Bryan Soto and his helper installed a power plug for a cooktop conversion in our kitchen. I received notices of my appointment and a text on the service day of their expected arrival and they showed up as promised. They worked efficiently and were respectful of us and our home. Brayan did an excellent job helping us make our new house a home. He changed our light fixtures (had to use a scaffold) and took time to make sure did the work the way we visioned. He installed new outlets and did so with no damage to the drywall. The office does a great job keeping you informed on the arrival time of the technician and they send a picture so you are sure who you are letting into your house. I highly recommend Dr. Sparkey and Brayan for your electrical needs.

I cant say enough about this company. They are true professionals. They csme out and quoted me a few months back to install a meter box, breaker panel, and wire in all my lights and outlets for my new 30x48 garage. While on site i was having an issue with my new washer and dryer not working, I had just bought the house. They went out of their way and found the breaker was never install. They fixed it at half the cost i expected. When I let them know I was ready for the garage to be done they were prompt to pull a permit and had the entire garage pre-wired for inspection in a day and a half. Im so impressed with these guys and would highly recommend them for any and all electrical needs.

Brayan Soto did a very professional job. He arrived for 1pm scheduled repair 5 minutes early. We received a text notification that he was on his way with a current photo so we would know who to expect. Prior to entering the home, he put on shoe covers. He assessed the work to be done, explained it in clear detail, obtained our approval and completed the job. He maintained a very neat work area and cleaned up well afterwards. Very sharp, professional, knowledgeable young man and showed pride in his work.Recommended.

Derek and the folks at VHEC saved our Christmas! We lost power very suddenly during the night and next morning Duke Energy said we had to have our meter box replaced. I got VHEC’s name from the Angi app. Derek returned my call immediately and understanding the urgency of the situation he swung into action! They obtained the parts, replaced the box, coordinated all the necessary county permits and inspections and had my box ready for Duke to restore the power by 3pm. Getting all that completed in 5-hours during the week of Christmas was nothing short of a miracle. The fact that they are competent, prompt, have great follow through and are good people makes working with them even better. Don’t hesitate to call Derek and VHEC!

We are newer homeowners, so this was our first time needing extensive electrical work done. Our good friend and realtor recommended Derek and the Vhek team, so I called Monica a few weeks ago asking for an estimate on some things that came up in our inspection. She was quick to get us on the schedule, and Brayan came out and gave us four or five different pricing options to help fit our financial needs. (He spent over an hour checking everything for a free estimate btw). We ended up replacing our electrical panel based on their recommendations and the cost difference among packages. Today Brayan and Alex showed up to replace the panel, add a surge protector, rework five kitchen receptacles, one bathroom receptacle, ground our water and fix an outside GCFI… price-wise, I am not sure what to compare it to but it seemed reasonable to us and they were very professional and helpful — explaining anything that we didn’t understand or needed clarity on. There was even an issue with our hall light before they left, and they spent an extra 45+ mins or so trying to get to the root of the issue before leaving. We’ll definitely be contacting them with future electrical concerns/needs.
