    I would have appreciated a more detailed invoice, but otherwise the service was fine and even included a modifications to make future shutoffs easier.Update: Jeff came back to take care of the leak that remained after a different crew had installed a new water line to the house.He took a lot of time to try tracking down the source of the leak, and because he was unable to do so definitively he called dispatch And scheduled the firm’s leak detection crew to come back the next day.All of this was under warranty, so there was no charge.I found all this very satisfactory and good service.

    Tristan, our technician was fabulous. Polite, courteous, informative, and honest. I was told by the company there was an $89.99 estimate fee. I was fine with that. That’s just to come to your house. To actually look and see if there’s a problem that’s an extra $300. I was not happy with Benjamin Franklin about that.

    Jeff did a great job at explaining my options with my tankless water heater. He was honest, communicative, accommodating, friendly, and thorough with all interactions. He went above and beyond to work with me when I was not at home for the installation. He communicated with me around every turn and made sure the installation went as smoothly as possible for me. Excellent service.

    Rhodes was professional, knowledgeable and courteous. Explained everything along the way. At first, I thought my quoted price to replace two bad valves and to remove the old kitchen sink and install the new one I purchased was high...that was until I watched Rhodes removing the old sink, which didnt want to come out. After carefully cutting the sink loose from the liquid nails that held it in place, he still had to custom cut the counter to fit the new sink, all with tools I dont own. I surely would have screwed things up for what I anticipated to be an easy job, but the price I paid Benjaminn Franklin Plumbing was worth every penny to save me the aggravation I surely would have experienced doing it myself. A job done well is a job well done.

    Steve was AWESOME!!! Needed an emergency repair on a hot water line leaking within a wall in the house. Call BFP after hours, and Steve was out same day within two hours. Very professional and the work he did is top tier. 10/10 would recommend!!!

    Jeffery was very thorough and detailed in communicating with me on the status of repair to my water heater. While waiting on parts for repair, he continuously checked to ensure we still had hot water and as soon as the parts came in, he contacted me to schedule the date.     Rhodes was personable and had a fantastic attitude. The husband couldnt hold his upset attitude about the situation once he met him. I called around 9:30 AM and was initially told between 2-6pm for the visit and he arrived before 11:30 AM. He made our life a breeze with the stress of the holidays coming.

    Taylor was most pleasant and well informed. He is a very good salesman for the Brita whole house water filtration systems. While I appreciated his information and advice and generous manager discounts, because of price and water flow rate we elected to have them install the Aquasana system which we had already purchased.9/11/24- Our install was completed. I had ordered an Aquasana Whole House Water Filtration unit online and arranged with Taylor of Ben Franklin Plumbing above to do the install. We had some delays due mostly on our part due to illness and travel, but completed the install last week. The installers were John and Sonny and they did a fabulous job. They followed our desires to do the trenching and line installs from the city water line to the garage for the filtration unit. They were patient with us and answered our questions and showed us the hookups. We were informed at every step of the process. Kudos to Matt the supervisor for his patience with me due to the delays and getting the job finally finished! I highly recommend the personnel at Ben Franklin Plumbing for this work.Bill and Mary Blanchard

    Chris installed our new single-piece toilet the next day after we called. Very friendly but knowledgeable as well. We needed handicap handrails installed from the previous toilet, and he made certain they were transferred, and worked well. He cleaned up the area perfectly as well. We had a loose kitchen faucet a few weeks later, and I was pleased to see they sent Chris again!

    I was kept informed through out the day of arrival time. Nick was polite and quickly assessed the problem with our hot water heater and made the repair.     Steve was fast and friendly. I needed an outdoor spigot replaced. I called Benjamin Franklin Plumbing at 11:50am on a Thursday. Steve was here by 12:25 and was done by 1pm. He was friendly and personable and was done before I knew it. My house was built in 1960 so I never know what strange issues will arise from non-professional repairs done over the years. I always have experts come in to ensure Im not wasting time and money trying to do things myself. It was worth the money and I am very happy with my decision to call Benjamin Franklin Plumbing!     Mr. Rhodes Dorbin is a very knowledgeable and courtesy plumber. He removed a gas tank water heater from my property, installed a gas tankless water heater and a whole house water filtration system. There was a problem with the whole house water filtration system installation process by another technician. The problem was identified and rectified immediately by Mr. Rhodes. Now I have unlimited hot/purified water throughout my house while using less electricity. I would use his service again in the future if needed. Also, kudos to Mr. Matt (Manager) for contacting me to ensure that I was satisfied with the work being performed.

Life gets in the way and sometimes things take longer than you’d like, but the job was done professionally and everything eventually turned out fine. I definitely would recommend Ben Franklin Plumbing to get the job done right! Nobody is perfect, so it’s hard to give 5 stars. If I could do halfsies I’d say 4.5 though.

    Have a trailer the first time I used them was great fixed a lot of issues. The 2nd time was not good the young kid that fixed my pipe didnt crimp the brass band tight enough and the pressure blew it off. They had to come back to fix it this time the older man with a different younger kid said they didnt want to come back I need to do a re pipe. There is only one small run left without new pipe so that made no sense and I noticed when it was their fault the pipe broke I had to wait until the next day between two and six other times it was a lot earlier. I am in to them for about ten thousand dollars already.

    Five stars because of several things. I called late in the afternoon, they came the next morning. The Tech just like the office was very professional and laid out all the price options and variances to the job. I went with the cheaper option, found out in under 15 minutes that wasn’t going to work and changed my mind, had to go with the more expensive repair. They waived all the fees for the day and scheduled the repair for the next day. I’m without water, but a couple of other companies wanted more money and had me scheduled as far out as a week.     They ordered the wrong parts, broke my ceramic floor tile, and feel unsure if work was actually done correctly. It’s too late now. Hopefully I won’t have a reason to use my warranty for defective repairs and will not need to call your company again and of course I will if my pilot light goes off in my gas heater.     The technician, Nick, showed up and did a quick assessment of the problem with my faucet. He presented me with two options - replacing the entire faucet or having the handle rebuilt to repair the leak. The faucet is an expensive discontinued Kohler model, so replacing it would be difficult. Additionally the cost of the rebuild was a bit pricey and I had to decide whether or not to invest In a discontinued faucet which is liable to require additional costly repairs in the future. Aware of my dilemma, Nick provided me with an estimate of both options, waived the service call, and asked me to call if and when I decided to get the job done. He was very courteous and professional and I appreciated the way he handled it. Still not sure what I am going to do.
