    Called H&H plumbing after trying two other services that had horrible communication.Kary was excellent over the phone and she was able to schedule me a quick appointment after finding two leaks in our house.Shane was quick and efficient driving an hour away after working a full days work. He notified me of my issues and was able to get right to work with no complaints. He was very responsive as he included me in every step.We will definitely be using them again!-Luke

    My wife built a home almost a year ago now and we were very satisfied with the work H&H plumbing provided us. David Hightower the owner pretty much jumped through hoops for us to make sure his men where there when we needed them to not disrupt the flow of work. 5 star rating on the company! I feel confident they will provide you with the same superb service they did with our family.

    I live in a house that my father built 20 years ago. I used to be able to keep it up myself, but Im older now, and cant do the stuff myself. I found H&H plumbing close to me, because I have to spend a lot of time out of town helping my mom. I cant worry about septic pump issues when I am out of town.I told H&H my dilemma, and that I had to have it fixed before Thanksgiving,They worked me into the schedule, got me fixed within days, And the guys they sent out to the work were the greatest. Friendly, up front, and made sure they understood what I wanted.I would recommend them to everyone.

    Everyone was extremely polite and professional. The charge for the work done was very reasonable. The crew that did the work at my home were there at 9am and stayed until 11pm to finish the job. Will certainly call them again when I have a plumbing problem.

    I was referred to H&H by another plumber who did not have the equipment needed. H&H came out and found the problem and also called in the necessary assistance.     Words cannot express how much H&H plumbing has done for my daughter & I during our time of need. When our own church turned a blind eye, H&H plumbing truly cared for us and did not hesitate to help. They are truly doing the Lords work. Everyone was so kind, knowledgeable, responsive, and helpful! Crystal was so sweet and kept in touch with me - even after hours. David even came out between calls on the weekend to see all the issues I had. David and Evan made the home we had to move into habitable so my daughter and I would have a safe place to live in an emergency situation.     We had an issue with our washing machine drainage and David took care of it with ease. He also explained several different issues with the remaining pieces of cast iron pipe we have under our house and showed us a significant amount of damage from those pipes. We’re having H & H back out to fix these issues within the month. Great experience and David showed great patience with our pup, who wouldn’t stop barking.

    I wanna give a huge shout out to David Hightower and his team at H&H plumbing. They went above and beyond for me! My septic tank backed up and had some blockages in the lines. They were out to my house super fast and handled it with no problem even though my tank was in a really messed up spot.     I can’t remember the guys name that came out but he was great! He made me feel very included and listen to my concerns and explained everything to me in a way I could understand. He was a great person and definitely very helpful!     We needed a pipe replaced for our sink drain so we called a plumbing company out here. I forget what the name was but they tore out dry wall in our laundry room and left a big mess and wanted to dig through concrete in our garage and also charge us alot of money so instead of using that company we called H & H Plumbing and David was able to get the job done at a fraction of the price without having to remove any concrete at all and did it in a timely manner and a professional way. Always get a second opinion. I would recommend H & H Plumbing to anyone having plumbing issues. These guys are good. Thank you H & H Plumbing!

    These guys have come to my rescue more than once over the years. Today I had water backing up into the toilet, tub and kitchen sink from my washer. It’s a Sunday and they were kind enough to, first of all offer me a solution without them coming out, by giving me advice to call the county water folks to make sure it wasn’t a county issue. After the county said it was an issue on my side these guys came out and flushed the main line. They were very honest, fair and quick. Thanks guys!
