Returned home from vacation to a broken water heater. Called Mike @ Greater Western and he suggested calling technical support at AO Smith first. Their technical support people were very good but the issue I was having wasnt in their list of possible solutions for the error code I was getting. Almost purchased a new gas value @ $525 but decided to call Greater Western back to have them test the value first. Justin arrived and just wouldnt give up trying to figure out what was causing the valve not to open. Turned out to be a clogged combustion chamber and exhaust manifold; the value wasnt seeing enough negative pressure to open. A few minutes disconnecting things and two shop vac (one pushing and one pulling) and bam! back in business with zero spent on parts! I would definitely recommend Greater Western; honest, professional, money well spent!

Our hot water heater went out late Saturday night. Knowing we could survive a few days sans hot water, we didn’t call Greater Western Plumbing, but instead chose to submit an online request for service expecting we may get an appointment by midweek. By Sunday morning we received a response that they could get us on the schedule first thing Monday morning. Perfect service on Monday! Despite an incoming snowstorm arrived on time with all the materials. Couldn’t have been more pleasant, very respectful of our home and extremely professional. Outstanding experience all the way around. Highly recommend Greater Western Plumbing.

Had James out to the house yesterday to diagnose and fix a sewage smell coming from the bathroom. After some troubleshooting we realized the flange was not secured to the drainage pipe. James fixed it up and was professional and courteous. Would use again.

If you need a plumber in the Denver area, go with Greater Western Plumbing. They have up front pricing, on time service, and they stand by their work. I will be using them whenever I need a plumber in the future, and I would highly recommend them to friends/family. They are vastly better than several other plumbers that I have used over the past few years.

I called about 10 am concerning a leaky garbage disposal. The repair technician was at our house by 12:30. He immediately diagnosed the problem and had it fixed quickly. Very polite and professional.

The techs replaced the rubber gasket at the shower drain, tested the drain with buckets of water, and no leaks. During the next shower, found water leaking again, so it must be through the tile wall or ??? Guys were very friendly.

Christian and Jason are both awesome. I first used this company when I could not locate a sewer leak within my apartment building. I had asked for help (unsuccessfully) from other companies, and Christian found the problem and fixed it in a matter of a couple hours. Since that first job, Ive asked this team to help me with multiple jobs, some simple, some complex over the past 6 months. Theyve always been prompt, professional and communicative, not to mention they dont rip off your leg to pay the bill. Great team, and highly appreciate all they do to help me maintain these 119 apartments. Thanks guys!

I dont usually leave reviews, but these guys were too good not to. Ive bene wary of hiring plumbers because I have been over-charged, poorly-treated, and unnecessarily upgraded on services from some of the larger plumbing companies in Longmont. Not with Greater Western. Ive now found my go-to plumbing company.I called needing a repair asap, and they were able to schedule me the next day. The repair was done quickly and they were able to unclog a few drains for me as well for an extremely reasonable price. Good work aside, these guys were professional, courteous, and pleasant to be around, which isnt always the case with strangers coming into your house.I highly recommend Greater Western.
