Kudos to Ricardos Plumbing LLC. We ran into a problem with our shower fixtures a couple of nights back when my eldest son attempted to shut off the shower but the water kept flowing from the shower head. Im aware that a handyman could have done the job but it was quite late and we preferred to use the same company that handled our fixtures previously. Getting an appointment on such short notice is usually a challenge but my husband, who works abroad, managed to get through to their office and arrange for an emergency repair. The lady on the phone was extremely pleasant and helpful and was able to schedule a plumber to visit our home. That morning, we received a courtesy call from Christopher who informed us that the plumber, Ryan, would be at our house within 30 minutes. True to his word, Ryan arrived and not only fixed but replaced two of our broken shower knob inserts. He was highly professional and took the time to explain the potential causes of the breakage. Now both knobs are functioning perfectly. My husband and I were extremely pleased with how helpful the team was in our time of need. They didnt charge us for the labor, something other companies would definitely do, even if they just showed up and did nothing. A hearty thank you to the entire team. Pleased client here!! I received word from the utility company that we had a significant water leak, consuming 4900 gallons in a mere two days. Howard and his team at Ricardos Plumbing LLC 1- picked up the phone immediately when i called, promising prompt assistance, 2- arrived without delay, 3- diligently worked to diagnose the issue in a complex environment, 4- provided us with a variety of solutions to choose from, 5- rectified the issue while keeping us informed daily, 6- smoothed out the terrain where the machinery had dug trenches, and even 7- scattered grass seeds over the disrupted ground and spread hay to support grass growth! This was an unexpected but appreciated addition to their job scope. Howard left my front yard looking better than before. The highlight of the experience was interacting with Howard and his two colleagues, Devin and Christopher. They make for an excellent team and its clear they enjoy their work, a rarity in family-run businesses. im delighted to recommend this plumbing service. Its reassuring to know that our new water heater has been correctly installed and meets all safety standards. We wont hesitate to call on their professional services for any future plumbing problems. In an update, the thermostat of our water heater malfunctioned one Saturday. We contacted the same plumbing service, who recommended we get in touch with the water heaters manufacturer. The manufacturer promptly sent us the replacement part, which we received on a Tuesday morning. We called back the plumbing service and secured an appointment for that same afternoon. Devin arrived on time for the appointment, impressing us with his punctuality and pleasant demeanor. It was a real delight to return home to the comfort of hot water!

Brent and Howard assured me that help would arrive as soon as possible. True to their word, Howard was on the scene in no time. He was outstanding. He evaluated the situation and had Christopher come out immediately. Howard comforted my aunt and me, assuring us that they could promptly fix the problem. He also had Brent come out to assist Christopher, speeding up the repair process. Howard also suggested we reach out to a restoration service, which was an excellent recommendation. We began Monday morning stressed, but by the afternoon, everything was back to normal! To my surprise, I received a call from Howard later in the week, just to ensure we were satisfied. The team at Ricardos Plumbing LLC were responsive, attentive, efficient, friendly, respectful, and professional. I cant help but give them a 5-star rating across the board!

Christopher did an impressive job in his attempts to locate our sewer drain. our drain was concealed on the property and the usual access points inside the house were not available for video detection due to tile work around a toilet. he felt it was best not to disturb our toilet and the p-traps in our sinks, which were glued together, a situation that is not typical. he ended up having to ascend to the roof and use a vent pipe to pinpoint the location of our drain line on our property. he performed excellently and didnt give up, despite the unique challenges of merely locating a drain pipe!

Got connected with a plumbing company and in no time, it was all set up. christopher was quick to identify the problem and kick-started the insurance process. Once the insurance approval came through, there was an extra amount i had to cover on top of the deductible. But, rather than holding back for the payment and insurance finalization, christopher said hed begin the job and returned with a fresh water heater and other necessary parts. In around 2 to 3 hours, everything was up and running and the invoice for the outstanding amount was settled. Fantastic job and its so nice to feel prioritized, to get things moving, rather than the usual drill many firms follow these days to put off work, making excuses why they cant. Will certainly recommend and employ their services again in golden!
