    John re-plumbed my ENTIRE 3/2 bedroom house with PEX including a new bathroom addition. He is very professional, kind, and very knowledgeable. His father owns another plumbing company where he started so his experience and knowledge in the industry along with his youthfulness and energy puts him above all the competition.Do not hesitate to use John!!!!!!!!

    John, Liz, Nick, and Ben are terrific in every way. Very professional, friendly, knowledgeable, and easy to work with. They all provided lots of reassurance during our project and gave me confidence that they were fully engaged and focused on doing the job the right way. As a retired contractor I was especially happy with their communication every step of the way and then the information they provided making me understand and feel better about spending the money to preserve my plumbing system for decades to come.     John is great! He was so kind, timely, professional and great with customers. I felt like a lot of the other plumbers I was seeing were trying to rip me off, but John was honest and dealt with our issue, not trying to create more things to charge us for. Its always hard dealing with these expert craftsman as you never know if you can trust them to not find a million more issues to $$ for. He also fit us into his busy schedule fast which i appreciated. Thank you John!

    Shawn is a true professional. He was very straightforward and honest. Did great quality work, did the job quickly, it was very fair priced. He was always on time and showed a lot of pride in his work. Very thankful for the job he did and the effort he put forth. Ran a lot of pipe for me and had to move other pipe around underneath the house so I could have my wager/dryer in the garage. He also installed my sinks and garbage disposals quickly and properly. He would be the first guy call in the future if I need help with plumbing

    I recently acquired a 65 year old home where there was never any maintenance done to the sewer lines. John’s team came out to inspect the lines which turned out to be in really bad shape with blockages, multiple cracks, and giant tree roots. One section of the sewer line had deteriorated to the point where most of the drain was gone. John and his team saved my sewer drains. Using their trenchless approach, they completely replaced some areas and lined other areas. John was very honest and knowledgeable, and took the time to thoroughly explain things to me. The work was done quickly, and the work area was kept very neat. And his prices were very reasonable. The repaired lines look fantastic and I am extremely happy with everything. I can’t say enough good things about John and his team. You are in good hands with these guys!

    I called 911 Sewer Specialists and within a half hour a crew was at my home. They found the source of our problem really fast. The project took some time(since I called so late in the day) and was completed the following day. They made two access points to our main sewer line and our plumbing worked like normal again. Benjamin finished our job, cleaned up after himself, and was very friendly. I highly recommend 911 for any plumbing issue.

    John from 911 Sewer came out to inspect a 50-year-old atrium drain that has serious root intrusion. I have always had a problem with this drain and spend the rainy season worried that water will fill up the atrium and leak into my house. This year I discovered that the root removal methods I have used in the past are no longer effective. John detected the problem areas and provided an excellent solution. The company responded quickly to my request, confirmed the appointment, and showed up on time.I also had John and Nick from 911 Sewer locate and reroute a damaged pipe. It involved cutting, removing (and ultimately replacing) concrete, replacing a drain pipe, and routing it to a better, closer exit. The line is now fully functional and saved me thousands of dollars it would have taken to repair the old 50-foot drainpipe to its original exit.The final part of my project with 911 Sewer involved installing a liner into the pipe that runs underneath my house (Nuflow, I believe) to prevent any future root intrusion which is a major problem in my neighborhood.It was completed with very little disruption, and the jobsite was left completely clean. The replacement concrete was professionally poured and although it is still drying, it looks great.John is extremely knowledgeable when it comes to sewers, drains and piping and he is easy to work with, not to mention very honest and didnt try to upsell me anything I really didnt need. I would highly recommend.👌

Then showed me the recording and explained everything. No hidden secret. Went over my different options.
