Josh and his team are top class for any hvac, electrical and plumbing needs. My ac unit froze up while my in laws were in town and Josh came out at 9am to add Freon and recharge the system. I have been using Josh Tramble for my HVAC since he diagnosed and repaired a huge problem caused by ANOTHER company (i won’t name) who installed a new Trane HVAC system at our home. He is super responsive, honest, and knows his business! I think so much of him that I chose his company to award a 5 unit, 15 ton HVAC project at my business.He continues to provide our twice yearly service through his company and, while we don’t see him personally as much, his crew is outstanding. We feel confident that if we ever need a higher level of diagnosis or HVAC replacement, that we have a great partner in him and Home Service Pros. A bonus is that they also install home generators, which we are presently considering, especially since i have a company i can confidently trust for this important installation. You will not be disappointed with this company!

Last year, my upstairs AC was failing. I called Josh and he came to do an assessment the very same day. I bought my house which had been flipped, and unfortunately they installed an air conditioner that was way too small for the area it was supposed to be cooling. Josh offered me great options for a new unit and installed it promptly. We are nice and cool and have not had any problems since. Fast-forward to this year, my downstairs AC went out completely. I called Josh in the morning and they replaced the capacitor same day at a very reasonable rate. What I really like about Home Service Pro is the technicians are responsive to you call, friendly, AND conscientious about their work being done right. A rare combination with this great locally owned business.

Nice and fast service but had to keep going back and forth with few things. I was promised to get my work done the same day as installation but looks like a lot of mis communication between the person who answers the calls and who actually comes out to do work. Thrusday was my quote day they said they can’t do it and Friday was scheduled and than some sort of emergency came up and had to be moved to Saturday. Overall great service I would recommend them but I guess could do better with communication. Reasonable pricing as well.

Our AC unit broke at the worst time in the middle of summer during a heat wave. Home Service Pro sent out a person same day to come check the unit. They repaired it, and also provided a great offer for a replacement, which was very much needed as our unit was over 26 years old. They came back and replaced the AC unit within the week. I cannot speak highly enough of their profesionalism, quality of service, timeliness, honest feedback, consistent updates, and great price!! Absolutely recommend their services!

Our ac unit went out over a week ago and they came out right away diagnosed the problem- our unit was over 25 years old. They came on a Sunday to install our unit. I was so thankful and appreciative. I wish I could rate more than 5 stars. My air condition in my apartment stopped blowing cold air. I called them & they came out the next day. Brian was AMAZING! My unit was frozen so we had to let it thaw, but he walked me through each step he did, explained potential problems and causes & made sure there were no leaks or anything. He also cleaned up excess water. When he came back he did what he could to get things cool again. Brian went ABOVE AND BEYOND and really turned my situation around. He was really down to earth & did an amazing job. I recommend him for ANY of your HVAC needs, he also stated he did plumbing work as well.
