T&C Araujo has completed a number of projects for me in the last few years including a gut renovation and addition, three bathrooms, a basement remodel, a kitchen, and an outdoor patio and bar. Each time, Tiago and his crew exceeded my expectations - thanks to them I continue to smile each time I walk into my home. They are skilled professionals who always deliver and often make thoughtful recommendations that end up making the end result even better than the architect conceptualized. Every crew member is courteous, flexible, and talented. They offer high quality yet affordable workmanship on a realistic timeline. Aside from the beautiful final product, my house was left locked and broom clean at the end of each day, which helped ensure the safety of my kids and pet. I highly recommend them!

After interviewing a number of contractors, decided to have Charleston and his crew renovate my entire kitchen, and downstairs bathroom/laundry room. They were extremely professional, very patient and became a part of our family. We all miss having him around! The suggestions that he made, as we went along, were very good ones, and, they were very tolerant of the changes I decided to make during the process. I highly recommend them. He also worked well around pets, and my dog loved him!

Charleston and the team did great work on a stone wall, converting an old wooden deck into a beautiful stone patio, expanding our driveway, and solving irrigation issues in our back lawn. They finished on time and on budget. Great to work with.

Charleston and Tiago did a big project for us where they demolished an old garage and rebuilt a new garage with an involved covered kitchen behind it. They were able to match the stonework of our house to the new garage! A pleasure to work with!

T & C built a huge addition to our home. The project was a huge success thanks to their professionalism. The sub-contractors were great. The project was completed on budget and on time. It was an absolute pleasure working with Tiago, Charleston, and their team. We are so pleased that we have done other projects. T & C subsequently did a major makeover of our basement, refurbished a bathroom, and built a home office with built in fixtures and wired Internet. It is a privilege to recommend Tiago and Charleston.
