If I was able to provide more than 5 starts I absolutely would provide the more. ML Plumbing went out of their way to resolve my plumbing / sewer issues and I have found my “Go to” plumbers!!I noticed the issue on a Friday when my first floor toilet overflowed, yet no one had used it in well over a 24 hours. Being new to the area, I called like 10 plumbers found on Google. There was no answer at a few, so I left messages, the mailboxes were full on a few and many didn’t answer at all. One national company’s call center answered and said they would be able to schedule me on Sunday, but Mark, from ML Plumbing, called me back within 30 minutes and was able squeeze me in to their busy schedule for Saturday morning to diagnose the problem. He not only identify the issue, but translated to layman’s terms and showed me the proof on the pipe scope / camera tool. He ensured I understood the root cause for my issues and was able to schedule a repair for the following day (Sunday) despite his team’s packed scheduled.The issue was not a small problem, it would require close coordination with the city and periodic blocking of the road given my location on a main street and the need for heavy machinery to dig out the pipes leading from my house to the city sewer line. … an again, this was on the weekend. Mark and his team took care of all of the “emergency” coordination with the city and utility companies, dug up the pipe (like 10 – 12 feet deep) and I was up and running again in no time.I felt like I was kept in the loop of everything during the entire process. The full team was both professional and personable. I am 100% satisfied and am so glad I selected a local company vs. a national company where you are usually made feel like a just number.

I just purchased this house, I had the home inspection done but never thought of the drain and sewer pipe inspection.I’ve been here A little over two months, The Sewer drain backed up to where the toilets would not flush, upstairs or downstairs.I needed an immediate repair and called Mark, he was out to assess the situation within a couple hours and he was very quick to determine what was needed for the fix and was spot on !Mark has the proper updated equipment needed for the job to determine pinpoint accuracy. Mark and his workers are highly motivated, easy to talk to, trustworthy, knowledgeable and Very reasonable on his prices.I highly recommend him !

This is the best plumbing company I have ever used. Whats remarkable is that Mark and his crew did work for me without ever meeting me. I live in Texas and my nephew lives in my house in PA. I had to replace a 100 year old septic system (lots of problems with that mess) and he kept me updated on his progress and sent pictures of everything wrong and what he did to repair it. I would have no problem recommending ML Plumbing to anyone for any type of plumbing repair....inside or out. Thank you Mark for everything.

We were having issues with water backing up in the basement floor drains when doing laundry. Mark returned my call in a very timely manner and was at our house the next day to run a camera in the line. After identifying that our inside pipes were rusted and rotting, and tree roots had grown into the outside line, the team excavated inside and out, replacing the old lines. Even with a snow storm, they competed the job in just 5 work days and we never had to leave our home. This also included a water heater replacement which was done at my request.Mark was very thorough in showing me photos and video of all of their findings, and explaining every step of their process. He took care of all of the phone calls necessary prior to digging, as well as the inspections needed prior to completing the job. The team repaired all of our damaged concrete and will be back in the spring to seed the yard.I found the pricing to be very fair, and the warranty on the work to be exceptional.We are very pleased that our house is back to normal operation, and I would suggest anyone in need of a plumber to give ML Plumbing a call.

I had a outdoor water issue, due to the road in front of my house that Pen Dot repaved the rain water floods the front of my house. I called Mark at ML Plumbing, he was here in less than a hour to assess the situation he gave me a fair estimate and first thing the next morning started the work. We had a sewage backup into our basement on a Sunday evening. Not only did ML Plumbing respond quickly, they also accurately identified that we had a bigger problem than just a simple clog in our line. They found the issue, dug 8 feet into the ground to find the problem, fixed and replaced the broken pipes, had the new pipes inspected, put all the earth back, and laid down straw for grass re-growth, AND all in less than 48 hours! Very happy with our experience and grateful that they were there for us when we needed them! Makes a hard situation a little more bearable. Thanks ML!

My fiancé and I have nothing but WONDERFUL things to say about Mark-the owner of ML plumbing, and his crew. We bought our first home in February and have had some major underground water pipe issues that occurred recently. We tried to do the repairs on our own but we realized that the work was far more than we could do ourselves. In a panic, we called about 10 different plumbers on a Saturday who never got back to us because it was the weekend. Mark called me back immediately and said he would be to our house in 40 minutes to help us. He was so thorough, trustworthy, so personable and kind, and so knowledgeable. He came over the next day (a Sunday!!) to hook up a system just so we could use our water, and then we was there first thing on Monday with his crew to dig our property and do the repairs. I’m not sure that I have ever experienced customer service quite as amazing as his, and I’ll forever give him my business when we have any plumbing issues from here forward. Thank you Mark!!!

Mark and his team go above and beyond to help their clients!I had four different plumbers come to look at my drain problem leaving me with a large bills and not fixing the problem.ML plumbing showed up the same day I called found the source of the problem dug through the concrete driveway and fixed the broken pipe.They have the most modern equipment to help get the job done quick and efficient.The entire crew is kind and curious.Not only was the problem fixed they located my septic tank and made me aware of another problem that I should keep an eye on.Im sure any place else would have charged triple the price! I had sewage backing up into my garage, and I needed immediate assistance. ML Plumbing came out a couple hours after I called and diagnosed the problem that day. Unfortunately, I needed to get pretty much all of my drainage pipes replaced (they were clay pipes that had gotten damaged in multiple places), but ML gave me a more than fair price and was able to do the large amount of work quickly. When my mom came out to visit and saw all they were doing, she asked for one of their cards to give to a friend of hers who needs plumbing work. I would definitely recommend ML Plumbing to others.

I’ve dealt with some dishonest, over-charging plumbers in the past, and these guys are anything but. I called Mark with a BAD sewage emergency, and he was there within an hour to check it out. It turned out to be a bigger problem than I’d hoped, and I ended up needing a good section of pipe replaced in my basement. They were there the next morning to start working. Mark gave a very fair price and they took everything from clean up to putting new concrete in. 2+ guys worked 3 long days and got it finished. They went above and beyond, even finding a leak in my kitchen sink that I was unaware of and fixing it with no extra charge. I just got a job after being unemployed for 8 months and they made what would have been a very stressful situation as seamless as possible. I’d definitely recommend.

UPDATE: Received message from owner, working to schedule a time to complete the work. The work was completed today :). I also have them coming back Friday for a new project.These are great folks to work with, IF you do not need follow-up work done. I have been trying to reach them for two months to schedule follow-up repairs to my lawn from work that was done over the winter. Phone calls are not returned promptly and I have only reached a live person at the business number one time. In December, the owner promised to come by in the spring to repair ruts in our lawn but it is almost June 1st, and cannot seem to get on the schedule for this work to be done.

They are dependable and do high quality work.They completed a french drain, constructed 2 ceramic showers that were exquisitely done beyond my wildest dreams. A small job of just needing a grinder pump replaced turned into an huge job with replacing a very long sewer line. They were able to find the clogs/problems with the sewer line and come up with a plan to fix them. They worked with local sewage authority to make sure everything was done right and within code. If you need any plumbing service, call ML Plumbing first. By far the best experience we have ever had with any plumbing service or contractor period. Customer service was beyond 5 stars, price was 5 stars, quality 5 stars, professionalism 5 stars, speed 5 stars!Mark (the owner) and his team went above and beyond anything we would ever expect or ever experienced with any plumbing service. We had air in our lines and we were not going to be able to open our business the next day. We called 4 or 5 local plumbers after 5pm and no one answered. We called rotor rooter and they said they would send a guy out with in an hour. 90 mins later I called back, they said it would be another hour before their guy could get to us. I did another search and found ML Plumbing, called and spoke to Mark. He skipped dinner with his family to come out to our office at 8 PM to help us. He quickly came up with a plan, and sent a couple of his expert guys out first thing in the morning with the parts they needed. His guys quickly resolved the problem, and made sure everything was working properly. Mark and his guys were very professional, fast, kind, and you can tell they actually care about doing everything right. ML Plumbing will be our first phone call for any future plumbing needs we have.

He came to evaluate the problem within 3 hours. The next day my septic line was open and my bathrooms and kitchen were functional. Mark was extremely knowledgeable and prepared to solve the problem. I will never use another plumbing company. ML Plumbing cares about customers and their own business reputation. I highly recommend them if you want prompt, professional and fair service.

Sewer out line backed up. (2nd time in 6 months)Mark came by to take a look...Instead of ripping me off... he was straight forward with me...He determined by examining with his eyes only... that the clog was out in my yard somewhere, not inside...He informed me, he would be stealing from me, and screwing me over big time... if he went in and did work, and there was something wrong on the outside... it would negate my insurance coverage...Instead of ripping me off, because he easily could have...He instead, walked me through on who to contact about having my gas company, send out their subcontracted plumbers..I can’t thank him enough for his honesty..People’s sent their team out, and it was determined, the bill does not get wrote out to me..It was wrote out to ‘them’.Thank you again Mark!People like you are hard to find in today’s world!

I would like to commend Mark and his crew at ML Plumbing for their prompt and exemplary emergency service. My property had lost gas service over the past Christmas holiday weekend due to water in the gas lines. After making approximately 6-7 calls to “emergency plumbers,” Mark at ML Plumbing was the only one to respond. He and his crew not only completed the job in a few days, but Mark worked with the gas company to restore service promptly. That’s not even including the extra unexpected issues that arose during the job, that Mark took care of in a timely fashion. He even offered to assist with space heaters if needed, and he took the time to explain the work that was being completed in detail. I wouldn’t hesitate to call on Mark again for my plumbing needs. Fast response time, kept to the quoted time frame and amount (even when we found the need to jackhammer further into the garage), and fixed our basement/garage drainage issue!!!Mark initially came out on an emergency call to identify the cause of the issue, and then walked us through the overall cause and plan for repair.He was very direct and honest in his evaluation.He lined up his crew to start the next day, since we wanted to avoid further damage. They were here and ready to go the next morning! Everyone was so wonderful throughout the process!They even made sure we had temporary drainage when they left on day one (since we knew it would be a multi-day repair)!!!Overall, a positive review of an unfortunate household issue!!
