Really great service! I cant say enough about the proactive communication and accountability - I was very pleased. We have a home warranty program and I submitted a service request through that program. It was my good fortune that the service request was assigned to Rick. He called me to introduce himself and understand some details about the problem. We texted info about Make and Model and he was able to order replacement part without having to see the dryer first. When the part came in, we schedule the onsite work and he and his partner fixed in less than 20 min. I would definitely recommend him.

We had our water heater replaced (1935 Capital Avenue, Pittsburgh) by Rick Monz Plumbing on January 26, 2024. Our system is electric and requires an expansion tank to comply with current PA law. This is a safety protocol and we were glad our new tank would comply with state law and help to keep our family safe. I contacted Rick a few times with questions/concerns prior to the installation of the new tank. He had no issue taking my calls and explaining what I wanted to know in detail. Professionally everything went well yesterday. My husband tells me Rick did an excellent job. Personally he has a great sense of humor and loves animals so dont worry if your pet wants to visit him while he is working in your home. Our british short hair rescue kitty Charlie could not help himself!

After more than 3months without a working stove/oven, and a new one being delivered 3 weeks ago, I had AHS reassign my work order to this company. Unlike AEFactory service, they were communicative, came on time (actually early) and completed the job ! The technician was very friendly and did not get distracted by his phone (like many others do while completing a job). Only issue was he came without electric nuts (which when installing an appliance I would think is a common need) but luckily I was able to get my husband at work and find them in his workroom. I finally have a working stove!

Rick and his team were fantastic! They came out and did everything they could to avoid tearing up the garage floor due to fix my sewage issue. They explained exactly why we were experiencing the issues we told him about and even showed us the problems. When it was determined that was the only option due to the situation, they were out the next day to work, and didn’t leave until everything was working as it should. I would recommend Rick to anyone needing a plumber!
