After paying another plumbing company to fix the issue & then paying them two days later to fix the leak they created & still not fixing the issue I called Sewer Rooter. The guys were here within a half hour, diagnosed the problem & fixed the actual cause of the issue not just the symptoms! Very impressed with the whole experience, they were prompt, knowledgeable, experienced, friendly & explained everything in detail. Which has earned them not only our respect & trust but all our future plumbing business! We truly appreciate a business that meets our expectations 100%.

I had a pipe break late last night around 11-1130 which resulted in me turning off water … I have a wife and toddler child, no water is pretty rough. Next morning Brady at Sewer Rooter called me, asked questions, got details of problem and let me know somebody would be here to fix problem. By 9 am someone had came fixed the pipe… that’s great customer service, speedy, and reliable. I absolutely appreciate the service, made my life a lot easier with that issue being resolved. We have called Sewer Rooter many times over the years for many different issues and we’ve never had a problem. We most often have only seen Brady, but most recently, we’ve met several of Brady’s crew (Ryan, Ryan and Adam) and it doesn’t matter who is here, they are all equally good! They are very professional, friendly, helpful, neat and patient with my questions.😊 And when they are done, they clean up their mess and you cannot even tell they were here!Brady happily discusses the repair with you beforehand, if like us, you have questions or concerns. He is totally upfront and honest, which means a lot in my book. I will not call another company, because I trust Brady!Brady and his employees are simply good at what they do! If they need to be extra careful on a certain job, or in a certain area of your house, they will do so. They obviously take pride in their work and we appreciate them and that attitude greatly! We had an emergency issue on a Friday night after hours I called several other companies no one else answered or would be able to come until Monday. He showed up within 30 minutes fix the issue extremely friendly, very professional. I will not be using another plumbing company but this one.

Found that our water heater was leaking yesterday afternoon during a significant snow storm. Called Sewer Rooter and left information with their answering service. Within a couple hours Brady had called and discussed the situation. Brady walked me through steps to take to eliminate any potential larger issues until they could get out. This morning, even with road conditions being very questionable to say the least, Bradys guys were here and in less than an hour the old heater was out and the new one was in!!Couldnt have asked for better service or a more timely response! (Especially with the conditions)I will definitely be keeping Bradys number handy and will be contacting them for any future plumbing needs!!!Thank You Brady and your guys and Thank You Sewer Rooter!!

When I needed they helped. Main sewage line was blocked. Very great people. Update september 13 2022. Brady did send someone over to replace 5 feet give or take of old cast iron pipe in basement. It was blocked severely. All new PVC pipe so no issues in the future. He did squeeze me into busy schedule. Always will do business with sewer rooter. 👍👍very pleased with service.

We couldnt have asked for a better experience. We have worked with many contractors and subcontractors over the past 5 years, and this company was top notch. They came out within a few days of me calling to look at our septic system. They provided a bid within an hour or two after their first evaluation. Repairs began within a week. The entire process took less than two weeks. The team was great to work with. They explained the issues thoroughly. They were extremely prompt, knowledgeable and professional. We will definitely use again for any plumbing needs and will highly recommend to others!

I had a really hard job due to some very sensitive fiber optic cables being right next to a sewer line that needed to be replaced. They were able to get it done and did a really good job. They are good at what they do and I dont have to worry about my sewer backing up any more. I am very grateful for everything they did for me.

We had an emergency and we had no idea who to call. Nobody in town was calling us back, I called Sewer Rooter and within 10 minutes Brady was at our home. That night we had a leak again in our basement, I called Sewer Rooter back at 6 pm on a Friday night just knowing I wasnt going to get ahold of anyone. To my surprise, the nicest lady answered the phone and I instantly felt relief. not long after , we got a call from Brady. First thing Saturday morning he came out and was able to fix the issue we were having. I dont think he was even on call, he just helped us because he cared. Very pleased with the service we received from Brady and his dad. They responded quickly and saved us from a frozen pipe bursting. I then reached out to Brady via phone because we were not getting any hot water. He was able to walk me through how to fix our problem that same night. We have just recently moved to the area but we will be using Sewer Rooter for all our plumbing needs going forward. I would definitely recommend them to anyone!
