    Elijah called before driving to our house for a furnace inspection. He was extremely courteous, wore shoe protection inside our house (hospital-style paper coverings), was careful to check everything necessary, communicated clearly with my husband and me, and offered several different options for taking care of a small issue.An added bonus: we discovered he knows our son!     Mechanical Man did a first class job of installing my new tankless hot-water heater, new furnace, new whole-house humidifier, and replacing and bringing up to safety standards all of the plumbing for an AC system that was not installed properly by a previous company less than a year ago.Their workmen always arrived on time. They graciously answered all of my questions without any sign of impatience. Their work ethic and workmanship was impeccable.     Elijah from Mechanical Man did an awesome (emergency) job with our leaky copper pipe. The work looks great and very clean. My hubby tried his best to fix it for the weekend, but it needed professional attention. Our house is older so all the pipes will probably need to replaced soon.     I first called one of the bigger names in the industry and when they came out they were only interested in selling me a complete replacement. When I told them I just wanted to fix mine they said they would get back with me and never did. Kevin at mechanical man came out and fixed my issues and made sure to make time so we didnt have to go without for long. Will definitely recommend and call again.

    We had all new water lines installed in our house by Mechanical Man. AJ their professional plumber, was out promptly and did a very thorough job of installing all new water lines and connecting them to all the fixtures in less than two days. They left no mess, the lines look perfect and most importantly—no leaks! Highly recommend them.

    I had a non emergency leaky outdoor faucet. Their service reps were very busy and it took a couple weeks to get them to come out but was pleased once they did.Service rep, A.J. was professional, polite, and very expedient. He offered several options some of which were too expensive but still offered an option that fit within the recommended price range a job like this should cost.I will use them again if needed in the future.

    This was the second time using mechanical man. AJ was professional, respectful of our property, and did a great job! He hooked up our faucet, disposal, dishwasher and ice maker water line in our newly remodeled kitchen. He was even kind enough to clean up the goop mess my brother left under the sink. Thanks AJ!     We recently had quarterly maintenance, cleaning, and inspection done on our HVAC system. The technician was on-time, friendly, and well prepared to do the job. He was able to diagnose a few items that needed attention and was able to perform them on the spot. He also was able to give us a quote for the additional item of getting our furnace humidifier to work and fixed it on the same service trip!

    We lost cooling in one of our central A/C units over this past weekend. We called Mechanical Man for a repair. Dillon their tech. came out at the time he stated on the phone. It was a Saturday so it was an after hours call. Being a business owner, I understand this. Dillon was a very professional, polite and friendly Tech. He got to it right away and had the unit repaired within an hour or so. I have used them in the past for plumbing and gas and, will continue to do so in the future. I appreciate the professional service and the no B.S. approach to solving the issue. With guests coming in for the next ten days. I wanted both units operating while they are here. We decided to have Elijah and Ray come out to service our HVAC system. It was only four years old but, the previous owner didnt seem to know how to maintain anything in or near the home. So.... both men came out and I must say. Like always, they did a great job in servicing the unit. I figured with all of the other issues we had to fix. I better get it serviced.     Mechanical Man got a technician out to our house within two days of first contact. Our plumbing technician was prompt, friendly, courteous, and diagnosed the problem, which turned out not to be a plumbing issue. While this didnt fix our issue, at least we now know what the issue IS, and thats worth the service fee. Im happy with that result, and the experience. Would consider using them again.

    We called a different heating service yesterday because the pilot light had gone out on our furnace and wouldnt stay lit, plus we could smell gas. They were supposed to send someone to our house today, but their main worker was home sick and couldnt make it. The owner referred us to The Mechanical Man, so I called them today, about 2:00 in the afternoon on a Friday. They had someone out here within two hours and he took care of the problem! Now well be able to sleep tonight. Happy customers!

    The work (replacing a leaky faucet and a broken garbage disposal) was done cleanly and quickly. Alec was very courteous and worked hard to help me understand what the difference was between the price point options. The pricing was challenging to understand and I probably paid more than I needed to, but at least I’ve got a two year warranty on the work now and can have Mechanical Man come out if the faucet is leaky again!

    Reynaldo and Marcelo did fantastic work installing the electrical components of our backup generator. It was a big job and they did it well. They couldnt test their work when they were finished because I was waiting for the generator battery on order. But when I did receive the battery and got the generator running everything in the house worked as it should. Happy with the work done.

    Super timely and professional. I was very impressed. Our 22 year old ac unit was close to its end so I wanted to get ahead of the issue before my wife and I were stuck without AC in the hot indiana summer. I contacted mechanical man through their website (submitted a quote request) and received a response via email the very next morning informing me that Kevin Kauffman was going to be able to make it to my house to quote me that very day.     Ever since my husband and I moved into our house at the beginning of Feb, it seems like we have ran into non-stop plumbing issues. During our house inspection, there was a lot of plumbing issues that Gold Key failed to catch and then we had BW Cook come out several times to fix the same issue. We knew we had a water leak but we thought it had to do with our back water spigot, come to find out it was our main water line. Mechanical Man assessed the problem quickly and efficiently and coordinated with the city to shut the water off so he could repair our piping. He was very knowledgeable and Im very thankful they are very thorough and care about the quality of work vs just looking at us as a number. My husband and I will call you anytime we have issues.

    1/9: having problems with ceiling fan lights. Mechanical man came out the next day. Kevin was AWESOME. Friendly, professional. He quickly diagnosed the problem. Kevin had the new switch in his truck so I was back in business in under 30 minutes. Fair price and they honored a coupon they sent out at Christmas that took off $75. Another first class experience overall. Office staff is great too. Super easy to schedule and pay. I wouldn’t call anyone else. They also cleaned and tuned up my A/C this summer and it worked better than ever. Marcelo was very thorough and personable. They always clean up when they’re done.These guys are the best. I used them for pool wiring and gas line first. It went so well I had them do the plumbing, HVAC, and wiring for my basement remodel. They are a one stop shop. After that they retired my garage. Fair prices (I shopped around). I would give them 11 out of ten stars. All aspects of the process were great. Always answered the phone. Fast quote process, showed up when promised, brought as many people as required (sometimes three!). Fast but thorough. All the guys were polite , personable and focused.
