Weve had A to Z service our A/C and Furnace multiple times under a maintenance agreement. Shaun has been friendly and knowledgeable on each occasion. No high pressure sales tactics or nonsense, just friendly service and expert info.We recently had Shaun out to diagnose our furnace after a carbon monoxide alarm led to our gas being shut off. He was thorough and tested that other appliances werent causing issues (water heater, fireplace). He went ahead and replaced the air filter while there since it was due soon. Because of our maintenance agreement and the service visit being within the callback window of our annual maintenance, there was no additional cost to us. Its hard to find a company that genuinely cares about their customers and excels in the little things. I cant recommend them highly enough!

Derek installed and has maintained our new furnace and AC. I have always appreciated his friendly and knowledgeable service. They are also affordable. He was here again today and I appreciated the good work with photos of my AC so I understood. It is always a nice feeling when you get service from someone who feels like they are treating you like you are a friend not just a customer.

Anthony and Derek were wonderful from the start. They took the time to explain the different systems and which would work best for our house. They gave us a date of installation and the entire unit was put in and up and working before the date. They left the area cleaner than it was before. Luke did an excellent job at diagnosing and repairing my heater. He came with such a great attitude as it was an emergency service late in the evening, I have to say he was very friendly and professional. I 100% recommend him and A to Z Heating. Fair prices. A to Z did an exceptional job removing my old HVAC system and installing a new system. Cost was very reasonable. The new system looks very professional and they took great care to cover/protect my carpeting and wood floors. They thoroughly cleaned up both inside and outside removing all debris. They were the only company to answer on a Saturday during a cold snap, they offer competitive and fair pricing and they only quoted work that actually needed to be done rather than adding unnecessary work. We are so pleased with the service that we received. Our furnace/air conditioning unit quit and needed to be replaced. Due to the holidays it took a little longer to get a unit but Derek and his crew did a fantastic job getting the unit installed. Since it is a roof mounted unit, the timing had to be coordinated with the crane company. The January weather cooperated and it was amazingly calm during installation.Before making the decision to choose this company, we got bids from two other companies. A to Z was the only one to submit an itemized bid with names of the product that would be installed.Derek did a fantastic job answering all of my questions, including helping me to arrange financing.I highly recommend this company. They are very professional and pleasant with the way they do business.

Derek did a top notch pro install for our custom home. 3 ducted wifi thermostat zones, one high end Daikin hybrid heat pump/forced air/ac install, plus a steam humidifier. Our system runs so quiet, efficient..and our monthly electric bill is half compared to our comparable sized rental home we moved from. Derek has been truly customer focused to ensure everything is dialed in just right! Will definitely sign up with them for our annual maintenance. I wouldnt go anywhere else. Thanks guys.

Derek and team did an awesome job. We had a complete overhaul of our HVAC system in our house. Derek and team were always professional, on time, and transparent. Once our project began, we were their focus and they worked long days to complete our project in a very timely manner. Follow up and responsiveness is extremely good. Great company and I definitely recommend A to Z for any of your HVAC projects. They are highly capable, reliable, and dependable!!

New Home AC unit installed yesterday and was so impressed that I promised to write a positive review. I solicited estimates from 2 other competitors , and found the best deal with A to Z. But my rating goes much further then just the price. Sales Representative Derek went far beyond the minimum effort to help sell his service. He made the effort to investigate other problems with our system before the sale was completed. Efforts the other competitors did not offer. Yes , only 4 Stars because I dont think it fair to give 5 stars based on such a recent and limited experience. A to Z will get 5 star upgrade after their quality of post sale customer service is evaluated.

I had furnace issues (not working) and called various companies who couldnt get to my house for 1-2 days. It is cold and getting colder so I needed something sooner than that. I was referred to A to Z by a neighbor and they were able to come out that evening after what I assume their scheduled jobs of the day were done. Both gentlemen who came over were professional, polite, knowledgeable and good communicators. They were able to diagnose and fix the problem in reasonable time and had reasonable rates and charges (comparing to the last 3 times I have had someone fix furnace issues on my current and former house). They also explained the issues to me and my wife and answered all questions we had in detail. I had someone else install my system and upgrades but I think going forward I will use A to Z for any repair or service needs. I will recommend them to others based on my experience.

A to Z recently upgraded our 25 year old HVAC system (furnace and A/C). We cannot express how happy we are with the professionalism and exceptional service we received from A to Z. Not only did they install the system, but they took the time to move existing pipes and wiring to better and more convenient locations. They even took the time to raise the air-conditioner pad in the back yard (by adding numerous bags of rock). Thank you A to Z for the care you took to give us the system we needed within our budget. We have already recommended A to Z to our friends and family.

This is a definitely a professionally run company. My call was returned within2 hours despite the upcoming 4th of July weekend! Derick provided a detailed bid proposal with competitive rates. Installers...Ronnie and Izac were prompt, efficient, kind and respectful.They called to confirm arrival (big plus) and covered their shoes and protected my carpet with tarps. My A/C unit runs great and comes with a warrantee, which includes 2 years labor! I am a happy customer and have already referred this company to a family member.

This company is fantastic. I came home to a cold house at 5pm on a Friday and they were here within the hour working to get me heat and didnt even charge extra for after hours service. They spent 2 hours looking for the issue. Once they figured out the problem they returned the next morning part in hand. A few weeks went by and I was still having heating issues. Turns out that the original repair brought other issues to the surface. They came out once again, resolved these issues and didnt charge me for the second trip even though it was a new issue. Great care for my family and me. I will be recommending them to everyone.
