Highly recommended. Really great experience from start to finish. The price was a bit crazy fir 2 hours but, job was done very well. Great communication. Between John at the office for the scheduling to getting a text from thier office about the technicians arrival to the Electrician explaining the best and most cost effective way to get my issues resolved. Wayne (The Electrician) was very polite, very professional & most of all very clean. Extremely happy with this company. I will not only recommend this company to friends, family & clients, I will definitely have them back.

We are very pleased with the price and work performed by All American Electric. From initial meeting to completion they were a pleasure to deal with. A family generational company, it is apparent that they care for their clients. They also provide a ten year warranty vs. the seven offered by Generac. We made the mistake of replying to a Generac email to activate their seven year warranty. Unfortunately that messed up the availability of the ten year warranty from All American. When this was discovered All American offered to rectify the issue by paying for the additional three years. That is the kind of service you can’t put a price on. We highly recommend All American Electric.

The 1st time for an estimate, the 2nd time to run electric to my new shop air compressor & the 3rd to install a Generac Generator. Matt did all 3. On the Generac install Carl, Wayne & Julius were also here. All were very proficient & professional. They did an awesome job! Joel & Matt kept me informed throughout the projects. I worked in construction for 45 years & I know a quality team when I see one. These guys are the best! You cant go wrong with All American Electric!

I have a Generac generator that was installed by my builder and ran fine for the first 3 years. Recently, it would get an RPM Sensor error every time it exercised and would eventually cause a Stop error. I had the company I was using come out and take a look. They changed some parts, and it exercised for two weeks and then the same problem reappeared. Time to find a new company.I decided to call All American Electric and was impressed from the minute they answered the phone. They set me up with an appointment and yesterday Sebastian came out and did some troubleshooting and found the problem immediately. The previous company installed the wrong gas regulator. Sebastian was able to replace it with the correct one, and he looked over and cleaned and adjusted everything else.My generator has never run better, and the service All American Electric provided is outstanding. Great experience with All American Electric today. Had a Generac Generator installed, an Amish shed wired for power throughout the building which required trenching from the main breaker panel to the subpanel in the shed. Also had security lights installed on the second story of the house. Had a team of 5 electricians arrive at 0730, ready to work!All team members introduced themselves and described what they would be doing. They were polite, highly skilled and extremely efficient. When one member finished a task, he would offer assistance to another member until all members were complete. After completion, the team lead took me around and showed me what all was done and answered any questions I may have had. The generator installation and all the other tasks including backfilling of the trench and thorough cleanup were completed quickly and the team left about 1430. Thats 7 hours and everything was done. I also noticed that no one took a lunch break so it was 7 hours of uninterrupted work!I definitely recommend this company without reservations and will seek them out again for anything I cant manage myself. After going to 2 other vendors who were unresponsive, i called All American for a standby generator install. came the next day, received quote while they were at my home. not only were they priced better, but they came when they said they would and did what they said they would. Rare! They did a first rate , professional install of 26 kw generator. Waited on the gas company, made sure it worked correctly before they would take payment. Cleaned up the work areas. The transfer switch install is correctly done and looks good. I highly recommend them. All ratings were 5 star. Friendly and professional.

So very pleased with the install of my new Generac 24KW whole house system! The three service men were on time, polite and knowledgeable and friendly. They each did a different job (unit install, electric, and gas line) and were finished in just over three hours doing a start up and running the house off the genny. They left no trace of them being here and I could not be more pleased. They did not leave until they got me the app and connection to my unit that they monitor. Well done and I would recommend than highly!

Excellent service. The customer service rep kept me informed of the delay and gave a new arrival time. The app used by All American provides a name and picture of the technician as well as the make and model of the truck they are driving and you can track their location. Great safety precautions for the customer. The technician explained everything about the maintenance on the generator and he even wiped the inside and outside so the generator looks brand new. Couldnt be happier!

This company and employees are top notch! A part needed to be replaced on the generator so they called, gave me a date and time and then came a little early. In the meantime, the scheduler realized we were due for an annual inspection so she called and asked if I wanted Carl to do it all in one trip or schedule again. I figured it was best to do it all in one day. Within an hour, I had a photo of the inspection ticket AND a phone call from Carl explaining what he checked. This company has outstanding customer service that seems to care that the customer is informed and happy with the service. I highly recommend them for any services you need. I am 72 years old and over the years have had many contractors doing projects on my homes. I would like to say that I have never had a company from top to bottom do such a professional job on a project. All American Electric Services was not the cheapest bidder on the job, however their sales folks did the best job providing details of the project and answering questions I had on installation. Once the order was placed the inside folks did a wonderful job communicating with me on the project, updating me on the date and time as well as coordinating with the propane provider on installation hookup. The installation team was incredible; they showed up in mass and since the power would be off got me up and running sooner than they expected. I watched them from afar and they worked like a well oiled machine - steady and very efficient. Lastly, a young man stayed behind after the installers left and went over the equipment with me. He could have just handed me the Generac packet but took the time to make sure I understood how it worked. He mentioned the Generac App that would allow me to monitor the Generac from my phone. I think he noticed the confused look on my face, as I said I am 72. He took another 20 minutes to program my phone. I would like to congratulate the owners or whomever built this company for creating such wonderful service and professional attitudes from top to bottom. My 13-year old Kohler standby generator stopped running. Trevor from All American Electric came to the house and methodically checked each part of the system looking for the problem. It turned out that Mud Dauber Wasps had clogged some of the LP gas lines that serve as vents. He cleaned the parts and got the generator running again. The charge for their service was very reasonable. I highly recommend them.

I had no idea what to expect from either weather nor the generator. When the first serious storm took place and everyone lost power. Thereafter A flick took place and my power was on. I love it that I did not have to go outside to hook up something and get wet. During this time I was so proud of myself for getting the generac instead of another brand which was recommended. Now I know that my generac has to get a yearly physical one month before I get my yearly physical. I am not going to say I love it, I will say money very well spent wisely and a great investment. This year the Generac go its first check up and pass its physical. I am ready for the next go around. Great job done from the tech that came out to do the work and did not take him long to do the inspection and again clean up behind himself.

After contacting multiple unresponsive electricians in the Dover and surrounding areas to install an EV charging system and sub panel, I nearly resigned myself to a DIY installation. Then I happened upon All American Electric. A real person answered my call and scheduled an appointment for an estimate. The electrician (Joel) arrived on time for the estimate. He was personable and professional. He returned an estimate the same day and the company scheduled the installation for a week later. The installation electricians (Matt and Josh), also personable and professional, arrived on time, completed the installations within a couple hours, and cleaned up when finished. A five star rating is not enough for this company. They deserve more. All American Electric is a breath of fresh air among their largely unresponsive peers. I highly recommend them.

He assured us he had done many EV charger installs which was one of our questions. He found a way to make a very small footprint by using our space above the garage and in the crawl space to run wires. I’m sure it was more time consuming but certainly looked great when he was finished. He showed us where the new switches were that were installed the electric box, in case we ever needed to shut them off. I have used All American for a multitude of services for 10 years and total satisfaction. I had them install a 50 gal. hot water heater from LOWS to replace my 30 gal. At first I was so disappointed and thought I wasted my money because their was no improvement between showers. We have five children and hot water was a big problem. However, the installer said he was not allowed to adjust my heater temp above 120 degrees so I decided to adjust the TEMP TO 140 MYSELF. Folks , that made all the difference in the world ! It took me less that 30 seconds to adjust it too. Just push a button twice, After that we could take two showers at same time and 3 showers back to back with plenty of hot water left. Also, the water heated up much faster too ! FOLKS ,IF THEY INSTALL YOUR HOT WATER HEATER, I HIGHLY RECOMMEND SETTING ON 140 DEGREES! They cannot do it ,but you can ! I am so pleased now and have not had a shower go cold since! Plenty of hot water for 7 people !
