I recently had my leaky faucet in my bathtub fixed by Mike. He showed up on time and with a smile. He carefully assessed our situation and explained everything to me and its cost before he began work. He also discussed with us best case scenarios and what could possibly be problems hidden behind our wall. We were well informed and felt knowledgeable and “in the know” about every step as he worked. He fixed our problem and provided us with a new cartridge, handle, and spout and was able to avert opening our wall up due to his dexterity and careful skill. Before leaving he cleaned up his work mess spotlessly and showed us his work and made sure we were happy with his work. The job was done precisely, on time and with care and a smile. I would highly recommend Mike to properly take care of your plumbing needs. He knows his trade and is very skilled and thorough with his work! Friendly, talented and dependable! Best plumbing service around!

Mike is extremely knowledgeable and honest. We have had him replace 4 faucets, install a new kitchen sink and garbage disposal….all flawlessly! He will explain the job in entirety to ensure all are in the same page. He is respectful of your home by removing his shoes and covering flooring. He even cleans up after the job is complete! Mike is down-to-earth, friendly and reliable. Not too many plumbers check all the boxes! He is my first choice to call for any plumbing job!!

Mike went above and beyond to work with our schedule when we had changes and was incredibly understanding about it. We inherited an old and odd sump pump situation when we bought our first house and Mike was quick to diagnose what needed to be done and gave us a fair price to completely remove our old sump pump and pipes and replace them with up to date sump pump and plumbing pipes. Fantastic person and highly recommend you use Mike Morgan!

We had a several plumbing issues at our house last week and I called several plumbers in the WNY area for help. Mike Morgan was the only one that responded quickly so I chose him to do the job. Turns out that it was the best decision for plumbing help I have made over the years! We scheduled an appointment and he showed up on time and everything was handled in a professional manner without him trying to up sell us on things we didn’t need. His work and craftsmanship was excellent and we will definitely use him in the future as well. I strongly recommend him to anyone who wants an honest, knowledgeable, reliable and skilled plumber that knows what he’s doing!

Woke up to a sump pump problem in the basement one day, called Mike and he talked me through what to do for immediate steps, and then was over within 30 minutes to replace my old failed pump, put in a check valve, and make sure everything was all set. Hes professional, friendly, and did great work. He explained everything to me so Id understand how it works and what to look out for in the future. Id highly recommend him. I was so pleased that Im also going to have him put in a backup pump for me as well.
