of the main. John Sanzone (owners son) gave us a rapid quote to install a liner and poly sleeve into the existing 4 main. After getting another quote (from a company that shall remain nameless) we were set to get this job done by Tonys Plumbing with a $1600 savings. They arrived on time and everyone that we came into contact were amazing. The prep work was extensive with meticulous care directed towards preserving the house and all of the landscaping weve spent years on. The level of professionalism was refreshing and the skill and exhaustive hard work of all of the crew was extraordinary! I was able to watch the entire process and am amazed at how technical this kind of job is. They handled it with a high degree of skill and the install was flawless. After the install, they were very thorough to erase almost any evidence theyd been here. I give my highest regard and recommendation to this group. This is the third time we have used Tonys Plumbing and once again very happy with the overall service. Although the issue at hand was a bit out of norm, the team found a resolution that was best for the problem we had and we are grateful. It was a job that had to spread over a couple of days, due to the fact we needed to get water detection service on hand to find the leak, since it was under ground. Once located the repairs were done quickly. I had requested for Jorge to do all the work, but due to scheduling and our need it was not possible, however Jorge came to give the final look to make sure we were satisfied. Work involved multiple workers and we are grateful to all for work well done. Thank you Jeorge, Tonys Plumbing and the whole team. Tony’s Plumbing came to my house to check out aspects of the home inspection report as I was getting ready to sell my house. Mark was friendly and personable and checked everything out and found no active leaks in the house. Paul came the next day and added an earthquake shut off valve on my gas line which I did not have. They both were professional and worked carefully and cleaned up after themselves. I would hire Tony’s plumbing again if I were staying in the LA area and not moving. I am recommending Tony’s Plumbing to the buyers of my house as a company that can come take care of their plumbing needs.

I’ve been fortunate not to have any horrific plumbing issues but if I did I’d call tony’s They installed my tankless water heater some years ago and I was happy then. Recently I had some blockage issues with my main line water backing up in one of the showers when the toilet was flushed and it was the same great customer service from showing up, fixing the problem, being reasonably fair in cost and clean up.I wouldn’t trust anyone else with my homes plumbing.
