I’ve never had someone worked in my home and received the kind of service I received from Adrian from Jone’s Services. Adrian was EXCELLENT!! I had 4 wired cameras installed outside of my home. Adrian came to my home to see what needed to be done to gave me an estimate. Adrian was very knowledgeable of what needed to be done. He took his time and explained everything to me and answered all of my questions which made me comfortable to use Jones Services. Adrian was respectful to me and of my home which is very important to me. He was kind, thoughtful, very clean and organized. Any mess that was made during the installation process, Adrian cleaned up after himself. And when I say cleaned after himself, He left my home the same way he found it. After Adrian completed the job, He made sure to ask me if I was 💯 percent satisfied before he left. If all of Jones Services’ workers are like Adrian, I will ONLY use Jones Services for all my home repair needs.THANK YOU SO MUCH ADRIAN!! 🥇I truly appreciate you.

Had a follow-up visit today with Jones. They discuss installing a generator system for my home met with Rick S. he was patient and very detailed about the process. He explained to me the work and also what my financial options would be gave me multiple options to choose from. I settled on what I felt was the most cost-effective looking forward to the work. has done multiple services in my home and I believe this will be no different based on how on how professional they have been on the previous visits to the property. I expect no less to be done with my new generator.Had a second visit by a Jones technicians, first was Rommer he came the day before and didn’t assessment of my outlets for my dryer, took pictures and was professional and explained the job in detail of what I was expect when the technician actually arrived. The next day technician Adrian arrived. He also explained the work and what he be doing. He was thorough work was done clean and I was given a new outlet for my dryer system, and it was done professionally and cleaned afterwards wiped down and made sure everything was returned, including Furniture back to its original state. The outlet works great minimal damage as there was some cutting of sheet rock, but overall is highly unnoticeable. Then another gentleman who unfortunately I did not catch his name was rerouted a day early to my home and was able to fix the dryer vent behind a wall. He also was professional kind and courteous. All three men came to my home within a two day period and completed, the job task at hand in a clean, neat and professional manner with little to no disruption to me and my family. I will say this as much as I like Jones they are not always the most cost-effective option ,but they are the quality option and they get the job done right.. less than a month. I’ve had three major electrical and heating ductwork jobs Completed by them and all of them were done in professional ,safe and effective manner, would highly recommend to anyone that they should call Jones first.Had Jones electrical services come out to my house to install a new electrical box. Technician named Victor showed up. He was dressed professionally. He was able to explain to me the job that he was here to do. He took pictures and went through the process of what it takes to ensure safe transition of electrical boxes for upgraded box. This was a tough job on a 90° day to shut the power off in order to do this eight hour job. He worked very hard and spent a lot of time explaining to me what he was doing Checking in with me to show me the progress at the end was not only tested And updated with the county, but also labeled and tested each breaker.it was all professionally done and efficient. All done same day. Would definitely recommend Jones again and if you get Victor, he really knows what he’s doing. Consider yourself fortunate.

Josh came to evaluate my problem. He listened carefully asked questions. Worked on the problem to try to fix it temporarily so I could have use of my bathroom a for Christmas . Josh saves my Christmas! He came back the day after Christmas with a crew found and fixed my problem. They were an amazing crew so sweet and funny we laughed and talked through out the experience. I can’t say enough about Jones Plumbing. I will always recommend and use them. They are my plumber from now on. Thank you Josh, Butch and crew. I am so grateful for your help.

Jones came not only on time but early! Hector was amazing. He removed my old clunky boiler and installed a new one. Repiped everything and installed new thermostats throughout the house. My technician arrived early, which was a bonus to having the service. However, what I was most impressed with, was the fact that Rick treated my home with such care. The moment he arrived at the front door, he put covers on his shoes. He was knowledgeable, thorough, and spent the time providing instructions on use of my mini split. You can tell Ricks goal was to make sure any issues were resolved before his visit ended. Rick is a big guy with a kind and gentle soul. We use Jones for all our repair/maintenance needs. They may not be the cheapest service but we know they will get the job done. They are reliable and our experiences with their technicians have been all positive. We recently updated light fixtures and did other electrical work with Shawn F. He was great. He was thorough, explained everything, and gave us multiple options. We also did some bathroom work with Sergio. Sergio was thorough, did a great job. It was a lot of work to do as one person and he spent the entire day at our house and made sure everything was done even though he had to stay longer than scheduled. We would recommend both technicians.

We just moved into our new home and found the home air conditioning to be in terrible shape. Josh came to diagnose our issue the same morning we called. Gave us a few options to remedy.Matt came to us later the very same day, spent over an hour in the tight attic, and another 45 minutes scanning the house and examining the outdoor units again. He Also, took time to thoroughly explain our options for new systems and the differences between each. He was able to dispatch a team the very next day. Aaron, James and the team were able to replace both systems in a day, and were up and running again the very next day.Terrific service, and a great team!

He was very diligent about safety procedures and he kept me informed every step of the day. His explanations were easy to follow as a layperson. He provided me with options to solve my issue in a timely manner. Most importantly though, he was kind, friendly, and patient. Aris was extremely knowledgeable about the split and standing units to be installed. Thorough and fast. Listened to my goals and concerns, primarily for AC rather than heat, and made recommendations to save money on the installation. Awaiting final quote. Very happy so far.Greer led a 3 person installation team that arrived at 8 AM sharp the morning after I received and accepted a comprehensive and reasonable quote. The team spent two full days installing an external compressor, two internal split units and one standing AC/heat unit inside the house. On the second day they were augmented by two electricians. Greer and his team worked out the installation plan with me prior to commencing, and then consulted me as issues came up. They were personable, professional and clear experts at the installation process. Their understanding about how the equipment worked was clear in how they walked me through using the units once everything was installed. The Jones Services people offer honest pricing, quick scheduling, expert installation and training. Couldn’t be happier.

Upstairs thermostat wasn’t turning heat on. Called electricians and after 2 appointments 3 different electricians and 5 hours they still were unable to give me a reason why I wasnt getting heat. So i decided to call Jones. First they sent Matt who was very nice and respectful. He worked hard to somewhat organize the rats nest of wires by the oil burner while testing the connections of the wires. Matt went outside spoke with management and they gave me my options. This is the part I did not like. After listening to my options I asked if I could write them down or have them emailed to me so I could discuss with my wife who wasnt home at the time which option we wanted. Matt did his best to better explain the options to me but I could tell he was being pressured into getting a decision and deposit from me right then. So I was basically told no and forced into choosing a option while leaving half deposit before Matt left. 2 days later John arrived to service the oil burner and install a wireless thermostat. He was awsome. He serviced the oil burner organized all of the wires and labeled everything. While talking with him I mentioned I really wasnt happy with having the wireless thermostat but with temperatures dropping felt like it was the only option that would get me heat. John then explained to me that installing the wireless thermostat didnt mean I was going to get heat upstairs, that the actual problem would not be solved by just installing the thermostat. After trying a few things he was able to figure it out! I finally have heat upstairs. In the short time John was at my house he organized and labeled everything in my boiler room, serviced my oil burner AND figured out why I wasnt getting heat upstairs and fixed it. I give Jones 4 stars but I give John 5 stars. As I sit here and write this the current temperature is 7 degrees thanks to John my family is finally comfortable for the first time all winter. I highly recommend him to anyone having any heat/AC issues

Jeff and Madison were wonderful. Got here early in the morning and worked all day during the heatwave to install our central ac/heat pump. They were both friendly and professional and answered all our questions before they left. And this morning we woke up to a cool house!! .

My ac was running but blowing warm air Butch came out Wednesday and quickly diagnosed a leak in the system. He charged the system hoping it would hold out until he could fix it on Friday . I had Rick come out on a friday to give me repair advise and he was on time and called beforehand with a time frame. He was easy to work with and gave me quotes on a repair and also quote with a new boiler and water softener that I asked about. He was able to have someone come that Monday nice and early to install a new boiler, water softener and a few new thermostats.They did an awesome job hiding the water lines in the ceiling for the water softener. They replaced all the lines and valves leading into the boiler and made it look much cleaner. Everyone I worked with was great including Jeff and Rick. They were very helpful with any questions.

He gave a very thorough diagnosis and clear instructions on what parts are recommended for replacement in the near future. He wore booties around the house and was patient with his work even though it was extremely hot outside and uncomfortable.
