    Had an estimate done today by Alex. The professionalism was phenomenal. The whole experience was comfortable, he was very knowledgeable, he didnt over talk and his responses showed he heard my needs and concerns, and all of his points to someone like me, who is a little knowledgeable, were all spot on. Would definitely recommend anyone getting estimates to have Alex as a rep.MDF finished my project today. I am 100% satisfied with the work they completed. Having George working on site was absolutely great. He was professional, courteous, and he and the crew left everything very clean when the job was done. The work was done very well and exactly as we hoped. It from start to finish a was a great process, but it was the people that made this experience that much more awesome.

    We hired MDF after being referred to them by my parents and we were not disappointed. Our initial consultation was informative and detailed, after which we were provided with an equally detailed and exact work estimate. We were initially told our project (living room and kitchen nook area) would be scheduled for October, but after mentioning to our consultant how eager we were to have it completed sooner, Jim called me and offered me a job start and completion date that same week. The crew arrived on time, were incredibly professional, neat, organized, and personable. I was amazed at the rate at which they completed the job, and with such attentiveness and skill. They were friendly and respectful of our home. Jim and Lisa were beyond accommodating, very responsive and personable, and I would highly recommend using this company. I anticipate many more projects in our new home and plan on hiring MDF for all of them going forward.

    Ken from MDF came in to give us an estimate to paint several rooms. He was on time, professional in appearance and decorum, and ensured we understood the scope of work required to complete our project. MDF may be more expensive than some competitors, but they clearly stand behind their work, offering a 10 year warranty included in their quote. If you’re considering home renovation work, I highly recommend calling MDF and booking an in home walk through of your project. Ken was thorough from start to finish, and left us with a complete hard copy line-item quote he prepared in his vehicle, ready for us to review in detail and sign electronically when ready to move forward - this is a vastly superior system to other contractors we’ve brought in who took several days for an estimate that may change! You have nothing to lose and a lot to gain by calling MDF, so give them a shot!

    Ken came out for an estimate today. Ken was very friendly and knowledgeable informing me of the paints MDF uses and their warranty. When I showed him cans of paint he knew exactly what they were and explained that the team would be able to match the colors I want. He was able to give me the estimate within minutes.     Ken from MDF came out to my home to give me an estimate. He called ahead to confirm that it was OK to come early which I appreciate it very much. He was professional and polite and got the estimate done very quickly to accommodate my busy workday. Within 10 minutes I had a free estimate, and the whole process was seamless!A few weeks later, George and his crew arrived to do my painting job. They arrived exactly when they said they would, in fact they were a few minutes early! They were courteous, friendly and professional. I work from home and they did not disturb my work day for 1 minute! They even tolerated my overly friendly dog. They work tirelessly all day and completed the job. The cleanup was perfect. I would hire them again in a minute and I highly recommend this company.

    I met Gina Nero from MDF Painting for an estimate on exterior paint at my Stratford property. She was very through, professional and provided a detailed scope of work breaking down the cost. While I ended up hiring a different contractor for the paint due to my budget, I was very impressed with the detailed way they bid jobs and try to work with their customers and price. Certainly will be open to calling them out in the future for other bids

    We recently had our house painted by MDF and are extremely happy with the result. The company was highly responsive to working with us on getting the estimate and contract terms right. The work was done professionally and quickly by extremely attentive crew. It turned out great. Most importantly, they have been exceptional on follow up to take care of the inevitable fixes, especially given that it was a large job. Julio, in particular, was amazing (and patient) in making sure that all problems were solved. They are competitive on price but deliver excellent results.

    I have never been more impressed with a contractor’s proposal process. MDF mailed me a packet of information prior to our meeting. I would have been impressed with the packet if they merely provided it at our meeting, but to take the time to mail it days before the meeting was amazing. Further, Glen, the project consultant, was great! He really took care to understand our project and our needs. MDF is definitely a class act!!

    There were some large holes that an electrician left in my ceiling and walls along with a bad patch job of a crack in the dry wall at the seam between the wall and ceiling. First, the company returned my calls for an estimate promptly; I had a written proposal in hand within a weeks time.     Just had the exterior of our house repaired and painted by MDF and couldn’t be happier. Our old house had been painted with lead paint, MDF is licensed to remove lead paint with sanding and power washing. Jose, Jean, Gonzalo and Ramiro were all very knowledgeable and professional. They always arrived early and communicated what the plans for the day were. We have 5 dogs and they were also very responsible about keeping all doors and gates closed.     MDF workers (Team Christian) were polite, helpful and did an amazing job. The weather was not cooperating for the past two weeks, they arranged their schedules to ensure our job was completed before our vacation. When I realized the paint color I selected was too bright, they quickly switched to the original color without any issues. They worked very hard, listened to our needs and delivered at their best abilities. At the end of the job, they kept the leftover paints nicely in our garage. Thank you!I also would like to thank Paint Care Consultant Paul V who is very patient, knowledgeable and answered all my follow up questions. He provided detailed estimates and it helped a lot in decision making. The only thing is I thought removing the gutter tiger stripes were included in the whole price but later learned it was extra.     MDF stripped, primed and painted all of the exterior wood surfaces on our 163 year old church, including the wood framing on many stained glass windows and the wood survaces on our steeple. They did a truely outstanding job and were a complete pleasure to work with.

    I dont usually hire out painting so my expectations were unknown prior to hiring. I had a very good experience with this company as the pricing was fair and the crew leader Tom went above and beyond what I expected. The crew patched and drywalled for days prior to painting to make sure everything looked perfect when the last coat of paint dried. Tom also made sure that any of the furniture and decorations would not be effected and cleaned up after every work day. The project came out great and I will definitely be hiring this company again in the future.I recently rehired MDF to paint the ceilings on a different room.     This was our first time using MDF Painting. I had 3 painters come out to look at the job of painting the outside trim of all the windows on the house, and to give me an estimate for the job. Of the three, MDF was the most professional presentation; there were copies of the company license, insurance, pages of customer reviews, all information about the company that I could possibly want. After all three painters had come out and looked at the job, it was very obvious that if I wanted the quality that I was looking for, MDF was the company to choose. The others may have been very good painters, and MDF was not the least expensive of the three, but the professionalism of the company was so impressive in both Mark and Anthony, the painter. Anthony kept me updated as he went along, showing me what he was doing, explaining why. I would never hesitate to recommend MDF to anyone for a quality job. I was thinking of having the house power washed also, but the windows came out so great, that the house looks great without a power wash. Maybe next year!

    Jamie came to see our house after we were given a certificate from our realtor for painting. He was professional and nice. He worked with us as far as what the certificate will cover and more. He gave us a good idea of the scope of work and different options to accommodate that. Stephanie in the office was also super helpful with scheduling.     My father in law hired MDF to painting on his home. He was very happy with his experience with Jamie during the consultation and the explanation of everything, even if he wasnt thrilled with the expense of it all lol. While MDF was in the process of doing work for.my father in law he became ill and went into the hospital, we stayed at the house while Junior and his crew finished the work. They did an amazing job on my father in laws home and they went above and beyond for my father in law. After learning of the passing of my father in law, Junior went above the call of his job and reached out to us on a personal level. Aside from the great work from this group of men, they all went above and beyond, and that is something not many companies would do and that is very special.     We have used MDF twice over the past three years and once for power washing.MDF doesnt just show up and paint, rather they are there from start to finish. I really appreciated Marks knowledge about the types of paint and even the colors. The crew came out exactly as scheduled, then prepped and completed the job quickly and efficiently with a thorough clean-up. Theres always someone in the office ready to assist you (unlike other companies where the painters are the only ones to interact with you and theyre always on another job). With the painting here this month there was one trouble spot we saw after the paint dried fully, and they were back quickly to fix it. Its clear that youre a valued customer and they care about the quality of work and want to assure youre satisfied and happy with the final result.We were very happy with the painting and power washing and will use MDF again.

    Perfect!There are 2 things that stand out with this company: trustworthy and thorough.I have used this company 3 times. Once for power washing, once for painting my deck and once for painting an interior room.The people that come out for the estimates are very nice and honest and true to their word. I was surprised that there was not a price increase when they realized how much work needed to be done in the interior room.The people that come out to do the job are absolutely the most honest and thorough people. It is hard to plan a time when you can have strangers come in to your house and paint. I could not be at home when work was done. Because I knew the owner Mark from previous experience, I had no worries about leaving my front door open for his guys to come in and do their work. One painter even gave his opinions about a decision that I made and I followed through on his thought and am so pleased. I would not hesitate to use this company again. No Question!!!!

    Hired for the second year in a row MDF to power wash my house. I have cypress siding stained with bleaching oil and white painted trim. the crew that came to do the job were well prepared and very courteous and careful with my property. I explained that some of my patio doors will leak if the jet is directed to close to the openings and the foreman understood and took great care to make sure that we did not have water leaks. Unlike other crews I have hired in the past MDF team brought extension ladders to reach the second story siding and trim which as some points is 28 feet high. Excellent work and cleaned up after themselves. would definitely use them again next year and recommend them.

    MDF painted the exterior of our house in the summer of 2016. I cant say enough about how great an experience it was. They met with me several times before the job, answered my questions by email promptly, and even brought the regional rep for Sherwin Williams to the house for an expert opinion. They started earlier than we expected and finished the job within the time they estimated. The house looks great and there were no additional change orders because they spent the time up front to plan it out properly. When we mentioned a few minor items on our end of job punchlist, there was no need for more discussion. They just took care of it within a few days and that was it. I wish all contractors were this easy to work with.

    Hired MDF to pressure wash/paint exterior of enclosed front porch. Quality of work performed by painters/project manager was very high. However, if I were to hire them again I would ask that a project manager attend the sales consultation along with the sales person to assure that the scope the sales person puts in the contract is actually able to be performed. We had a disconnect between what the sales consultant sold us and what the painters said could be done, which resulted in my playing middle-man between the sales person and the project manager during the job.
