He explained the expectations and exercised patience as he answered all my questions & concerns. The only area of concerns would be the scheduling department. When we receive a confirmation text, it would prove helpful to know what service is being received electrician vs plumbing. Other than that absolutely no complaints here!

Ejector pump issue was diagnosed properly the first time and was taken care of by replacement with a new one. Everything was done when promised and works well. I was particularly impressed with the technician that replaced our pump. He was courteous, answered all my questions and cleaned up their mess nicely. I used them for a new furnace through American home shield... with gold plan I had to pay $1876 out of pocket. WOULD recommend the Platinum plan.. They put in new furnace. Worked great did a great job..Tim.. did a stellar job..But had to come back and replace broken condenser tray and left furnace not working at all.. so 😥 disappointed.. house freezing. Id be glad yo give them a 5 staring you could fix my non-working brand new furnace today. Its 8:20 am. They had it fixed by 10:45 am. Highly recommend whitney..Great people..

They really know what they are doing and are professional and fast! Only thing this company can work on, based on my experience these past two weeks working with them is their communication. If they aren’t going to be able to come a heads up would be nice by the end of the windowed time. Other than that give them a try!

This company replaced my water heater. Not only was the price better then all of the other competitors, but it was quicker. My water Heater went out during the holiday season. The water heater was replaced within days,. Once the company showed up, it took about 1.5 hours from start to finish, the technicians were hard working, patient and honest. They refused a cash tip at the end of their work because it was against company policy. I would highly recommend this company and would use their service again.

I was referred to Whitney by my warranty company. Travis came out to replace a leaking outside water spigot. Several hours later, it started to crack and was leaking water all over the place. It was not the fault of the technician, it was simply a bad weld on the part. However, getting someone at Whitney to come back out was very very difficult. Their scheduling system and phone system are a nightmare. Eventually, Travis was able to come out the next morning and fix the repair. He was very prompt, and efficient, and I was completely satisfied with his professionalism. However I had to deduct a star simply because of the difficulty of talking to a human being in their scheduling and service department. They can and should do a lot better.Updated 4/14/22 - Josh from Whitney came to review a light switch that was sending shocks. He arrived early, and quickly diagnosed the issue and implemented a fix. Extremely efficient and professional, will definitely call again if the need arises.

I am happy to say that I was extremely pleased with the job Whitney Plumbing and Electric did on replacing my water heater. I had no trouble getting someone to come out the day I called about the problem. When it was discovered that the water heater wasn’t fixed with the first service call they came back out at the nearest opportunity to replace the whole thing. When Travis saw that it was going to take longer than expected to change it out, he cleared his calendar for the day and gave his full attention to making sure the job was done completely. Very prompt and responsive, had an issue with an upstairs toilet. I tried for days to resolve on my own. 20 minutes of them being here, they had the issue resolved. Pays to have professionals with the right knowledge and tools... Doesn’t pay to have kids 🤦🏼‍♂️
