    I called RVail plumbing to my home due to a clogged toilet. I received excellent, prompt and courteous customer service!Although it was mid-afternoon, the company sent Matt out to resolve the problem. The office receptionist was very helpful and kept me updated on the arrival status. Matt unclogged the toilet and made sure that the toilet was working properly. He was very professional, courteous, knowledgeable and efficient. Matt provided outstanding repair and excellent customer service. Also, the pricing was fair. If you are in need of any plumbing repair, please call Ronald Vail Plumbing for your needs. You will not be disappointed! Due to the excellent service received, I will be using this company for all my plumbing needs.

    My wife & I are very happy we chose Vail Plumbing. They answered the phone, showed up when they promised, and were able to take care of our plumbing issue. Also cant say enough about Marks professionalism and good-natured attitude while completing the work. We will definitely use them again in the future, should we ever need to!

    I called for a new water heater. Mark came out and installed it quickly, no problems. While he was there, I mentioned a water pressure problem we were having. With a little testing, the problem was diagnosed and fixed promptly.Mark was professional and courteous.I really appreciated the quality of the repair and the more than fair price.They will be my first call if I need a plumber again.UPDATE: Called Vail Plumbing again for a shower valve problem. Just like the first time, Mark came out and fixed the problem quickly. Charged me a fair price. I am really happy with their service.

    If I could give more then 5 stars I would. My Ac was on and off working for over a week. I had called a few places and everyone was over a week out for appointments. I called on Friday morning, and they told me thankfully they would be able to come out but later in the day. I was at work but my lady was there when the gentleman came by and was very thorough checked everything over came to the conclusion the fan blower was broken and that they were going to try and order parts under warranty. Had to go the weekend without AC but not their fault I was just grateful they could come out same day. Got a call on my way to work Monday morning that they would have to order the part from the factory and it could take around 15 days! He also offered an aftermarket part at a great price and said they would come out to do the installation that day if we wanted. The same gentleman came out to do the install and again was very thorough. Showed my lady different ways to check for issues and how to do maintenance on it. Stayed around extra time to make sure everything was working fine and no other issues. It has now been a few days and everything is still working fine. I 100% will recommend them from here on out and will use them in the future

    This Plumbing and AC repair company is such a wonderful business to call upon in a time of need. They are incredibly honest. I have been using their services for years.     The gentlemen who came for an estimate and then the removal and installation were courteous and efficient. They came as soon as they could and within a couple of days we had our new water heater professionally installed. I give 4 stars vice 5 because I was quoted an estimate $25.00 less than the invoice I was presented after completion. I did not receive a copy of the estimate or any of the disclaimers prior to the work being performed; my fault. When I asked about the difference in estimate to invoice, I was told to take it up with the office. I would recommend this company, but would caution friends to get everything in writing prior to acceptance.

    This is the second time Ive used Vail and will continue to do so. Our hot water heater died last night and they were out early today, diagnosing the problem and I chose to have a new one installed. I have hot water flowing again and with a device that will save me money each month. They are always professional and extremely reasonable. Highly recommend!

    I have used Vail Plumbing twice for service at my residence, and I was pleased with their service and pricing. The service was somewhat delayed the second time, but it was understandable since they are so busy due to great service. They were able to identify the issues immediately during both visits and fix the problems in a timely manner. I would definitely use them again for any plumbing needs.

    Vail Plumbing has never disappointed us. We have used them 4 times in the last 2 years. This last service call to Vail was for our dryer vent that that had become disconnected in the attic. While this is not a listed service they were able to resolve our issue. I definitely recommend Vail and if I need a plumber in the future I’ll once again call Vail Plumbing.

    Originally I had tried to get a hold of another plumber but after several messages and no response I called Vail Plumbing. They answered right away and got me on the schedule immediately. The young man showed up and had the leak in my wall fixed in no time. He was professional and knew what he was doing! It was a bit expensive but all in all I would call them again if needed.     I contacted them Friday evening upon discovery of a leaky pipe. They came out first thing Saturday morning and repaired the pipe. They were professional and reasonably priced. Would definitely recommend them and use them again, if necessary.

    Because we installed a new sink, our current plumbing would not work. It was beyond our know-how, so I called Ronald L Vail and someone came out THAT MORNING! That alone won me over, but he did excellent work!, and prices were very fair. He left the workspace clean, and everything works wonderfully now. We just moved to this area and I think its safe to say weve found our plumber that well be contacting for anything in the future!

    Handy as I believe myself to be (NOT) Vail RL sent a professional (Kevin) who was able to assess and repair my repair in about 10 minutes. After my cry for help, Kevin arrived early the next day and set everything right. He replaced the ill fitting trap that I had purchased and had my new bathroom sink up and running in time for my guests. The price was far more than reasonable. Clearly a professional organization that does what it says it will do, on time and at a price you can live with. The best.

    Kitchen and multiple bathroom disconnect and installation for countertop, sink, and faucet replacement. Liam did a quick job of disconnecting yo get ready for the old counter removal. He was very flexible and came out after each stage of the countertop install to get us gradually back up and running. Everything was timely and professionally done. Thanks Liam and Vail!

    I called on the 27th in the afternoon to schedule a main line valve repair at our home. The receptionist was very kind and professional. She scheduled me for a morning appointment on the 28th. They called promptly in the morning and were there within minutes of the call. Both gentleman were very professional, kind and courteous while at my home. The repair went quick and they upgraded my main line valve to a ball style with greater reliability than the original valve. They were in and out in less than 45min. I would highly recommend R.L. Vail Plumbing, Inc. for all your Clermont/Minneola plumbing needs!

    I contacted Vail for ac clogged drain and the technician thoroughly inspected the components of the drainage system and performed a thorough cleaning. In addition he performed an assessment of the outside unit as the loudness of the noise alerted him to a possible problem; he found the fan motor is on it’s “last legs”. In my opinion, the quality of the service was exceptional, knowledge of the technician, and value of the service was exceptinal; Vail Plumbing and Air is on my speed dail!

    During renovations my gas water heater wouldnt relight and I called Vail. Jason made repairs and had it running great. Renovations arent over; Ill call Vail again if needed. Great job.Later called them for work on 1950s iron drain lines and they were able to free the old pipes and renew them with PVC. They were very smart about placement and now I have my dishwasher, disposal and kitchen sink again! Im taking all the plumbing work away from the renovators and giving it to Vail people.

    The pipe broke in our front yard on Saturday. I reached out to Vail Saturday afternoon and they tried very hard to get someone to come out to fix it on Sunday, but were unable to make it work due to employee illness. They did have someone out first thing Monday morning and got it working. They were professional, responsive, and we will definitely use them again.

    Vail accepted the task to find and fix a leak that damaged a carpet and caused mold in a clothes closet that another business turned down. Mark, the plumber, expertly identified the source of the leak and quickly stopped it. He then recommended an excellent mold and water remediation company that began those repairs to begin within hours. Vail is my go-to plumber in Clermont.
