    Precision did a great job! They replaced and installed a new water heater for our home! They encountered some issues because our old unit was so old! with installation of a bigger unit but checked the possibility of what they could do to fix the issue!!! They are clean, efficient and friendly!!! They came as scheduled, explained, shared how the new unit featured and we were just pleased with their service!

    Precision Plumbing was highly professional from the beginning to the end. I cant say enough good things about my experience. They worked with me to help get my emergency grant from my employer, the payment from them and being very quick to respond to my needs. My well went dry and they helped me hook up to the county supply. The job was neatly done and quick to hook me up. You dont know how much I appreciate doing laundry in my own home right now. Thank you thank you thank you.

    I use this company because they do good work , The prices are up front too. Makes it easier on the budget. 20162018 Its a year later the flushed my water heater for me and gave estimate for a new disposal. the one I have now is installed wrong. Thats next months project. have nothing negative to say, i have no reason to go anywhere else.9/5/2019 My toilet was acting up within a few minutes Billy had it in perfect working order, He was Polite, helpful , and did a great job. This is why I come back to Precision each time I need something..Thank Youall....3/25/2020 Billy came out flushed the water heater and put in a new disposer. he did great job.. Thank you Billy and Precision plumbing....on Tues 6/29/2021 they came flushed the water heater , installed a new stainless steel sink and faucet. Dis a great job. No problems . I plan to pu in new toilets and i will use them for that as well.7/29/2021 A few weeks ago they replaced my kitchen sink did a great job. I had them come out today and replace 2 toilets with new water saver models on sale at Lowes. Did a great job too, I got everything done that i wanted . No problems . Ill call again when I need them , They take good care of their customers.8/3/2021 I had the plumbers come back and replace the toilet shut off valves, One was leaking so I replaced both since the crew was here for the bad one, Peace of mind. They came here replace the valves and left it less than a hour. Great service did great work, I glad I used them and will again in the future. hUpdate, the new sink is working great, I love the new toilets they installed, The old toilets never worked right, the new ones do work right and save water too. I am very happy with the work Precision did for me.I called a few days ago and they flushed my water heater. They came back to replace a bad shower control pin. I could not get any hot water. They came in toll out the bad control unit and replaced it. I am so lucky I found Precision Plumbing, great crew and staff at their office. I cant say enough good things about them.....4/18/2024 The plumbers came today to replace the ive maker connection in the wall. Did a great job, replaced the old unit with a new one. Did not take very long and everything is working again. Thank you.....

    What a great crew and work! I highly recommend Chris from Precision plumbing he went out of his way to install my new bathtub in a timely manner. My new bathtub is perfect and we got a great price as well. I will never use a different plumber. You should call them!!

    Billy and Brandon came out to my fathers house to find a leak, having to go through the downstairs ceiling to get to the upstairs shower/tub piping. After their initial assessment (no cost), they scheduled a time to come back and find/repair the leak, since the repair was going to take a few hours. They were nice, professional, and completed the task as quickly as possible. Throughout the process, they alerted me to potential possibilities, so there would be no shock if further damage was found. Fortunately, there was none, and they were able to remove the leaking pipe, replace it, and they were careful to prevent any damage to the rest of the room with protective plastic covering. The cost was very reasonable, and overall, I was very pleased with the whole process.

    Christopher came and unclogged my entire plumbing system in about an hour or less! He was polite, professional, and proficient! I had been having this issue for weeks and he just saved me a whole lot of headache and ruined floors.I can’t say thank you enough!

    Ive gotta say...these guys are awesome! Everything from their office staff to the guy who came and helped our church out. They were professional, courteous, and great at their job. Ive worked with several plumbers over the years, but Precision Plumbing is where we will call for ALL of our plumbing needs.
