Been working with this Warsaw crew since we bought our small home (glorified fishing shack) in 2021. Back then they were still Quine Freeman. It started with an honest, accurate cost and shipping time estimates for a mini-split system. Then came the installation crew that cheerfully swaggered around to Irish techno music as they worked.Today it was professional, fun maintenance guy Mike. It was more like having a pleasant bit of company that was doing a bit of work. Mike was very personable without sacrificing efficiency.Folks from Bill’s are consistently delightful to work with. They manage to be light hearted, professional and respectful through every part of the process from scheduling to billing.Thanks Bill’s and thanks Mike!

I have used Bill’s Heating for several years. They are scheduled every year to inspect and service our furnace. Their technicians are well trained and are always polite and very knowledgeable and professional. Tony was here yesterday and was great! He answered several questions and explained how our system works in a way I could understand. He even removed his shoes before he walked on the white carpet getting to the basement. The office staff is excellent too. They always work with us when scheduling our appointments to avoid conflicts. Bill’s Heating is the best!

Weve always had great experiences with Bills Heating, the scheduling is easy and they send someone quickly when we need service done. The technicians always communicate very thoroughly, calling when theyre on their way, and giving info about how our HVAC system is operating and answering any questions we might have. Were on their yearly service program and Id definitely recommend it. It saves me the hassle of remembering to have to schedule heating and a/c servicing and you receive discounts for any parts needed.

Yesterday I was blessed with my routine furnace and water heater service. My housing area is getting concrete replaced and is a mess, yet the serviceman made trip after trip to and from his truck without complaint. He was here for 2 hours and did a wonderful job with great communication and he cleaned everything very well when he was done. No business can top Bills Heating!

My technician, Tony, arrived in a timely manner and got the work done quickly and was very friendly and efficient. He saved me a lot of money! Signed me up for the membership which saved me a lot of money on the visit and looked after my furnace and let me know that it did not yet need to be replaced despite what another technician at another company had told me. I appreciate that honesty and his friendliness. And hes not afraid of my barky dog! And Bills heating can service your furnace and clean your tankless hot water heater on the same visit, which is totally awesome, so I added the tankless hot water heater flush on the spot. Love that flexibility and the ability to get them both done at once. He also clean my whole house dehumidifier which was awesome. Great job!

Our Technician, Jeremy, was very pleasant and knowledgeable. He was able to fix our furnace with parts on hand so we didn’t have to spend the night in a cold house. Thank you Bill’s!!This past weekend we had another issue with our furnace. Or technician Alex came out on a Saturday only 2 hours after our first call and worked into the early evening to diagnose the problem. Unfortunately the problem involved ordering a part but Alex was able to at least get the furnace running to keep us warm while we waited for the part. Monday morning the part was ordered and by 11am Tuesday Alex had the part installed and all is well. Thank you Alex and Bill’s Heating!

Ryan & his coworker showed up promptly in the morning to do a new furnace & AC install. We also converted from electric to gas & they ran all of the piping inside our house for us as well as adding extensions for future use if need be. I would recommend Bills heating and cooling for your needs. Only reason for 4 stars was the fact that I had to contact them on a weekly basis to get myself on the install list. Other than that, the installers did a great job!

Alex conducted our most recent HVAC check up. Alex was kind, conscientious, and communicated well about what he was seeing in our system. There were few small things that need to be taken care of, and Alex explained them well. I didn’t feel like he was, just trying to upsell me. He took pictures so I could see what he was seeing, and he even showed me what his boss was saying about it, which I did not ask him to do. I appreciate that he caught a mistake the previous tech had made, and he corrected it. I was very impressed with Alex, and Bill’s will continue to receive my business because of this interaction.

Bill’s Plumbing & Heating is a fantastic company with highly skilled technicians.They replaced a boiler system in my home last December and they did a fantastic job.Today they replaced 2 old pedestal sinks with new vanity sinks, and replaced some old piping in the basement, once again they did a fantastic job. Chris and Alex were extremely careful and meticulous to make sure they didn’t damage woodwork or flooring…they were Awesome!!My home is 134 years old, and they tackled the job and got it done and I couldn’t be happier with the service they provided to me.I highly recommend this company and will use them again for any plumbing or heating needs I may have in the future.

Found out our furnace wasn’t functioning upon returning home at 7pm on a Friday night. Had been away for a full day so the inside temp was down to 56d. Called Bill’s and was connected to their after hours number for emergency service. After an attempt to solve the problem ourselves we connected with their on-call service technician, Karan. He was able to come out and quickly do a diagnostic. Found out we had a plugged orifice. Got the furnace going promptly thereafter. He was prompt, knowledgeable and professional. Highly recommend! After hours service fee was reasonable, especially with outside temperatures in the 20’s.

I cant recommend this company enough!I called after hours about my AC having failed. Fortunately, it wasnt an emergency due to the weather, but if it had been they would have been there that evening. Instead they called me back early the next day and were available that same morning.When Kevin came out, he was kind enough in his parking to not block my trash cans since it was trash pickup day (his own initiative). He then had the problem of my failed capacitor identified in moments based on just the sound he noticed from the outdoor unit! As he worked he was kind enough to answer my more generalized questions based on reading I had done online when I first tried to diagnose the failure.Quick, personable, and knowledgeable; Bills Heating is well worth the price!

This is the second time that I’ve used Bill’s for HVAC work and they are amazing. The first time I used them we were in the middle of a 2 week stretch of 90 degree weather when my A/C went out and they were able to get a new one installed in only a couple of days. This time my furnace went out and they installed a brand new one in two days. I was never pressured by the technicians or sales staff to purchase unnecessary stuff.
