    Ive used them several times and have been very happy with their service. They answer the phone and cost is in line with other plumbing services. Technicians are polite and very professional. Recently I needed to coordinate a gas range installation with delivery. They were very accommodating and sent a tech over on short notice.

    Jim the owner and his team have many years of plumbing experience. His team helped us with a big job that others were intimidated about. They had no idea how to fix and wanted to overcharge our HOA. I received multiple estimates and researched different companies and this one is the best.     Thrilled with the service received from Burke & Sons from start to finish. Setting up the appointment was excellent and availability was great! Justin & Adam were a fantastic duo! They were well equipped and so clean - they even swept up all the crud and junk from behind my gas range before installing the new one. I hired them to disconnect my old gas range, install the new gas range - and haul away the old. Very pleased with this! They were so quick and tidy. As they were packing up to go I mentioned that I had a leaking shower valve / shower assembly (30 years old!) that I wasnt sure how to address. Asked them to take a look so I could hire them in the future. They quickly identified the issue and that a rebuild would solve my problem. They priced the work out and offered to complete the work same day. Well, they were able to get it done in the very same visit! Lucky for me they had the perfect fit Kohler parts in their supplies on the truck so they very kindly squeezed in another hour or more of work to give me a beautiful, shiny and new Kohler shower assembly in the same visit. What a great day, what great service! Big fan of Burke & Sons -- and kudos to Adam & Justin! Super professional and nice guys. They even made friends with my nosy / needy puppy! Big fans. Will be using Burke for our plumbing, heating / ac needs moving forward.

    I can’t recommend Burke and Sons to enough people. Not only were they very prompt and professional when my wife and I were in need of a LARGE drainage line retrofit, see new drains installed in photo below, but even when we just needed a furnace check and cleaning we received the same professionalism and promptness. When the owner came by to quote the larger drainage job, not only did he offer suggestions on additional work that we have since benefited from but the estimate came in under our budget and his team was able to complete the entire job in 1 day (save for the washing machine drain) but he explained that could be a problem before hand. All work was completed beautifully and exactly as we agreed to. Even when they came across some unforeseen issues…needing to run a few extra vent lines to the roof, they made sure to tuck the lines into the corner of linen closet and made very small cutouts to the pre-existing shelves.I WOULD highly suggest working with Burke and sons for any HVAC/plumbing project you have, big or small, I know I will keep using them!!

    I called Burke and sons plumbing and heating at 4pm on Friday night 3 days before Christmas with a water heater issue, Jim was at the house within a half hour to do a quote on a water heater replacement and even did a temporary fix to get me through the holidays at no cost. Dave came and replaced the unit and had it done in a couple hours so I didn’t need to take the full day off from work, the work was great, the clean up was fantastic and the full experience with Burke and sons was a pleasant one. 10/10 would recommend and I wouldn’t have anyone else doing plumbing in my house.

    I highly recommend them. This was their first visit to me. He fixed both of my toilets and tried to fix my garbage disposal clog. The clog was too deep for them to reach, so he recommended another company that specializes in clogs. He suggested ways to avoid garbage disposal clogs and how to keep my toilet mechanisms healthy for the future

    Adam installed a re-сirculating pump under a vanity to get hot water faster to the sink. He also discovered that the existing shut offs were not working so he was able to replace those.     I had a water heater replaced by Chris and his helper Dean at Burke and Sons, they were fantastic.     Fantastic service! I had four new appliances installed in my kitchen including a gas range, the crew was very accommodating. They disconnected and moved all my appliances out of the house the day prior to delivery, then came by the next day once the appliances had been delivered to do the install. They installed a new kitchen sink faucet that matched the decor of my other kitchen appliances. They rigorously checked the new installation and meticulously removed all refuge.     Our water heater died on 05/21/21. Basement flooded. No hot water! We called Burke and Sons and spoke with Nancy. She was kind and receptive. Made arrangements for service that same day.     We are relatively new to Groveland and asked around for a recommendation. Burke & Sons was highly recommended by our neighbors. Recently, our water heater broke (on a Saturday morning) and we called their service line and a representative was at our house a few hours later. As the broken part was not in stock, and it was a Saturday, a technician (Christian) came back to the house once the part was delivered. Once the water heater was repaired, Christian noted the location of my CO alarm and tested it to ensure it was operational. A small touch, but a great example of customer service. Highly recommend their services. We have used them to replace our bathroom toilets and outside water services as well.

    Had Burke & Sons come out for a second opinion after being told I needed to replace my furnace by another local company. I had zero issues with my furnace prior to a recent cleaning. Jim came out literally a few hours after I called. He came with lots of tools and knowledge. He spent a good amount of time running many tests and allowing me to hover and ask questions. He determined that we did NOT need a new furnace, which was music to my ears. I wasn’t even charged for his time or his service. He did however recommend another cleaning since the previous company did a terrible job. I happily obliged. Matt and Alex then came out for a cleaning about a week later and did a great job. They were very thorough, knowledgable, and explained everything. The whole experience was a 10/10 from beginning to end. This company truly exemplifies the definition of honesty and integrity.
