Drain Force was awesome to work with—- very professional, hard-working and courteous. They replaced most of our home’s internal pipes (cast iron to PVC) and also the external sewage pipes (clay to PVC). They also did a great job patching up walls with stucco, drywall and paint. Juan and his team also remodeled our upstairs bathroom: they installed a double faucet vanity with new ceiling can lights, replaced the tub with a walk-in shower with beautiful wall tiles and river rock floor, installed a stunning glass barn door slider, and put in a new toilet. After each day, the team did a great job cleaning up, so the construction wasn’t too obtrusive. Everyone had a positive attitude and energy, always accommodating with every request and revision. Drain Force was recommended to me, and am thankful we worked with them—- I highly recommend Drain Force to everyone for their jobs, big or small!

I had some serious drain/plumbing issues with my houses 50+ year old cast iron pipes, and Im glad we went with Drain-Force for trenchless repair and pipe-lining. Theyre not cheap, but the owner, Juan Carlos, was always responsive, professional, and even thoughtful whenever any issue or question came up. It was apparent his team knows what theyre doing, and I would recommend them to anyone with drain line issues.Scope:We had 2 breaks in our lateral drain and they fixed the connector to our main line. They also descaled, hydro-jetted, and lined our bathroom pipes with resin. When they discovered the laundry/kitchen pipe couldnt be descaled/lined due to a section of it being collapsed, they talked to us about the option to replace that pipe using their trenchless method (to minimize the jackhammering through the slab of our house).I had another plumbing contractor re-routing supply lines at the time, and the Drain-Force team was accommodating to the spaces they needed to work in and everyones schedules. They also did a fantastic job on the dry wall repair and putting back our pavers.

Juan and his crew are professional and a pleasure to work with! I found them online and was impressed with their reviews.We purchased our first home 2 years ago and knew that we might run into plumbing problems eventually since it was built in the 50s. What started out as a backed up kitchen and bathroom drain led to the unearthing of a thoroughly aged and broken sewage line.We did not plan on a major project so soon, but they walked us through the damage they found and gave us the options they could provide. I felt they were very transparent about the work needed and that the pricing was reasonable.We now have piece of mind that our sewage system will be great for years to come. We also had them replace the pressure valve on our incoming water line which they did quickly, cleanly and was also well priced.If we have future pluming projects they will be the people I call!Thank you Drain-Force!

We highly recommend Drain Force plumbing. Juan and his team came in to fix a mess that another local company created when we hired them to fix our sewer line. He had a solution and bid the same day he did the camera inspection of the line. He didn’t hesitate to give us a few options and price points. We found the team finished the job fast, were very clean, and most importantly-competent. Juan is your guy if you need any plumbing repairs.

Juan and the team were great. Has a drain pipe leak at the slab just before christmas. After having a frustrating experience with another local plumber, Drain Force came out for an estimate on same day (Dec 23rd) and had the issue scheduled and fixed on Dec. 26th. Fast, professional, and easy to work with. They are now my first call for any plumbing work moving forward.

Juan and his team at Drain Force did an excellent job at replacing the sewer line from my house to the street. The house was built in 1946, and it had its original clay pipe sewer lateral. This line had become so clogged with roots that it was barely passible by sewage. Juan is very experienced and was able to answer all of my questions about the job (I am an engineer and had many technical questions). His crew was clean and hard working. I had a very positive experience with Drain Force, and give my recommendation for any other homeowners in the area who have a sewer line issue.

Drain Force replaced and upgraded the copper water supply piping under my house. They used the best materials and completed the project on time and in a very professional manner. When unforeseen job issues were encountered, Juan Carlos adjusted the schedule and quickly addressed difficult piping system configuration matters. All work was documented with city permits. Drain Force goes the extra mile in communicating with the customer and showed respect by minimizing the disruption of water service. They have good depth in their team which allows them to complete major projects in a short time. We recommend them for your project.

Due to our house and yard being on a downward slope when it rains the backyard turns into a swamp. We decided to dig out a French well and drain on our own. Eventually we found it was more of a job than we thought. So, after interviewing 7-8 different landscape companies the last one was Juan. He was patient with us and came up with the simplest and most elegant plan AND at a quote half of the others. The Crew were ALL top notch professionals. They knew exactly what to do and did it. They kept us informed on the progress of the project. Even the electrician was professional in all ways. We have been recommending them to everyone!

The quality of service, the level of detail, the way they communicate and their customer service is superior. Pipe lining is a great alternative to digging everything up in an older building. These guys cannot be beat. They are fantastic. I want to take this opportunity to share my experience with Drain-Force Plumbing, I’m really impressed with how they run their business.I have 100 year old building in historic downtown San Pedro, with original pipes this old I was having backups that seemed to be happening more often t able to rehabilitate my buildings old pipe without having to step foot in the building. They simply dug a hole outside in a flowerbed, they installed a liner upstream towards the building, and they put this high tech robot to cut out the connectors. They were done with the entire project in 2 days. Water was off only 6 hours through the whole process.The other companies wanted to saw cut a 100 foot trench on the inside of my building and replace the pipe by hand. Both companies said the project would take approximately 1 week and a half. This means my tenants would have to be displaced to a hotel while the repairs were made, no thanks.Thank you Juan Carlos and the whole Drain-Force crew.

Juan and his men are neat, professional and hard working. They have very modern equipment and know how to use it. We had other plumbers try to clear our root-clogged yard drains and all gave up. Juan inspected the job, ran a camera down it, diagnosed the problem in MINUTES when other contractors spent hours scratching their heads. Then, on the day they returned to do the work, the clear all the roots and dirt from the entire system in a few hours. When they were done, they CLEANED UP and left the place in much better shape than they found it. Could not be more impressed with Drain-Force Plumbing.

Juan and his crew at Drain Force plumbing hydro-jetted out my main line, which had been giving me problems with roots for years. They used a camera and took the time to show me the roots, before, during, and after the process. They were clean, had new equipment, and were in and out in no time. Their price was much more reasonable than the last guy I used. Afterward, he noted that I had no cleanout in front of my house that would have made the job easier and allowed a larger jetter or snake in to the large 6 line out to the street, and offered to install one for a very reasonable price. It was a big job digging down about 6 feet to the pipe, but they did it all in only 1 1/2 days. You should have seen the huge roots they found and cut away, and the clay pipe they removed with the roots in in the joint. They even gave me a credit towards the price of the amount of the hydro-jetting, plus a four year guarantee, which is great because I was having a problem at least every year before. When they were done they did a nice job cleaning up. He and his crew were very courteous and professional, and showed up and finished on time. I highly recommend them.
