    Ben installed a water softener and a whole house filtration system for me. Within a couple of minutes of being on the phone with him I had pricing and knew exactly what I needed to get.     Streamline plumbing is absolutely amazing. Ben is an excellent plumber who charges a fair and reasonable price for amazing high quality work.Unlike these large business which will try to upsell you or charge ridiculously high rates, Ben will give you a fair deal. One of the projects I had a competing servicer look at and they wanted about $1100 to fix. Ben did it for a fraction of the cost, and told me exactly what he planned on doing.Its very easy to work with Streamline plumbing!

    Ben was so incredibly helpful both in the diagnostic process and the actual fixing of our drains. He proved to be very knowledgeable and didnt leave any sort of mess. The piping is clean and organized and the cuts that he made in our dry wall to access the drains/pipes was minimal and easy to patch.Beyond his proficiency in his trade, he is very personable and easy to talk to. I never felt like I couldnt ask questions as to what he was doing.10/10 would recommend and will definitely throw future business his way!

    I found this company on Grimes FB from people recommending Ben and boy were they right.Great service. I called him to replace a PRV in hopes to get some better water flow throughout the house. He replaced the PRV and a thermal expansion tank that he found to be bad. I would recommend Ben for your plumbing needs! I’m super happy with the flow now. Old PRV was gross!!!!

    Ive hired Streamline Plumbing for 3 different projects. Ben installed a water softener, reverse osmosis system and an outside meter.He is a super nice guy and takes the time to answer all of my questions, explains everything really well and showed me how to work each of the items.     We called Ben late afternoon and he gave us a price to put in a new water heater right over the phone without having to come out on a separate day and charge us a fee for giving us an estimate. He got here the next morning and put the water heater in, took the old one out, took it away. He also explained to us about our water pressure and he tested it for us and it was pretty high so we talked about it and he put on a gauge for us to deal with that. He told us the price for the gauge upfront before he did anything. Ben is a very nice, professional, honest man and we will definitely use him for any plumbing needs We might have in the future. We highly recommend using Ben for any of your plumbing needs.

    Following some recommendations on my neighborhood app, I had Ben come out and quote several small plumbing projects. We went over everything I needed and he made some suggestions and additions based on what he saw. I approved and he came back with a very reasonable quote, so I had him do the work. He told me exactly how everything would be done and what to expect. Everything was straightforward, but some of the under-sink changes were hard to deal with because of the way the home was built, but he stuck with it and got everything done to my satisfaction. He even came out a couple of additional times, once to fix a minor leak in a trap and another to address a small concern. Bens dedication to finishing the work to the customers satisfaction is beyond exemplary and I wish more had his level of professionalism. I will have Ben out for any other work I need done in the future.

    I used Streamline Plumbing after I was told by a big home improvement store that I needed to swap a shut off valve and they were unable to do so because their plumber “didn’t feel comfortable doing it.” Ben (the owner) was very prompt in communicating with me and was clear on the phone about what he would do and was upfront with the cost (which was in line with expectations). Although I reached out with no forewarning, Ben was able to come by the same day (within hours actually) and he was on time, and didn’t even have to give an arrival window.When he was working I had asked if I can watch him work because I am interested in that sort of thing. Ben was very knowledgeable and was great at explaining even basic things to me, and provided tips that I can do myself next time I have a simple fix.I definitely plan on working with Ben for any future projects; if I knew of Streamline Plumbing before I ordered the installation with the big box store, I would have done it with them.

    We noticed water damage in our basement this morning and contacted Streamline Plumbing. He was here within 20min of talking to him on the phone. He was very nice and knew what he was doing. He found the issues and had everything fixed in under one hour thirty minutes. Half of that time was going to get the parts needed. He gave me advice to prevent similar issues from happening later. He also took the time to clean up during and after he finished working.If we did this ourselves, it wouldve taken us a whole day or two to find the leak, get tools and parts, then fix it. Hopefully without causing more damage/work while doing so.I am very happy with the service and the cost was reasonable and cheaper then I thought it would be.     Ben did a fantastic job for us in quickly tracking down the leak that was coming from our bathtub and leaking into the kitchen. We were concerned that it would be a major problem.     Ben went above and beyond in his work fixing an outside faucet and plumbing work to add a water meter. He was able to come out the same day to give me an estimate. He was very thorough walking me through what he was checking. He spent probably 20-30 minutes checking why outside faucet was leaking, looking at piping in basement on how he would setup for city to add water meter, and even made sure outside water could be turned off by removing concrete around sidewalk water cap and testing that he could turn water off. He said turning water off could be a problem sometimes. It was easy to schedule the actual appointment. He did great work!

    Ben is so honest and very persistent. We had a mystery leak from our 2nd level doing damage to our main living area ceiling. He responded right away, never made us feel like we were an inconvenience, spent over 2 hours figuring out the issue and replicating the leak.     I moved to West Des Moines late last year. This spring I noticed orange rings around the sink and toilet. Then I started to read more about the WDM water hardness. Thats when I decided to get a water softner.  I didnt know where to start. I asked a few friends at work and one of them recommended Streamline Plumbing. I reached out for advice and a quote. Ben was great. He recommended a great softner that met my needs, checked out all of my plumbing to ensure it met the softner specifications, got the materials, installed the unit quickly, cleanly and accurately.  He did all of this for a reasonsble price (more reasonable than the other quotes I recieved). While doing the install Ben also noticed a slow leaking pipe. He made me aware of it and was able to fix the very next week. I can definitely say it was a wonderful experience. I would hire Ben again in a heartbeat.

    When finishing my basement in Grimes, I had several issues when hiring a a plumber. At the recommendation from a neighbor, I asked Streamline to give me an estimate. Ben responded very quickly and gave me an honest quote. I hired him a few days later and he promptly scheduled the install of a toilet, vanity sink and repaired some other basement plumbing issues. He did quality work and stayed on budget. It has been several months and I haven’t had any issues whatsoever! I would highly recommend Ben and Streamline Plumbing.
