    Was able to schedule an estimate same day. Hugo came out and went over our project with us and gave us a quote on the spot. We scheduled the work for 2 weeks later. Hugo returned today to do the work. He was very efficient and did an excellent job. Would definitely recommend him.

    Recently had work done on my home and service was great. I worked with Alex R. He was very knowledgeable and got my project done in one day. Price was fair and as quoted. Online scheduling for estimate was easy, and call center was quick to schedule. Essentially had my estimate and project completed in 1 week.

Alex called to tell me he was running ahead and if it was OK to come early - not a problem.Alex informed me of various options for installing an EV charger.     In the competitive marketplace for service providers, Arc Electric stands out. My business was looking for a Level 2 Car Charging Outlet to be installed. We went thru 5 different companies and contractors for estimates for service. It got so frustrating that we even considered doing the work ourselves watching YouTube Videos.In the end I stumbled across Arc Electric who uses a Google Marketing Platform built right into their online listing. I was able to book an appointment in 5 minutes for next day service during a 2 hour window of availability that worked for me.I was notified via email that my appointment was confirmed.Later I got another email reminder.On the day of service I got a 3rd email 25 minutes before my scheduled appointment telling me that a service tech was on the way.I was given the service techs name - Hugo Montiel and his contact number.Hugo Montiel arrived early to the appointment. We talked about what I wanted to do and where I wanted to install the Level 2 charger. Hugo made some good suggestions on location and why one spot was better than another.Hugo Montiel then looked at my inside setup and we talked through what he would be doing and how I could have piece of mind knowing that his work would be backed by ARC and letting me know that ARC had insurance and a warranty for the products that the sold and installed.During the install, Hugo Montiel let me video his step by step process explaining everything he was doing in detail.At one point my 16 year old son asked me to find out if ARC had an apprenticeship program that he might find out information on and Hugo Montiel guided us to ARCs Facebook page so my son could get information on the ARC apprenticeship program.Hugo Montiel was fun to talk to and very skilled and efficient.Going into my appointment I knew approximately what this kind of service was going to cost and Hugo let me know based on what I needed he could be flexible since the job was very easy.We agreed on a price and Hugo opened his iPad to send me a detailed invoice and process my credit card.Total time on the job was less than an hour at a great price.Thank you Hugo Montiel for excellent work. I look forward to using Hugo and ARC for my future electrical needs.

    This company worked me in because we were having an electrical emergency involving our HVAC unit during extreme heat. Alex was very thorough while trying to replicate the issue and solve the problem. While he was not able to pinpoint the exact problem (it was an issue with Mid-Americans equipment which they denied the first time they came out) he promised to check back in and stop out again later that day after Mid-American returned if they werent able to solve the problem.I was so impressed with Alexs work, I booked him to come back out to replace a very sketchy outlet, and change out three ceiling-mounted light fixtures.10/10 Definitely recommend

    There is two things in life I don’t want to try to tackle. Electrical and water issues.Went downstairs to start a load of laundry, and had the pleasure of seeing a spark come from my electrical panel. After asking a few people and a bit of research discovering I had a FPE panel. (Federal Pacific Electric)Arc Electric sent Hugo over, and he walked me through what needed to be done. He had a lot of updating to do, and had our electric on that night with a few tweaks the next day. Very professional.We would definitely use Arc again.

    ARC electric, was recommended to us by our community group. When I took the appointment they gave me a 2hour window appointment instead of a whole day or half of the day which I appreciate very much, So I didnt have to waist whole day for a 1-2 hour job. Also they communicated the information about the electricians arrival and picture ahead of the arrival. Hugo was our technician and he introduced himself and verified the customer information also. He was very professional and did his work very nicely . He cleaned the mess at the work site. I would definitely recommend Hugo and ARC electric for your electric work.

A smaller job but from the first contact with Rees to the crew of Gerrit, lead and his apprentice Aaron they never made it feel small. Great communication throughout the process, options and recommendations of products based on our discussions. Gerrit and Aaron were on time, did a great job cleaned up throughout not just at the end.     I had damage to my interior garage wall. The contractors who repaired the wall disconnected the electricity, but when they hooked up the electricity again it was done wrong. Hugo came out and fixed all of the problems. The 3 way switches and 2 way switches now work like they did prior to the repair work being done. I am extremely pleased with the work Hugo did. He was pleasant, efficient and knowledgeable about completing the work.

    Alex did my estimate, which I initially thought was overpriced until I got a second estimate from a competitor. He explained well what they would do and that I might need to cover some drywall work afterwards. Alex and Roger were punctual on the day of the job and again explained the plan before starting work. Alex consulted with me a few times when there were any choices to make. Nearly 6 hours later they completed running a line from my junction box thru the basement ceiling and up into my garage to install a 240v EV charger. They cleaned up well and Alex explained exactly what they did. Best of all, only one small hole in my drywall which isnt noticeable as they covered it with a plastic plate, all good! Id call these guys again, but definitely need to save up funds in the wallet as electrical work has gotten too expensive lately!

    This morning at 7AM, our smoke/carbon-monoxide detectors went off in the house - 3 times. We are in new construction in WDM. We were of course concerned. I called ARC at 8AM, explained the situation and they offered to come out first thing in the afternoon.Nick came by just before 12N and inspected all of the units, found one in a fault state but dug in more. He found that one of our smoke alarms was not properly connected - this was from the time of construction.     Weve used Arc Electric twice in the last few months. Rees and his team completed the electrical work in our arcade room we finished in our lower level and they added tape lights to our bookshelves and they look great!!! Highly recommend Arc Electric!

    The company was very responsive. They came out first thing in the morning. They diagnosed everything from the panel to the fixtures and outlets and fixed the problem. The guys were clean and respectful. The cost was affordable. I really appreciate these guys coming out and helping me out. Cant say enough good stuff about them.
