An excellent experience. Shane answered the phone and said he could come out the same day (Saturday). He called me back as promised with a time and let me know when he was on the way. The problem was identified quickly and fixed. I had a bad pipe from the water line to the washing machine, which had been leaking. The pipe was a cheap rubber one which Shane upgraded to metal ones, which should hold up much better. I would definitely call S&A Plumbing next time I have issue. Shane was very friendly and the price was very fair. I would definitely recommend.

Called Mr. Shane about our tub not draining and he answered the phone immediately. He was at the house within 30 minutes and had everything fixed within 10. During the Christmas holiday weekend temperatures dropped at our house to almost single digits causing an exterior water heater pipe to freeze and crack. We were without water for a day. Shane with S&A Pluming answered my call on Christmas Eve, set an appointment with me, and had the repair completed in a very timely manner. Very knowledgeable and friendly. Would definitely recommend and will call again if I need work in the future.

Called a big company Sunday afternoon and they put me on schedule for Monday. Kept calling to find out when they were coming until I was not on schedule anymore. Went on the internet and found A&S plumbing. He said he was swamped and couldn’t be there less than 2 to 3 hours. Two and a 1/2 hours later he was on his way. I was using my garbage disposal and the water in it wouldn’t go down. I turned it on and the water started to come up and overflowed through my dishwasher.Shane came and fixed the problem so effortlessly and quickly, and with the price being so good I add 2 more jobs to it. Will definitely use A&S Plumbing again.

I called Shane when I couldn’t get my regular plumber. I was able to schedule my two bathroom vanity faucet installations right away, which I found very impressive. He showed up on time and had them both installed in about an hour. He did an outstanding job and I am very pleased. I would definitely use him again if I have another plumbing job to be done.
