    Williams Home Center located in Goldsboro, NC did a fantastic job on our sunroom addition. The quality of work and craftsmanship exceeded our expectations. Pat made many good recommendations which enhanced the sunroom. Lindsay kept us informed of inspections and the status of the work. Pat’s subcontractors were professional and experienced. Pat was hands on throughout the project. We would highly recommend Williams Home Center for any building project.

    Best decision I had ever made to have Williams Home Center remodeled my bathroom. Pat and Lindsey are amazing to work with. My old bathroom was a nightmare😱.. after two weeks of hard work, Pat and his team did an excellent job and big improvement. Very professional, high quality and very trustful .     Pat and his crew saved me from a long nightmare I was going through with another contractor. After 8 months of watching the prior contractor continually make mistakes and have poor communication regarding a bathroom remodel, Williams Home Center was a breath of fresh air and relief. Pat and his team were excellent at communicating, always on time, and affordable. I am so grateful for the work they did on my bathroom remodel and have been enjoying it ever since.     I have the upmost respect for Pat and his crew. They did excellent work and communication was key. Lindsey or Pat kept me informed of our next steps and of any problems that kept them from happening - which was key. Williams Home Center remodeled 2 full and one half baths for us as well as replaced the carpet in our main bedroom. Always professional and always quality craftsmanship.

    Fantastic customer service, helped me pick out the right color for my new countertop tops. On time for installation, met and exceeded expectations with how clean and ordinarily they left my home after install complete.Help me find my replacement door with a window super fast.Best price in town by far after, worth every penny.

    Williams Home Center is awesome! Their crews scraped and repainted the front doors, side door, and frames of our stained-glass windows and removed the old, dingy plexiglass and replaced it with new lexan to protect our stained-glass windows at our church. They do excellent and beautiful work. A special shoutout to Lindsey who did an amazing job of coordinating the project. She is extremely helpful, efficient, and professional.     We just finished a remodel of our half bath by Williams Home Center. The whole experience was great. The workers were all very good . It was a pleasure working with Pat and Lindsey. They were very helpful in picking out the paints and fixtures and keeping us up to date on the progress of the project. The end product was better than expected.

    Williams Home Center is great to do business with. Staff is knowledgeable, friendly, responsive, dependable. They made suggestions and recommendations to enhance the renovation. The flooring came in when we were told it would. Pat kept us up to date as to when the installation crew would be available. The workmen were in and out in two days. They left no mess, no blunders. The new floors look great! I trust Williams Home Center to do my construction projects. They are the best!!

    Lowe’s told me No, Home Depot told me No !!!!Williams Home Center told me Yes !!!! They came by my house, gave a free estimate we set a date and time that worked with My schedule. They arrived 10 minutes early got it done. They did my Backsplash in my kitchen and it came out beautiful and my Wife is happy, so I’m happy !!!! What made me choose them is because of their reputation and longevity in the business, and I was able to use the tiles that I wanted to use I didn’t feel pressured into using there vendor for the tiles I wanted. Oh yeah they started early Saturday Morning and came back Sunday Morning and finished up instead of rushing the process. I will be going to them for my next Big project !!!!!!!

    Back in 2020 I had found a leak in the wall caused by the shower line hidden in the wall. Of course the insurance would not cover after they said was an on going issue from over a couple of years or more. We went through (2) contractors that kept delaying work on my problem. The whole tile floor and walls was taken out and we also found the leak had gone into the bedroom and the hall adjacent to the bath. We then contacted Pat @ Williams Home Center after talking with a paint contractor from our church. Pat came out very quickly and access our problem and we turned the project over to him. He handled all the work assignments from the tile contractor, paint, etc. and we were finally on our way to getting the job done. He was very professional and organized the project so we were able to get our house back in order. Pat also has done other work, such as getting us a roofing contractor to replace the whole top on rental property. He is the first one I call now when I have issues on our property.     We had popcorn ceilings removed along with spackling and painting by Williams Home Center. They are professionals and reasonable. We hired Williams to correct an awful job on our upstairs that was done by a different company and we were so happy with their expertise that we had them back to do the entire bottom floor.They are busy, yes, but worth any wait to get the job done right. We would hire them again in a heartbeat.

    I received a bathroom modification, hardwood flooring stripped and restrained, and handrailings added to my home. Job took 2 weeks and I could not ne more pleased with the results. Great work extremely nice people and great customer service.

    My wife and I recently had some major repairs and upgrades made to the shower in our home. This required replacing all of the ceramic tile, reinforcing the floor, doing required painting, and installing new plumbing fixtures. Their ceramic tile person is, in a word, excellent! So, what about the results of this undertaking? I am happy to state that the results were excellent, absolutely excellent! I have been told quite a few times over my 73 years of living that I am often difficult to please. That may be true, but the folks at Williams Home Center (Goldsboro, NC) put a big smile on my face. Without doubt, these professionals set a high standard for others in the home repair business to challenge. In the future when we need home repairs, my wife and I will know exactly where to go, and we will go to Williams Home Center. If you want superb workmanship in home repair or additions, give them a call.

    Pat Williams is a great contractor, a man of integrity , honesty and fairness. He stands behind his companys work and only works with the best professions in their fields. He was frequently on the job site , working with his crews or inspecting the work of his crews. He respects his crews and receives their respect back. I was impressed by that. Rare these days ! He was always available for questions whether in person or on the phone. Hes extremely friendly and easy to work with. It is totally obvious that Pat really cares about the people he does projects for and he cares about the quality of the work he does. He will make sure you are happy with the end product, often bending over backwards , going above and beyond to assure it. His office assistant , Lindsey , is also amazing ! She is so sweet and great to work with. They make a great team. He completed two bathroom remodels and put in replacement windows for me. He remodeled my sister in laws whole house and did much work when their house was built. He will be the one I call for all future work and recommend to everyone I know.

    I am so glad we decided on Williams Home Center to redo my small bathroom. Pat was so pleasant to work with, he listened to what we wanted and made suggestions to help us out. Lindsey was so helpful when I had questions and in helping me choose light fixtures, faucet, showerhead and hardware. She was always so pleasant when I called or dropped by the showroom. The work was completed efficiently, my home was respected by all that worked in any capacity. We are so pleased with our almost spa-like bathroom!!     Pat and his crew were very punctual and extremely professional in all phases of their work. When he said he would call or show up at a certain time he did so without exception. The quality of the various jobs they performed for myself and my wife was excellent. He said if anything went wrong while the work was being done that he would make it right. A couple of small things did happen and he immediately corrected what needed to done. His company has done several projects for us starting in 01/20 through 04/20 and we have been very pleased with each one. He always kept us informed and updated on any pertinent information concerning the work he was doing. Without question we would call him for any future projects we might have in mind. It was a pleasure to work with such a polite and courteous young man. We were very impressed with not only him but the with the workmanship of all of his crews. Highly recommended in every way!

    This is a small privately owned business specializing in home renovations repairs and additions. Over the last 7 years Williams Home Center has replaced all of my flooring, including new linoleum in the kitchen, hardwood floors in the main living areas, new carpets throughout the bedrooms, and new tiling in the bathrooms. They have replaced my windows with excellent quality double paned well sealed units and built a laundry room. On the exterior, they have done a number of board Replacements and minor repairs. Overall I could not be more satisfied with the service delivered and all the quality of the work.
