Alex and crew did an amazing job from start to finish. He’s super professional, super knowledgeable, and fast! He renovated my kitchen and foyer floors—from demo, to materials, to install it was a smooth project. We wanted to do a complicated herringbone pattern with border in the foyer and he didn’t bat an eye; he played with different designs until we found one that worked for the space and it came out absolutely gorgeous. Also his prices are fair and competitive. Highly recommend!!

Alex is awesome. Professional and knowledgeable. We needed someone immediately to come and rip up old tile that needed to be removed before floor installation. He came within a day of calling him. They did a quick and through job. We used him for a few jobs and will definitely be reaching out again for our half bath.

Alex and his team painted 3 floors in our home in Rye. We got 4-5 quotes before selecting Alex. The rate was perfectly reasonable, and his team was excellent. Each day, they showed up on-time, worked hard and were very polite. They cleaned up after each day of work - we didnt have to lift a finger.Alex was such a pleasure that we relied on him to make a few other referrals, and he came to the rescue when we had a leak from our kitchen sink down to the basement. On a Sunday night, with no notice, he came by and helped us solve the issue.I highly recommend AHR.

Alex has worked at a few projects in my house.Anything involving tiling, carpentry, fixing walls, attaching a big TV screen to the wall, he is the man to call.He is quick, reliable and precise. He always suggests the solution that is most cost effective. He is very detailed oriented, which I really appreciate.

I forgot to add that Alex replaced our old kitchen counter top as well as the backsplash. We had really old tile as a backsplash and countertop, he removed everything without damaging the existing cabinets. He installed dark gray quartz for the countertop and white subway tile with dark grout. It looks amazing!

Alex was extremely professional, as he tackled and completed all aspects of the job, including demolition, rough carpentry, water proofing and finishing tile on two master-bath stall showers at one of my rental properties. He did so with efficiency, alacrity, care for the surrounding areas, and, ultimately, excellent craftsmanship. The final product is perfect. Alex replied to my contact on the same day I reached out to him, and he showed up to see the job the very next day. I had my price quote that evening and work began within a few days. All things considered, from first contact, through to final completion of the job, I am very pleased with Alex and I would recommend him highly. I deal with dozens of contractors in all different trades on a regular basis: I wish all my contractors and sub-contractors were as responsive, reliable, professional and skilled as Alex is!
