    We have a newer home that had a few issues with air flow and electrical. We got quotes from several companies for both issues. Hammond wasnt the cheapest option but in both cases they were much more technical, knowledgeable and able to discuss multiple strategies to resolve our problems. Super bonus that every single person from this company has spoken directly to me about diagnosing and problem solving.We have worked with Mason (hvac) and Adam (electrical) for our larger issues. Weve had a summer with the redesigned duct work and dehumidifier and can say it stayed cool in the entire house, the humidity was controlled and we didnt see much change to our electric bill. Mason knew his numbers and how to improve our system in one go.Adam swapped out a lot of wiring for us that had been installed using a cheaper wire. The bigger part of the job was to rewire my kitchen as the builder had the majority of outlets on one circuit and add a light over the sink. Adam saw how extensively we used the kitchen and came up with a plan that would meet all my needs without tearing up too much. Its been an immediate improvement.We couldnt be happier with the quality of work and the improvements. Having both issues fixed right the first time is invaluable. Follow up service has been great too, sorry I dont recall names but everyone has been very professional. We have been very happy with Hammond.

    Tyler was very knowledgeable in his job, answered all my questions and directed me where to go in the next process. Repair was not done on first visit due to my problem is under my slab. Once the leak is located I will be requesting for him to return for the repair.

    Elias was great! Helpful, knowledgeable, and very efficient. He diagnosed our plumbing issue within minutes, and was on his way. I would highly recommend him to anyone, and we will be requesting him specifically going forward!

    Ben and Brandon absolutely killed it with their outstanding performance! I had two super productive calls today, and they were both a huge success. The service we received was top-notch. The only thing keeping it from being perfect is that I thought the pricing for some electrical services was a bit high. But overall, it was an amazing experience!

    Hunter and Levi were definitely the A Team when they installed our new HVAC system. Arriving at about 9:30 in the morning, they worked until the whole system was replaced and running. No breaks not even for lunch. The job was expertly done and we are now enjoying a very comfortable home. Our defunct old system was fifteen years old and we now have a very modern, efficient system.     Nothing but high praises for the service I received from Hammond! Greg was a very knowledgeable, professional, friendly and helpful salesman with the purchase of a mini-split system for my basement. Also, I cannot say enough about the outstanding service I received from Ken and Lucas when they installed the system -- they went above and beyond my expectations and did not leave my home until the job was done neatly and professionally! I will without hesitation refer my friends and family to Hammond Services time and time again! I had to come back to add to my review as I called on Hammond to repair one of my existing systems yesterday -- Mark did an outstanding job on the repair and maintenance. I cannot say enough positive things about this company!

    Technician was very friendly and professional. He took his time analyzing the issue and explained exactly what the fix was and returned the next day on time and made the necessary repairs. He reworked some issues in the crawl space with the water lines and got everything done in a timely manner, for a fair price.     I noticed rust in joints and rust barnacles on my old cast iron pipes in my basement. Justin Sweatt came out to assess the potential risks and solutions. He also ran a camera to check the sewage pipe to the street and let me watch to see the two sags in the pipe. He recommended replacement as soon as possible, provided a quick quote and possible financial assistance to help with cost of repairs. I’ve worked with Justin once before and I would highly recommend. We will likely work with Hammond on this upgrade.

    Adam was great. He had to move a plug behind stove. He was very professional. He wore covers over his shoes. He Vacuumed his work area. He was very knowledgeable. I called Hammond Services early the next morning and they were at my house in just a couple of hours.     On time , fast and professional service Kevin did a great job. Sucks I did have to pay for time waiting for the office to bring him parts. It took 80 minutes to get parts. Then had to wait 90 minutes after for the cement to fit to PVC. So much time I had to pay for which is not fair at all to the customer.     TL;DR Different type of vendor called out what they considered not a complete job from Hammond Services. Hammond was kind enough to offer curtesy calls for both electrical and HVAC. After thorough examination, Hammond did not neglect any of their work from the first calls. Both technicians showed and explained to me why the separate other vendor didnt understand what he was seeing and how my electrical and HVAC work perfectly for the issues I was having previously. Thank you to Hammond for sending out a sanity curtesy call! Put my mind at ease knowing I can trust them - even when they did nothing wrong - coming out to reassure me is worth my loyalty 100%. If you are not sure who you should hire for these types of services - HIRE THEM! They DEFINITELY back up their work!

    Kevin Dutton did a great job this evening. I had a broken nut on the drain under my tub and he was able to get one ordered. He answered several questions on other items and I scheduled another job because of his professional demeanor. Kevin replaced my hot water heater and fixed the drain line on the tub in a few hours. Im very satisfied with the job and if I need a plumber in the future, Kevin is my guy.

Kerry Coates came out to my home yesterday and got straight to work. The communication was spot on and to the point. They have skilled service techs who understand professionalism. Willie did a great job assessing my plumbing emergency. He knows plumbing through and through! Derek was thorough in completing the job and has excellent attention to detail. The company is prompt and timely. They clean up when their job is complete. To my understanding, they have a separate department for almost everything, so be careful not to ask the scheduling department questions about HVAC or plumbing because they may seem impatient. But they’re simply skilled at their jobs. They will direct you to the area you need.I confidently recommend HAMMOND SERVICES and will continue to use their services in the future.

    Been using Hammond Services for years. Always pleased with their services and technicians. Todays technician, Jaron was thorough, showed photos of inside of our system and the different readings of the performance. He explained what the photos and readings meant. He made different recommendations. We decided to go with one of the recommendations. He was courteous and professional. A great technician.

    Donnie and his team arrived on time. They looked at what we needed to have done. The estimate was better then comprable businesses. They also suggested some of their HVAC and electrical packages.
