    We were told they would be here sometime today then they called to let us know that they were on the way. They arrived within a few minutes after that call. They worked and totally unclogged our kitchen drain and it works great now. They were very nice and professional. Were very appreciative

    Steve and Tony did a great job! They came within a couple of hours of my call. They arrived in the rain and stayed till 9pm getting the job done. Very polite, thorough and professional. I would defiantly call them again.

    I called Keen Plumbing and they were at my house by the next morning. The 2 men who came out were very friendly. They made sure I knew what they were doing step-by-step and they worked quickly and professionally. I was extremely satisfied with the work done and the prices.     The plumber who came to get sand out of my pipes was great, he worked hard to get it out so it would not turn into more of a job then what it was.He was polite and kept me informed along the way. He went above and beyond and I am grateful and thankful. He did great work was there on time and called when he was going to be late. It was a 2 day job. I wanted to thank him but it was raining and he left before I had a chance. I will not hesitate to recommend Keen to anyone. Great job!!!Thank you.

    The service men were knowledgeable and professional. Very friendly. As a woman, home alone, I felt very comfortable and safe having them in my home. The best part was they cleaned up behind themselves. The prices were good. Will use them again.

    Had been using Keen for years but last time I called I was told the price was $125.00 per hour plus tax and if needed...parts. I knew that was higher than they used to charge but anyway they came the next morning and after unplugging a clog in the drain charged me $200.16! I was shocked at the bill. My son called the next day and they told my son that they were at my house 55 minutes but it took the plumbers 9 minutes to get to my house after receiving the call so that pushed it over an hour and added $75 to the bill. So I paid $75 for the plumbers to drive to my house...this is unacceptable. I worked 33 years and not once did I get paid to drive to where I was doing my job! The plumber who came told me they had gone up due to Covid????? Needless to say people... I am no longer using Keen Plumbing. I have checked prices at other plumbers and the one I will use is below $100 .and thats including tax for a service call. Check around unless you can afford not to.

    The Workers: Joe and Loneil (not sure of the spelling)The receptionist said they would be at the house in 20 minutes and they arrived 10 minutes early.The two did not introduced themselves and skipped the pleasantries.Joe asked what the main issue is, I told them the shower backs up with water. He said it is probably the main line. He and his assistant dug a hole by the house where the main line is to find water and a hole in the pipe. The main line was clogged like Joe said. They turned on the bathtub and washer machine at the same time to see if snaking the main line would fix the issue.Also, I told Joe about the washer machine main drainpipe would back up with water when in the rinse cycle. Joe started snaking my main drain behind the washer machine. This did not work as my pipe was too small for the snake causing Joe to use an air gun. He was able to clear out that area.All work was completed in what seemed about 1 hour. Price was great, but they could only guarantee this fix for 24 hours.Overall I am satisfied and would use them again.

    Very nice and friendly owners with employees the same way. Plumpers r very busy this time of year. But here they will work with u so ur schedule will line up an appointment that fits u.     My first call for assistance was answered by a professionally sounding employee who transferred me to Johnathan for information and services. Johnathan was not only informative but also problem-solving must be his specialty. I had a difficult project, at least it was difficult for me, but Jonathan made it sound simple. Along with being a difficult project to me it was also a big expensive project for my budget. Jonathan broke it down and made it simple for me to understand ways that we can get the project done and still come in close to budget with alternatives and simplified methods. In one word I can only describe this plumbing company as the BEST in Goldsboro.
