    I had a blockage issue with the only toilet in the house on Saturday and after calling Rooter Ranger my technician Cody was at my house in under 90 minutes, unfortunately the issue was more severe than he could fix that night but he managed to help fix the toilet to be partially operable until they could come back Monday to fix it! Colton did an awesome job fixing the sewer pipes on Monday and both of them were very transparent and knowledgeable about the situation. Overall it was a fantastic experience!!

    I have had Jarrod and a couple other techs come to give me a consult on my slow drains. They were very nice, knowledgeable and easy to visit with. I was able to get a reasonable estimate which was comparable to others. I definitely will do business with them again!

    10/10! We’ve had Rooter Ranger out to our house on 2 separate occasions.Once to clear a backed up toilet and diagnose some sewer issues. My wife and are fairly new to our house and still figuring out all of its quirks. Matt, Cody, Jarrod quickly diagnosed our issues and offered suggestions on what we can do moving forward. We had a ton of questions and didn’t feel pressured to make a decision we weren’t 100% on.The second time was to replace a leaking pipe and install a new water softener. Cody did a great job installing everything and making sure that it was done in a clean manner. Great communication of where he was at in the process throughout the day and he more than happily answered all of my questions when he was done.We definitely plan to use them in the future for any plumbing needs!

    Have had the Rooter Ranger guys out to our house a few times and they have been nothing short of amazing. They were timely, knowledgeable and worked diligently to get our drains unclogged. We had the pleasure of working with Jarrod this last time and he was great!! We will be using them for all future services!!

    We are very happy with the service that Rooter Ranger provided. Jared, Dalton and Kolton were all very pleasant and straightforward. Kolton did a fantastic installation of a kitchen drain relocation and got us back to normal all on a Sunday!Thanks again!

    Everyone was knowledgeable and clearly explained what was seen in the video of the pipe and the work to be done. The work was very efficient and thorough. Although the technician contained most of the concrete he had to remove and cleaned up afterwards, he left black greasy marks on the white pipes and handrail and left small grit on the floor and basement stairs. We did more cleaning after he left.

    If I could give 10 stars I would! These guys finally found the main cause of my sewer back up that we’ve been paying another company a few times a year to snake, it was just getting ridiculous and we wanted it fixed for good.Jarrod found the problem right away with his camera, and their crew got us a permanent solution quicker than we expected!I hope we never need their services again, but great knowing they’re here if we need them.Thanks again!

    I needed someone to come out because my sewer line clogged due to the city main being clogged and flooding my house. I called these guys and they were amazing a called in the morning they were out 2 hours later the same day. They also had checked my water heater when that wasn’t planned and they notified me about certain valves that could be updated in my old home. I will always call to have them doing any plumbing work at my home big thanks to Colton and Cody for staying pretty late they are all extremely informative and professional thank you guys!!!

    Clean cut, respectful of my time and home. I called another company for a kitchen clog and they were unable to come out that day so I found Rooter Ranger and Cody came out same day and got my kitchen back up and running promptly for the weekend!

    My younger brother tends to throw things down the toilet and unfortunately this time he clogged it. So I reached out to Rooter Ranger and they sent out a technician, Cody, an hour or so later and he has able to get it unclogged in under an hour! Cody was quick and efficient, kind, and professional.
