    Service person was very polite and efficient. Price in my opinion was way out of line. $203 to replace the guts in toilet. About a 10-minute repair.

    Excellent service! On-time as promised. Would definitely recommend Gulf Breeze Plumbing. We needed a toilet flange and wax seal replaced. Our service technician, Tucker, was very professional.     Recently had Gulf Breeze Plumbing come out and they were very helpful to me and my family. Our main concern about having a plumber come out was price, but upon diagnosis they gave us alternatives to do to save money. The plumber they sent out was Aaron, who is a really nice guy, very helpful, and knowledgeable. It only took him a short time to find the problem we were having and not only did he figure out what was wrong, but he took the time to explain to why it happened and how to prevent it again. He even did a follow up to see if everything was working ok and we were happy with our service. Overall we are very happy with the outcome and would highly recommend Gulf Breeze Plumbing and Aaron as servicing plumber!

    We had 2 dripping sink faucets, and I called yesterday to see if someone could come out. As it’s the holiday season, I never expected them to come out until after the first of the year. I was so excited when Tammy (scheduler) said someone would be here the next day! The young gentleman, Aaron, that arrived today, called before he came, was polite, pleasant to talk to, very knowledgeable, got right to work, finished quickly and cleaned up behind himself. I would strongly recommend GB Plumbing, and a πŸ‘πŸΌ for Aaron.

    My sweet husband tried to replace the bathroom shower faucet and used a bit more brute than finesse...after he broke the pipe, I politely removed him from his role as household plumber. Tucker from Gulf Breeze Plumbing came out and fixed it for us. He came out the day after we called...he was kind and polite, got it fixed quickly...and didnt even make fun of us :)

    5 stars is not enough! I wouldve picked 100 stars if I could!!! Gulf Breeze Plumbing completely saved us at a time when we were helpless!We own a condo we rent out, in the middle of a guests stay, the water heater went out! This is a remote owners worst nightmare! Gulf Breeze plumbing and 8 other plumbers in the area were full up with appointments for the next 4-7 days. We were stuck. I told Gulf Breeze Plumbkng our story and wouldnt you know, they squeezed us in the next day! Changed an entire water heater out in a few hours! We are forever thankful to them and will always use them as our Pensacola plumbers!We will also be recommending them to other condo owners in our community!

    I had a rupture in the pipe fitting on my side of the meter on the main water line to my house that needed repair. I first had Benjamin Franklin Plumbing come to do the repair, but they were so incompetent that I sent them away before attempting to make any repairs. I immediately called Gulf Breeze Plumbing and Tucker arrived 30 min. later. He completed the job professionally in less than an hour for $215. (The BF estimate was $509) I was very pleased to have the job done quickly and professionally for less than half of what Benjamin Franklin would have charged to do the job poorly.

    The sewer pump at my house stopped working while I was out of town on a Friday morning. Leaving my wife to deal with this by herself. She called Gulf Breeze Plumbing and was told the owner would call her back. 2 minutes later, Brian, the owner called her back and assured her that he would have someone out immediately to help. And to our surprise Brian came by personally to check out the issue. Within 10 minutes he had figured out the problem and began to fix it. I couldnt be happier with the quick response and professionalism that Brian had. I wouldnt go to any other plumber for our needs in the future.

    We realized the plumbing for the entire house was totally stopped up at 8pm. I called Gulf Breeze Plumbing at 7:30 the next morning and left a message. They called me back at exactly 8am when they opened, and we discussed the problem. They decided to dispatch Ian but first had to contact his previously set morning appointments to see if they could wait. The morning appointments agreed, and Ian arrived at 8:30. By 9:30 he had totally cleaned our sewer line connection to the street, and we were back in business. Saved our bacon in a big way, and the charges were very reasonable. Both the woman who handled the call and Ian understood our situation and solved it to perfection. Over the top customer service. No need to look any further for plumbing services.
