    Mr. Rooter plumbing is a wonderful company. They are very professional and willing to work overtime to finish a major job - especially for a handicapped person such as myself. They installed a new water heater, a new sump pump with backup battery, new faucets in kitchen and bathroom, replaced leaking valves and water lines (one involved digging a 3ft. trench to reach it). All this was done in one day! I now have decent water pressure and would definitely use this company again.

    Water Heater and PRV replacement: Rich (Tech) was very courteous, professional and efficient. He identified a couple of other issues or potential issues without any pressure to sell. He was spot on with the estimate for time and left the entire work area clean. I would definitely use them and recommend them if all Techs are as good as Rich.

    I had Roland come to my home today to replace a kitchen strainer. He had the part and took about 10-15 minutes from the time he arrived to complete the service. After he changed the strainer, he had me to review and approve the service. Also, before starting the job, he asked to look at the main water line just in case.I received a friendly price, fast and same day service, he was experienced and friendly.For the reasons stated above, I recommend this company for plumbing service over others. Im always skeptical about having service members come to my home, but I would definitely contact this company again when and if needed. Thanks.

    Very impressed with Mr. Rooter, our service technician Rich, was very professional hard-working and explained every process to us in detail before he completed any work. He gave us clear detailed estimates so we understood what work he would be performing and he took pictures along the way and pointed out the important parts for us to be aware of. He was very careful in our home making sure not to damage any of our belongings and cleaned up after himself after he worked on each project area of our home to include dusting for drywall, dust, and vacuuming in the areas where he was working. We plan to use Mr. Rooter and hopefully will be assigned Rich as our technician for any future projects and we will recommend him and Mr. Rooter to all of our friends and family.

    Whole house re-pipe: replaced main stack and drains, replaced water lines, installed new lines, and installed a new water heater. Technicians were Rich and John. I had 3 estimates taken for this job and Rich was the only one that took an honest look around and told me what would need to happen. I trusted him right away, then their estimate came in a couple thousand under the other 2. It was an easy choice. These guys did an amazing job and I couldnt be happier with the work they have done. They even took on a few other small jobs not in the estimate and didnt adjust the estimate.

    I put in a request for clogging of my kitchen sink on a Sunday and was pleasantly surprised to get a very prompt reply and visit for a diagnostic. Zach was very friendly and professional and was actually able to take care of the problem. He then ran some additional tests and found a second issue that he also took care of. Zach also had a lot of helpful teaching points for what I can look for in the future. I really enjoyed working with him!

    From 9/14/24We had a major plumbing problem, and we used Mr. Rooter of Greater Baltimore for the 3rd time this year. We have been happy with their offer to stop by for a free estimate and then to do the work right then and there if the estimate was acceptable. Wayne, Umesh and David were working to fix the problem most of Saturday and they got the job done right. They explained clearly what they were doing and answered any question we had. They cleaned up and disposed of any unwanted materials.From April 2024We searched on Angi for a plumber to install our new toilet and Mr. Rooter was the first to respond. We called and were pleasantly surprised when they offered a same-day free estimate followed by installation if we agreed to the price. Paul was dispatched within the hour and gave us a price much lower than another plumber we had contacted. We agreed to the price and he installed it right away. We are thoroughly pleased with the quality of service we received at an affordable price.

    Very pleased with the service. Technician Umesh came on Thursday evening to diagnose problem with the water heater. They returned early Friday to replace the water heater.     We were in need of a plumber and went to Angi to find one. Fortunately, in wasnt an emergency. Almost immediately after posting on Angi, we received a call from Mr. Rooter. The problem was explained and they let us know, if time allowed someone would be there later or the next morning at 8:30am. We received an email with the name of who was coming and a picture. He (Phillip) arrived Sunday morning and was very professional. he looked over what was going on and fixed a few issues. We were very happy with this visit and would use this service again in the future as needed.

    A technician named Dillon came out to install a toilet (along with a new fancy bidet system) in our home. Giving him 10/5 stars because: he was right on time, polite almost to a fault, extremely competent, quick with the work, kept the space clean (cleaner than when he arrived even), and did it all for about a third of the price quoted by another local plumbing outfit. Do not be fooled by his youthful appearance, this guys knows what he is doing and you should count yourself lucky if Mr. Rooter sends him your way.

    I highly recommend Mr. Rooter for water heater replacement service. Robbie and Rich came to my house on July 5th, 2019 and install a power vent water heater. Before I talked to Robbie and Rich, another company tried to upsell a tankless water heater for over $8,000. However, Mr. Rooter recommend me a 75 gallon power water hear which costs less than half of the tankless water heater. All the fittings and pipes were professionally routed and connected. I like their new fitting technology which doesnt use any solder. They cleaned up the area of working neatly. They even help with stacking my drier on top of my washer. I am more than happy with their service.

    Choosing Mr. Rooter was a stroke of luck. The Receptionist was very clear about what I could expect when the technician arrived. Professionalism was exercised from the first call until the job was completed. Rich, the Plumber was both knowledgeable and personable and sent me before and after photos of our Garbage Disposable. The charge was within the $ range for what was needed. Cant remember the last time I was pleased to part with my money.

    We had Mr. Rooter install a water heater last August. It stopped working June of 2024 and they were super responsive and came out the next morning. It was determined that the unit was defective and instead of having me deal with the manufacture, they made the call in the field to replace and deal with them directly. They came out the next day with a brand new unit and we are back in service. Thanks Rich, you rock!

    I called them to replace the shower faucet and they sent Richard Bush, who was extremely professional. He wore the shoe covers when entered the premises. He explained what needs to be done and gave me the price afterwards. Even though it was a little pricy, but he did a good job. And they gave the warranty of parts and labor for a year, which was really great. He cleaned up the mess very well. The company should provide him with a small drop clothe so it would be easy on him to clean and customer wont get a chance to complaint. I will hire them again if I need to.

    Our area had a big rain storm, and I found out in the morning that all three (yes three) of my sump pumps stopped working for various reasons. All three needed to be replaced. Mr. Rooters technician, Brandon, came out within a couple hours, assets the situation and was able to replace all three of the pumps the same day. The prices was very reasonable, too. The customer service representative, Kim, was very helpful in getting things set up. She was kind and courteous.     Our technician, Umesh, did a great job installing our 50 gallon water heater. There was a miscommunication in their office and he brought a 40gal tank initially, but once we realized that it was the incorrect size the issue was remedied quickly without fuss. The 2010 tank Umesh removed barely could even drain due to all the sediment inside blacking it up, so he hauled it outside to get it to drain so as not to mess up our carpet. Then he hauled it through our back gate all the way around to the front of our (middle unit!) townhome through inches and inches of snow. I feel bad that this ended up being an extra long job, but was very grateful to have gotten it completed so quickly (we had just had a tech out this morning for our free estimate). I had received three other companies’ estimates which all were several hundred $$$ more expensive. Thanks!

    I am very pleased with the service Mr. Rooters technician, Justin Wizinsky, provided in replacing the toilet in my upstairs master bathroom. He was professional, efficient, and polite. He did a thorough inspection of the new toilet I had purchased at a hardware store before installing it and found a crack that was difficult to see at first. He even waited for me to go to the hardware store to return it and pick up a new replacement. Very pleased and will call Mr. Rooter for service the next time I need help with the kinds of household repair and maintenance services they provide.

    Robbie Whitley was fantastic! Very professional, helpful and extremely knowledgeable. Worth the time. Jordan from Mr. Rooter came out, showed me it wasnt as big a deal, and quoted me so much lower than the other company that i had him take care of another issue too. Two plumbers arrived on time, got what needed two people to get done done, and the other left for other work, which kept my costs down. He even waited around to see if we could replicate a drip that was giving me some concern. Great service.

    Excellent same day service!! We had a main drain line backing up sewage into our basement and had originally scheduled service with a different big name plumbing company only to have them cancel the appointment twice at the last minute and then tell us they couldn’t get there until the next day. Luckily we called Mr. Rooter, and although it was a Saturday evening by this point their technician James Cornish arrived within 45 minutes. He was friendly, professional and neat upon arrival. He gave options for the repair and completed the work the same day. When the work was done he even left the work area cleaner than he found it. Definitely would use the service again and highly recommend asking for James.

    Mr. Rooter replaced our broken water heater within 24 hours of our call, on a Friday before a holiday weekend. So yes, they are responsive and Franz walked me through the process and answered our questions over the phone before we committed to a new water heater. One thing though - ask for a copy of the invoice before paying the deposit. The warranty info was incorrect in the initial invoice, which Mr. Rooter promptly corrected upon our request. I know nothing about water heaters but so far so good on the new water heater. Rich, the technician, was very careful to follow the codes in installing the new water heater, and explained to us clearly what he had done. Rich took away the old broken water heater, and left the work area immaculately clean. He wore a mask in the house the whole time, as well as shoe covers, and was courteous and professional. In terms of price, I think it was pretty much in line with the going rate. All in all, if I have to call a plumber, I would call Mr. Rooter again and ask for Rich based on this experience.

A plumber was able to come on the same day I called; the whole family was thrilled about this. Rob Whitley was my plumber; ask for him if you can get him. Worked with me so I was able to get the job done right away. Explained why I was having constant problems, then advised me to save up for the repairs, because it was only a matter of time. Never felt pressured or tricked into doing the service. Gave me info on how to avoid sewage buildup. All great things, but best of all, I felt comfortable around him; I cant say that for every service person who walks into my house. The stories I could tell... Anyway, Im satisfied with the work and Im saving my pennies for that backed-up sewage day. I just hope I have time enough to be ready.

    I cant thank enough Rob and the front office personnel at Mr. Rooter out of Baltimore. This business actually takes their customers into account and are the professional team, whereas, the appointment was made and upheld around our timeline with no excuses. Rob actually listened fully, observed all our concerns, and analyzed professionally all that needs done and their urgency or need of. He then sat down to discuss all our options, price things out, and explain in full details what he saw as a professional, and the recommendation, without wasting our time, and extra money on unnecessary fixes. As he left to give my wife and I time to discuss, per our request, he did not charge us for the service charge, even if we would have called back another plumber. My wife and I only needed a minute or two, as he made it an easy and cost-effective decision on our part. I immediately called, and their front office did not mind turning him back around to complete the job immediately. Although I always keep things clean, he chose to do as much as he could himself as to not leave me any worry. As stated in my comments, the team gave my family and I a feeling of sound mind, receiving, knowing and seeing the results as a simple fix without the hassle.This is a secondary review adding many thanks and appreciation to Rob and the team that supervises and assigns him. Just a day after his well deserved vacation, I requested him to return as a good faith and continue our customer relationship and trust in him. And although he will never admit to it, he kept scratching his head as to not get stomped and return to his vacation spot with the mess that he detected. My concern seemed to be a simple clogged sink that I could not seem to close back up without it leaking. After a few hours and multi-excavations to resolve the whole problem, for the same fair and reasonable price quoted at the start of the job, he unclogged my entire toilet, shower, and sink all the way out the house. Our plumbing system, which originally was connected backwards apparently, took redoing and converting to better pipe material and more direct connection as to not collect as much drain debris over time. He also advised me on how to maintain and possible fixes and replacements I should consider in the near future as preventive measures from having more expensive issues and incidents occurring.

He was curtious and skilled at getting the job done. After removing the clogged drain he cleaned up and sanitized the bathroom.     Rob and Rich worked on replacing the pipes in our entire house. They were very respectful, professional, and hard working.     I just moved into my new townhouse and on the same day my toilet got backed up with waste filled to the brim. Yikes!!! I called Rotor Rooter for an estimate over the phone but the only way I can get an estimate is for a technician to come to my house to do an inspection. Mr. Nate Hurley came to my house and I was impressed. He was professional, courteous, very knowledgeable, and easy on the eyes. After Mr. Hurley check the toilet that was backed up, he then check my basement plumbing to determine the cause of the back up. Once his inspection was complete he gave me the estimate of $246, which was way too high for me. I told Mr. Hurley that I just moved into my house and I don’t have anything remotely close to that dollar amount so I couldn’t accept his estimate/offer. However when I get the money I will ask for Mr. Nate Hurley because I appreciate good customer service, and he made me feel at ease being in my home in a new neighborhood for the first time.     Our well system is very out-of-date and started to leak recently. We hired two plumbers but they both could not fix the problem quickly. Then we called Mr Rooter. John came in 30 minutes when we called and suggested that we should replace the well pipes, cap and the pump because they were too old and got rusted everywhere. We talked to Franz, the owner, about the price, which is a bit pricy ( actually we realize later it is worth it regarding the high quality and rapid work). The next day, John and Justin came in the morning, and do the job very carefully. It took them about five hours to finish it, and the output is wonderful. We cannot ask more. John is a very decent guy and explained everything to us carefully. The funniest part is that he also is a septic inspector and educated us on how to find the septic pipes with two wires. John’s work is very pretty and Justin is also a very responsive and hard-working. We cannot ask for more. We feel lucky to bump into Mr Rooter on google when frustrated with the well issue. We definitely want to recommend it to all who wanna a quick fix. It is worthy paying a bit more for the return of quick and professional fix.😊

    I had a water line suddenly spring a leak yesterday, couldnt find the source so I closed off the water main and went looking for a plumber this morning - found Mr. Rooter, saw great Google reviews, called them, and 1.5 hrs later they were here on normal rates, not emergency rates. The plumber Rich and I spent about 1/2 hr figuring out the source of the leak (icemaker water filter line from basement to kitchen), then it was a relatively quick fix. He also discovered the water filter housing itself had a tiny leak - we suspect a water pressure surge was involved so Im having them come out again to replace the 30 yr old water pressure regulator valve - cant afford to have my basement flood again. I would highly recommend Rich to anyone - he was as good as it gets - polite, smart, and he worked with me in diagnosing the problem, didnt have a go away and let me do my job attitude, which as an ex-engineer I greatly appreciate.
