    FYI, they dont do drywall repair, so they will leave an access panel if they need to get inside the wall.They did a shower valve repair for me. Initially quoted at $1300 but they did apply a gotta keep our plumbers busy discount, which was appreciated.As with any service, plan for time to get an estimate followed by lead time to get the repair scheduled.

    I called this morning after finding that my shower wasnā€™t draining, backing up into the spare bathrooms tub, and water leaking from underneath my toilet. The initial gentleman that took my call was very polite and professional and said he could have someone out within a few hours if my callā€” Devon was there within an hour. He quickly diagnosed the problem and provided a solution and got to work fixing the clogged drain line. He was also very professional and knowledgeable.     I had all of my plumbing (sinks, showers, toilets, and tubs) backing up with water on a Saturday morning. I consider myself a handyman but this was beyond my scope. As one of the only places open on weekends, I gave them a call. Within the hour they were at my house. Unfortunately for me, the grinder pump had gone bad (as I expected). I was quoted a reasonable price but told they wouldnā€™t be able to get parts until Monday.Hereā€™s where they shined: About an hour later I get a call stating they were able to get in contact with their parts supplier and they could install the pump same day. 2 hours later, they showed up again we had working drains and sewer.The techs that came out were very friendly and courteous. Iā€™ll definitely use them for any future issues and would recommend them to anyone who asks.

    I noticed the sound of running water behind one of my walls leading me to contact a plumber. After having a separate company come and look at my house for 10 minutes and tell me there was no leak, I contacted Reliable. Devon showed up the next day and IDd the leak source within a few minutes (slab leak). Reliable was also able to get the repair completed the very next day. Devon took effort to keep the intrusion on my floor to a minimum as well which I appreciated. Will definitely be my go-to plumbing company moving forward.

He was on time each day, and they use a tracking system for their service vehicles that let you know exactly where they are and when they will arrive.     Nathan, the technician, went over and above helping us! Our water heater was an extra hard job!     An all around excellent experience with Worthmann Plumbing. I needed a replacement of my main sewer line which involved digging a long trench and cutting through a bunch of cement. Devon did a great job explaining everything that would be involved and patiently answering all of my questions. Justin and Roman were very impressive with pouring and restoring the concrete after the installation. Devon and Tyler came back to my home to check out the quality of workmanship.     I almost never bother writing reviews, but these guys live up to their excellent reputation. Hired them to install a whole house water filtration system at my main water line. My main water line wasnt immediately visible when they first quoted me, so they asked that I contact ECUA to have it flagged before they returned to do the work. When they came back the following week to do the work they found that my main water line ran across two other properties and under my deck. This made the job three times as difficult and expensive, so they offered to instead install the water filter at my tankless water heater, which they were able to do in literally minutes. After the work was completed, it turned out that I had misunderstood pricing on the new job, so they graciously waived all costs for the install - they didnt even charge me for parts. Devin and Justin were incredibly punctual and their fantastic work speaks for itself, and Melinda at their office was extremely generous and understanding about my situation; their primary focus and concern is customer satisfaction, its no wonder they have so many phenomenal reviews.

    Professional start to finish. From my initial call to Chris T resolution of my issue. The call was scheded for first thing in AM the next day. Chris arrived first thing from Gulf Breeze even with the bridge out.Chris was most professional. My wife and I noticed a stain around toilet in master bath which somehow we had not noticed previously and assumed that it was leaking. I assumed that the ring seal had failed and considered replacing it myself. My wife wisely pointed out that at 80 I might want to call a professional. After I considered the ever expanding honey do list before me I agreed.Chris arrived checked it out and to my chagrin the stain was not wet! He further checked it with a moisture meter - no moisture. We finally surmised that there must have been water back up when several years ago we had a clog requiring Rotor Rooter and we had not previously noticed the stain.I gladly paid the $49 minimum fee having been saved from experiencing the multiple contingencies that inevitably occur when those little projects go sideways! BTW Chris could have made an unnecessary repair and billed me anyway.I highly recommend Chris T and Worthmann Plumbing.
