This company is amazing! They are responsive, honest, professional and their prices are unbelievable when compared to others. It is a small business, women & veteran owned, which we all should be supporting. I can’t say enough good things about them - don’t hesitate to call them, the ladies (and John) will fix any plumbing dilemma you may encounter.

Called them in a panic with a septic issue after another business told us they couldnt see a problem. The issue was resolved within the hour. Efficient, pleasant and reasonably priced. Call them now if you have an issue!

I had a difficult grey water issue. Multiple companies came and didn’t help me solve the issue but they sure charged me as if they did.I was referred to Lutz which is a woman owned business. The two sisters came to evaluate the problem and to camera the line. They didn’t back down from the fight and were extremely helpful. Furthermore, they were extremely reasonable on the pricing.On the second day of work they sent a crew of three guys to dig out the line. They were hard working and respectful.I am extremely pleased with Lutz and highly recommend them for any plumbing job.Thanks Lutz I’m very grateful for your help!

We were beyond pleased with the level of service we received from Charles Lutz Enterprises. Kelly and her team made multiple visits to our home to diagnose our problem and make plans to fix it, and despite the challenges our property presented (small yard, limited space), completed the job in one day and under budget. Beyond that, their friendly and positive attitude made a difficult problem much easier for us to deal with. Highly recommended!
