My boiler broke overnight and I was scrambling to find someone who does emergency services. I called them roughly around 7am and they called me back almost immediately as they were opening. They stuck me on the schedule for the same day at 8:30 am. Unfortunately the boiler is wicked old so it will need to be replaced soon; we knew that when we bought the house, though. The boss man came out later the same day to provide me with a free quote for a replacement. I do have heat for now thanks to their quick turnaround time! Extremely pleased with their services.

Im very happy to share my review of Baldini Plumbing that first rescued my recurring basement water problem that was caused by my older hvac system. Total headache to wake up and find water in your basement again after replacing a new hot water tank many times. Finally I replaced my whole hvac system with a Carrier product and have not had water ever again! In addition I would like to mention Joe who just came by to perform maintenance on my furnace and also hook up a water line to my new refrigerator. He was awesome and made sure to investigate, check and adjust my system for optimal performance and reach out to his resources for the best solution. Plus I can now use my new refrigerator! Thank you Joe. Also a shout out to Tim who has visited my home in the past and always provided the best service. Those 2 together are a great team! Keep up the good work!

I had my oil furnace stop working on a Saturday morning. I called an oil burner company I had used for more than 20 years tell me maybe Monday afternoon they could come out. I called Baldini Plumbing at 9:00 am on a Saturday based on a friend’s recommendation. They said they would be to me between 12:00 - 2:00 pm that day. 1:00 pm Nick and his apprentice showed up. Their work truck was meticulously clean and organized ( always a good sign). My boiler control unit had failed and they installed a new one quickly. I would highly recommend Baldini Plumbing.

Fantastic service! My boiler went down it needed to be replaced ASAP as we had very cold temperatures expected and a snow storm coming. They dropped off electric heaters for us and replaced it within two days of coming to diagnose it. Kyle was the technician who installed a new Viessmann combi boiler and kept us updated throughout the process. Highly recommend.

Reached out to Baldini after being referred and they immediately responded. We purchase our home in Groveland in Oct and it came with baseboard forced hot water heat run by oil. We had Baldini Plumbing out to convert the system to a ducted gas furnace with AC.I cant say enough good things about the team! The office helped me coordinate with Mass Save Heat so my husband and I could get a 0% loan for this conversion, which helped our family immensely. Within two weeks we had a brand new tankless Navien hot water heater, new duct work, new Carrier furnace, and new AC compressor. The heat has already been wonderful this past week, and I cannot wait to indulge in central AC next summer!We were picky about vent placement, and our master bedroom addition proved quite tricky for running duct work. The team came up with a creative approach of going through the attic and sneaking through the existing garage to get into our bedroom ceiling. They did not shy away from extra work to make sure we were happy.They were professional, kind, and efficient. My kids were home from school for a couple of holidays during the install and the guys always took the time to chat with them, offer first bumps, and even act scared when my 6 year old shared his jack in the box, something he still talks about.10/10 would recommend Baldini for any plumbing or heating needs. After our oil furnace and AC condenser died after 25+ years, we switched from oil to high efficiency gas. I got 5 estimates. Baldini Plumbing wasnt the lowest proposal but Robs thorough and detailed estimate, knowledgeable assessment and personable manner tipped the scales. The installation crew of Chris, Ethan and Justin were professional, polite and capable craftsmen. They worked hard and efficiently and willingly answered all of my questions. I am very happy with the results and would highly recommend Baldini Plumbing..(And during this time of Covid, they all showed up wearing masks.)

These guys are phenomenal. I use them for both plumbing and HVAC at the apartment complex I work at and they’re a diamond in the rough. Their HVAC guy Tim, plumber Nick, service manager Josh and owner Rob are all phenomenal. I’m sure all the employees are great but these are the guys I work with and can accurately speak to. All are absolute wizards in their respective trade/role to the company, knowledgable and experienced like you wouldn’t believe. If you need plumbing or HVAC work done I would urge you to not even consider another company. These guys are the absolute gold standard at what they do and anybody who utilizes their service I can almost guarantee you’d agree

Our furnace was on its last legs, running on fumes, Carbon Dioxide fumes to be exact. When I called Baldini Plumbing, their office manager Josh was very responsive. I told him the problem and he assured me that they would have a technician out in the early afternoon. Joe arrived promptly at 1pm (less than 2 hours after my call) and found that we had dangerously high carbon dioxide readings in our basement, which was also starting to make its way up to our 1st floor, as our furnace was dying. Within the next hour, Rob Baldini (the owner) was at our home and quoted me a reasonable price to get a new high efficiency boiler and water heater which I agreed to and the very next morning, Kyle and Josè arrived to start working on the removal and install of the new system. They arrived even earlier than normal business hours to get started, which was quite impressive. They were both very personable and did a fabulous job keeping me updated on progress. Our new outstanding system was installed and up in running in less than 48 hours from the time we agreed upon the proposal price. Baldini plumbing is a life saver (literally), they made us a priority (even though this was the first time I ever contacted them as we are new to the area), they were responsive in every aspect of the process and I couldn’t have asked for better service all around. At the end of each day, the work area was spotless. They even brought us multiple space heaters to use on the cold winter nights that we had to go without heat while the install took place. I couldn’t have asked for a better response and was very impressed from beginning to end. It’s a no-brainer, Baldini is very professional with exceptional touches. My wife and I just bought a house and have had a lot of difficulty getting the rooms to heat properly (downstairs ~55, upstairs babys room ~90 degrees). We had tried getting the company who installed the system and maintained it for the previous owners to come troubleshoot, but every attempt was less than pleasant.Between having to explain the problem on the phone several times, being spoken down to because we had too much heat while others dont have any, and the general shortness when we would call back to inquire whether a technician would be coming out on the day agreed on (having stayed home from work to meet with them), we had a really bad first impression. Also, we got sick of them reiterating (more than anything else) that itll be $125 for a technician whether they stay an hour or five minutes. That being their most important point on the phone was ridiculous.We had called Baldini during that period and scheduled an appointment for several weeks out (their first available), mostly because we were trying to figure out who, as new homeowners, we wanted to establish a relationship with. Today, though, we called back and explained that it was getting hard to handle (we needed to either leave our thermostats off during freezing lows or risk overheating our baby as she slept) and they said they would try to send a technician out. They didnt talk down to us (during any phone call), they were friendly, and they took us seriously.Also, two technicians did, in fact, show up today, and from the moment they came in we knew we made the right decision. They were very patient, despite me asking them to explain the same thing several times, and they diagnosed several issues - one of which they could fix immediately and the other which would require re-piping a radiator to a different thermostat. In the meantime, they told us how to best operate the badly-piped system to keep our daughters room to a temperature that isnt dangerous while also keeping pipes from freezing.We didnt expect them to show up, given that a lot of people are without heat right now (and are obviously a higher priority), but for them to (1) fit us in on the way from another service call, and (2) spend a full hour with us instead of 5 minutes so they could make another call both speak to their quality of service.We are absolutely sticking with Baldini in the future!

They recently serviced what was potentially a broken water heater, but instead of replacing it (it is nearing the end of its lifespan), they identified the real problem and fixed it for way, way less money. The first was for some miscellaneous issues like outside faucet and expansion tank replacement and to hook up a water line to our refrigerator. Their communication is superior from the detailed scope of work to the invoicing and assistance and direction with any available incentives/rebates. When my boiler started to leak and show error codes, I anticipated some maintenance and nothing more. Nope, the company Id done business with for 18 years informed me that I needed a new heating system. Wouldnt give me a repair option and didnt explain the issue to my satisfaction despite the multitude of questions I asked. The system in question was state of the art and only 11 yrs old-installed and maintained by the same company with yearly maintenance-yearly contract etc. I just couldnt believe that we had to spend such an enormous amt of money again! I decided to call Baldini for a second opinion because some of the answers I was getting from the install company just werent adding up. Three of my neighbors had replaced cooling systems with Baldini and couldnt say enough nice things about them. I called and got Josh on the phone and as I was telling my tale of woe, Rob Baldini chimed in from the background asking me to start the story over and then proceeded to listen very patiently as I explained the situation. I asked if he would come out and give me a second opinion.Rob ended up coming out the very next day. It wasnt clear to him what the issue was so he told me hed send his diagnostic tech(wizard)Nick out. Nick and Jose came out the next day and spent over an hour trying to figure it out.Nick was very straight with me, gave me a repair price (my regular company would not even give any repair prices or info), the probable replacement price and told me he could not offer any guarantees as to how long the repair would hold. Long story but its basically a state of the art system somewhere other than New England-it doesnt fare well with the realities of New England water(aluminum components+NE water=bad combo). I ultimately decided to replace the system bcs I like being warm in the winter and didnt want to take the chance of it breaking down at a bad time. I was impressed by what Rob and Nick had to say about Veissmann-the training theyre required to stay current in-the stainless steel components that would resist the NE water issues-and the warranty of the new system.Kyle did the install-he and his assistant were super nice, answered all of my questions, explained things as many times as I needed them explained.Kyle was so proud of the install he did and he should be. Its nice to see someone take such pride in their work-it says a lot about the employee and the company that hired him. Its a work of art compared to my last install. Right down to the nicely painted plywood they mounted and hung the new boiler on. The new system is compact, easy to get to for maintenance and as a result, Ive gotten storage from my utility closet I never had before. My engineer neighbor came over to see the new system and he was super impressed. I had to make a couple of extra calls to Josh after the install so that he could supply me with the rebate information and he was prompt and made that process seamless as well. Super long story short, I really believe and trust in this company and plan on doing business with them going forward. Thanks guys!

When you are responsible for maintaining a multi-family apartment community, you need to have a lifeboat that can save you when the need arises.Baldini is that lifeboat for us here at Pine Brook Place in Haverhill.
