The Air Heaven installers did a fantastic job installing our new HVAC system in our homes’ upstairs area. They were very professional, courteous, technically proficient, and did the job in less than 8 hours. Before they left the job site, they ensured the areas they worked were cleaned up. I recommend Air Heaven to anyone needing HVAC, Plumbing, Electrical, and Septic work. This install was very reasonably priced and they give military and veterans a discount. I’ve used their HVAC servicing and repair in the past and will keep them as long as they continue to provide the same great service.

Excellent Service. Professionals. The young man came, checked the A/C unit and explained with all the detail what was wrong with the unit. The representative notified me about the cost to confirm if I want to repair it. Once the new part arrived, the representative, very nice lady, called me to set the appointment for the installation. The day of the appointment, the representative called me to notify that the service person will arrive within an hour and he did. The young man did an excellent job and notified me about what he did.

Great experience. I called since our AC unit broke back in the beginning of June. But I was trying to figure out what the best thing to do would be. Got an estimate for a new unit (our unit is from 1998) in a timely manner. Called back to ask about how much it would be to get a part and sent Cody out to see what needed to be done. Ended up not being the correct blower motor, because the unit was old. So he tried to find a solution. He came back today which was great! I wasnt expecting it. And they ended up replacing the part where the blower motor would go with a new part so the new motor could fit. Overall great experience and will call them for all of my needs. Plus reasonable, and understanding.

The fastest, most responsive, and reliable HVAC company to ever hope for. Called in for an upstairs overhead unit fan being inoperable in the dead of winter. They responded a day earlier than scheduled and they fixed the problem another day prior after troubleshooting. Amazing service!

LOVE THE WORK THEY DO. Professional and Proud of the work they do! I was having issues with my old Gas Pac/AC unit. I called 3 other companies in the Wayne Co area,, and NEVER GOT A RESPONSE FROM THEM. This went on for 4 weeks. I called a friend of mine Daniel, at D and C Mobile Home Repairand he recommended Air Heaven, and THANK GOD HE DID.LOOK, I called on a Monday after Hours and left a message the Very next morning I got a call back from their office and Chris and Nick came out the same day to check on my AC issues. They went under the house check everything out inspected my old unit and then showed my what was wrong and how to properly fix the issues.But I instead had the unit replaced. That was the best decision I made, let me tell you it took 4 days but I had all the old duct work taken out and new installed like it supposed to be to benefit the unit and my electric bill.I have never been so pleased with a job and quality of work as I was with Chris and his employees at Air Heaven.I was so impressed with their work that I asked Air Heven to install a Honeywell 22kw whole home Standby Generator. He is currently installing it and like before the work being done is top shelf.Air Heaven, Chris and his employees have earned a customer for life.I have also informed Chris that he will be the compensating care of both of these investments I made.I will not have to worry any more about the what is.If yall dont use or at least give Chris and Air Heaven a try.THEN IT IS YOUR LOSS.They do not rush, they do it right the first time.If anyone wants to see their work contact them and ask them to show you my systems.I will be adding photos soon. Air Heaven has been absolutely fantastic. They were speedy and responsive when we needed our coolant refilled, and have been patient as we worked with our home warranty to get our AC replaced. Despite our home warranty stalling at every chance they could, Air Heaven kept in contact with us and checked on us to make sure everything was okay. When we finally caved and decided to pay for our AC out of pocket, they were at our house within 2 days installing the new system. We have been very impressed and will continue to use Air Heaven in the future.
