I bought an old prefab house with a lot of quirks. Ive been trying the DIY route to mixed success, but when it came to windows, tile, deck repair, I was a bit of a mess. The contractors I found through word of mouth have had a worse record working on my house than I do.Recently I found out about MICA. They were super helpful and quick getting me an initial quote for window replacement. Then a couple of their guys bid on the job, which got the price down in my case. The guy I went with had the first window replaced sealed and site cleaned up in a little more than 45 minutes.I just really liked everyone I talked to, and it seems like the culture of the contractor group is alot more cohesive and responsible than the rogue handymen Ive been finding.Their prices are great, the work was great, they answered all my questions and I am recommending them to everyone I know.
